It has been a year after the announcement of Covid-19 outbreak in Wuhan. Activity restriction, implementation of health protocol, and lock-down are enforced to cut-off the spread of this virus. However, in the uncertainty towards a new normal, the mobility of people continues for various purposes. A rapid medical check-up at the airport or at railway stations is possible by the local authorities but it is impossible for public bus passengers due to the limitations of medical staff and a large number of bus stations. Most passengers also failed to comply with the government's recommendation to conduct a rapid test before using public buses. As anticipation, the Transportation Agency issued a regulation that all buses can only be filled with 50% (max) of their normal capacity by emptying 2 of the 4 seats in a row. As a consequence, a 32-seat bus can only be filled with 16 passengers (max) and the ticket price has doubled to cover operational costs. However, passenger interest in bus services has decreased due to high ticket prices. Therefore, this short article reports the smart actions of several bus companies in Indonesia to create a "Captain Seat", a 1-1-1 bus seat configuration to ensure physical distancing between passengers. With the captain seat model, buses with 32 seats are modified to 24 seats, the ideal distance between passengers during a pandemic can be maintained, the risk of loss to bus companies can be reduced, and passenger costs can be lowered.

This short article on Peter Fitzpatrick’s conception of “responsive law” analyzes the ambiguous temporality that Fitzpatrick discerned in modern law. On the one hand, law makes the claim of being fully present and therefore already and completely contained in itself. This aspect of law reflects the law’s claim to “immanence,” that is, its claim of always being able to rely strictly on its own operational terms without having to take recourse to any consideration not already contained within itself. It is this aspect of law that renders the ideal of the “rule of law” feasible. On the other hand, the law’s claim to doing justice to every unique and therefore every new case also demands that it takes leave of that which is already settled within it. This aspect of law can be called its “imminence.” The imminence of the law concerns the reality that law always finds itself on the threshold of that which has not yet been said and must still be said. The article shows how Fitzpatrick relied on Freud’s concept of the totem to explain the “wondrous” unity of its immanence and imminence.

ABSTRACT One of the main hindrances to frog farming is the lack of knowledge of the nutritional requirements of tadpoles that allow nutritionists to formulate the ideal diet for this phase, reducing operational costs and providing homogeneity to the shoal. This study aimed at evaluating the anatomy of the digestive tract and morphometry of the midgut and hindgut of bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeianus) tadpoles to provide subsidies for nutritionists to make adjustments in the balancing of suitable diets for this species. The population of tadpoles that received the dietary regimen named DR3, which consisted of a fortnight increase of the dietary protein levels (from 32 to 45% of CP) for 60 days, showed the best results regarding weight gain, survival rate, and homogeneity in the passage of the larval stages as compared with the other dietary regimens tested. Additionally, the morphometry of the intestines of the animals subjected to DR3 showed a greater length (419.2 mm) and higher caliber of the midgut portion where most of the nutrient absorption takes place. It can thus be inferred that this fact is related to the height of the absorptive intestinal folds resulting from the supply of a diet with better quality, confirmed by the weight of the juveniles.

Tendon injuries are a common cause of morbidity and a significant health burden on society. Tendons are structural tissues connecting muscle to bone and are prone to tearing and tendinopathy, an overuse or degenerative condition that is characterized by failed healing and cellular depletion. Current treatments, for tendon tear are conservative, surgical repair or surgical scaffold reconstruction. Tendinopathy is treated by exercises, injection therapies, shock wave treatments or surgical tendon debridement. However, tendons usually heal with fibrosis and scar tissue, which has suboptimal tensile strength and is prone to reinjury, resulting in lifestyle changes with activity restriction. Preclinical studies show that cell therapies have the potential to regenerate rather than repair tendon tissue, a process termed tenogenesis. A number of different cell lines, with varying degrees of differentiation, have being evaluated including stem cells, tendon derived cells and dermal fibroblasts. Even though cellular therapies offer some potential in treating tendon disorders, there have been few published clinical trials to determine the ideal cell source, the number of cells to administer, or the optimal bioscaffold for clinical use.

Article is devoted to reconstruction of station of Oktyabrskaya Railway in the Kingisepp region of the Leningrad region - Veymarn taking into account increase in a cargo stream at stations of Ust-Luzhsky knot. Calculations of necessary quantity of ways at station are for this purpose executed. The executed calculations testify that it is necessary to add to the existing ways of station four new the priyomootpravochnykh of a way. Data on a hardware of the stages adjoining station are accepted on the basis of TRA of station and technological process. Two options of reconstruction of station are developed. Both in the first and in the second option the existing ways are extended. In the first option parallel to the existing ways four new ways with a useful length not less than 1050 m, keep within in the same place where the cargo platform is located. For this 26 purpose transfer of a high cargo platform 114 m long and 9 m wide will be required. At realization of this option additional allocation of land will be required. In the second option parallel to the existing ways four new ways with a useful length not less than 1050 m, keep within in the same place where the passenger building is located. Their laying will require transfer of 2 high passenger platforms 4 and 4,5 meters wide, demolition of the outdated passenger building and construction of the new, modern passenger building, and also transfer of ways of locomotive economy. At realization of this option additional allocation of land will also be required. Large-scale schemes of station, are executed in the graphic AutoCAD editor according to requirements to projects of railway stations and knots. Comparison of options is executed on the comparable, differing capital investments and operational costs. The cost of reconstruction of station in the current prices of 2015 makes about 500 million rubles.

Introduction: The process of going to the soccer stadiums, is pointed as a leisure activity of society, for such, this phenomenon is responsible for providing profits to clubs since ticket sales is one of the main sources of revenue in soccer. Therefore, when enjoying the spectacle, the fan is likely to receive numerous stimuli due to the atmosphere found in soccer stadiums. Therefore, it is the clubs' mission to aim at pleasing their consumers, aiming at the acquisition of their products and services. Therefore, we find in the sports marketing literature the behavioral intentions, which provide information about the supporters' future intentions towards their club. However, there are still no indications that map the role of stadium atmosphere and ticket price on behavioral intentions, in the soccer field. Objective: To review the role of stadium atmosphere and ticket price on the behavioral intention of Soccer spectators. Methodology: This is a systematic review, following PRISMA protocol suggestions, using Scopus, Web of Science, and EBSCO host databases. We used a search model with descriptors for groups related to ticket prices and stadium atmosphere, plus a group related to behavioral intentions and soccer. Original studies published in English or Portuguese up to September 30, 2020, were considered; the year of publication was not restricted. Moreover, the studies that were unrelated to the theme and duplicated were removed. A total of 732 studies, with 02 being eligible for this review. Results: As investigated, the atmosphere of the stadiums is able to impact on behavioral intentions, being the positive experience corresponding to a higher content of return to the stadiums, however, the fan does not get their emotional needs met while the atmosphere prior, can direct the same to a negative significance in relation to behavioral intention. As for the ticket price, it had a positive significance when compared to behavioral intentions. Discussion: Focusing on this significance, the positive experiences and the price paid for tickets in an event can play an intentional repurchase behavior. It is worth noting the context in which the analysis is employed since the local culture can influence consumer perception regarding the desired experiences at the spectacle. Conclusion: The stadiums' atmosphere and the ticket prices structure themselves as a relevant factor in the behavioral intentions of soccer fans.

In Taiwan, sociology is ‘the Western knowledge’ by its origin, and inevitably will be indigenized, especially in the process of teaching or researching. The development of sociology in postwar Taiwan takes a crooked path. It is in the crooked path to postwar that the indigenization in Taiwan’s sociology takes different faces, employing different terminology and constellating around different academic figures to embody the indigenization as we have known today. Although the path from sinicization to Taiwanization may nicely capture the basic line of Taiwan’s sociology after the Second World War, it does fail to reveal the details that can suggest to a more dynamic, more controversial side of indigenization. In this short article, we review the emergence, transformation, and invisibilization of indigenization in postwar Taiwan in the following three aspects: its periodization, the socio-political background in which the debate is embedded, and the key issues involved. While the indigenization debate has been subsiding in last decade, we will argue that the ideal which the debate evinces is still significant and influential. In conclusion, we propose an alternative view to rethink the indigenization of Taiwan’s sociology. In terms of reciprocal comparison and connected histories, Taiwan’s case exemplifies an alternative trajectory of modernity, which is potential to correct the hitherto double historical misrecognition of modernity upheld by classical sociological theories, and to build a new synthesis or a new theory of modernities.

In 2010, the San Francisco Giants became the first professional team to implement a comprehensive demand-based ticket pricing strategy called dynamic ticket pricing (DTP). In an effort to understand DTP as a price setting strategy, the current investigation explored Giants’ ticket prices during the 2010 season. First, the relationship between fixed ticket prices, dynamic ticket prices, and secondary market ticket prices for comparable seats were examined. In addition, seat location and price changes over time were examined to identify potential effects on ticket price in the primary and secondary market. Giants’ ticket price data were collected for various games throughout the 2010 season. A purposive selection of 12 games, which included (N= 1,316) ticket price observations, were chosen in an effort to include a multitude of game settings. Two ANOVA models were developed to examine price differences based on pricing structure, market, section, and time. Findings showed significant differences between fixed ticket prices, dynamic ticket prices, and secondary market ticket prices, with fixed ticket prices on the low end and secondary market ticket prices on the high end of the pricing spectrum. Furthermore, time was found to have a significant influence on ticket price; however, the influence of time varied by market and seat location. These findings are discussed and both theoretical and practical implications are considered.

As domestic air travel in India is becoming increasingly popular with different air ticket booking channels coming online these days, passengers are trying to understand how these airline companies make decisions over time about ticket prices. Therefore, many methods are ready to provide the proper time to do so. The customer who buys an air ticket by estimating the price of the airfare is recently proposed. The majority of these strategies make use of sophisticated Computational Intelligence Prediction Models an area of science known as Machine Learning (ML). This paper highlights the parameters and also includes the guidelines that are important for project work to be developed that is indicated above.
