The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the education order towards a virtual experience. Also, the use of digital media appears convenient for conveying learning materials and engaging students effectively. Under this circumstance, elementary school teachers commonly encounter certain difficulties using online platforms, due to poor knowledge of technology. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to: 1) strengthen educators' ability in mastering technology for distance learning, and 2) improve cooperation and reputation of the Maranatha Women's Family Association to the wider community. An asset-based community development (ABCD), using a mentoring and practical approach was adopted. This study was conducted online, with an attendance of 50 elementary school educators in Tangerang.  The results showed that the participants gained significant insights and practical techniques for developing distance learning materials using power point slides to support the online learning process.

The activity of assisting the packaging of literacy learning materials in digital format for elementary school teachers in partner schools in this community partnership program, namely: SDN 85 Kendari and SD IT Al-Kalam Kendari becomes very important, bearing in mind the two schools have implemented a school literacy program in which one of the activities is integrating the activity of reading and writing at the beginning of learning for 15-20 minutes. The main objective of the assisting activity is to improve teacher skills in packaging varied learning materials, especially those with the digital format needed in literacy  activities  on  learning  themes  in  elementary  schools.  The  method  used  in  this community partnership program was the assistance of packaging literacy learning materials in digital format for use in learning. The implementation of the community partnership program in the form of mentoring produced a product in the form of digital format literacy learning materials whose effectiveness would be evaluated through the implementation in the implementation of learning, especially in the literacy activity segment at the beginning of the core activity. The evaluation was based on the reflection of the teachers who used this product after activities were carried out. The main obstacle found in this mentoring activity was the inadequacy of the ability of some teachers to operate the main supporting applications (such as power points) as well as the low ability to find digital learning resources on the pages that have been shown at the time of mentoring

Distance Learning (PJJ) began to be applied by all teachers in Indonesia during the Covid Pandemic including teacher who taughtat the Elementary School (SD) level. The application of this learning is not as easy as what many people talk about, because teachers must be able to select and design instrucctional media using technology. The problem ezperienced by teacher, especially in the regions, is the lack of knowledge in making technology-based learning media, especially learning media that can be used as an evaluation material for Distance Learning (PJJ). As a solution tothis problem, our team conducted training on making google forms for elementary teachers as a medium for evauating Distance Learning (PJJ) during the pandemic. The ethod we provide for this community service activity is by providing direct training to elementary school teachers, making simole modules, and providing assitance in making google form evaluation media. The result of this services activity is that as many as 20 teachers who participated in the training were able to create and design their own google form according to the needs of each subject as a media for evaluation of Distance Learing (PJJ. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire filled out by the teachers who attended the training, it shows that 90% of the teachers understand how to make google forms themselves and 100% of  the teachers   are happy with the training acivities that have been held.Keyword: google form, pjj, evaluation learning

The purpose of the study was to determine the training needs needed by teachers in making digital products to facilitate the learning process. Training is as a way for teachers to innovate digital competencies. The participants of this study were 10 elementary school teachers (F=6 and M=4). Participants are homeroom teachers from grades 1 to 6, and 4 were subject teachers (Mathematics, English, local content and sports). This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Observation, documents and interviews collected data. The data analysis process used the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. The results show that teachers need workshops that can directly practice making digital teaching tools such as learning videos and developing videos on the YouTube channel. However, they have difficulties with the technological devices they have. There are 30% of teachers who have full technology equipment, and the rest rely on smartphones for online teaching and learning. Thus, schools can consider providing technology tools that teachers can use in developing digital competencies and digital learning tools.

This paper reports on an online distance learning course that emphasizes the improvement of the self-efficacy beliefs of in-service elementary school teachers in teaching biological concepts. The course utilizes digital educational content and Open Educational Resources (OERs) and focuses on the interaction, peer support, and peer teaching into an online learning environment. In the design framework of the course, we investigated the educational needs of teachers and took into consideration the findings of other studies. A total of 251 teachers were enrolled in the online distance learning course and 142 completed it. Quantitative and qualitative data was collected in November 2020 through the bio-STEBI-A instrument and the posts in the forums of the course. The quantitative results revealed an improvement in both subscales of bio-STEBI-A, which were also confirmed by the qualitative ones, that underline the course, thus contributing to the improvement of self-efficacy beliefs of in-service elementary school teachers in teaching biological concepts. Recommendations are made for future research.
