The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

В статье обосновывается актуальность проблемы развития одаренного ребенка в условиях современного образования. Описывается необходимость создания государственной системы выявления и социально-психологического сопровождения одаренных детей. Анализируются основные формы и методы адаптации системы образовательного учреждения к возможностям и требованиям ребенка с неординарными способностями. Описываются психологические особенности таких детей. Характеризуются социально-психологические технологии работы с одаренными детьми: диагностика, консультирование, тренинг личностного роста и тренинг креативности, использование которых позволяет обеспечить эффективное сопровождение одаренного ребенка в образовательном процессе, профориентацию и высокопродуктивную деятельность по благоустройству и развитию общества. В статье также перечисляются мероприятия государственного уровня по поддержке данной категории детей. Главной целью данного исследования является стремление привлечь внимание пе­дагогического сообщества к повышению профессиональной компетентности психолого-педагогического состава при организации работы с детьми с выдающимися способностями. При организации образовательного пространства педагогу необходимо использовать специальные методы. При социально-психологическом сопровождении процесса развития одаренного ребенка специалисту необходимо учитывать психологические особенности такого ребенка и особенности его микросоциума. Вся эта деятельность должна быть реализована в контексте и при непосредственном контроле государства. Поддержка одаренных детей вписывается в государственную концепцию последних лет, направленную на осознание ценности человеческих ресурсов и поддержку талантливых людей, способных обеспечить качественный скачок в развитии страны. The article substantiates the relevance of the issue of gifted children development in the conditions of modern education. It underlines the necessity of creating a statewide system of gifted children identification and social and psychological support. It analyzes the major forms and methods that enable one to adjust the education system to the needs and abilities of a gifted child. The article characterizes social and psychological strategies of working with gifted children: identification, consultation, personal growth training, creativity training, and other strategies that enable one to ensure efficient support of gifted children throughout the educational process, secure gifted children’s professional orientation, provide efficient means of social improvement and development. The article enumerates state measures aimed at the support of gifted and talented children. The aim of the research is to draw the attention of the teaching community to the necessity of enhancing teachers professional competence of supporting gifted children’s learning process. When organizing the learning space, a teacher should use special strategies and methods. To provide gifted children with the required social and psychological support, a teacher should take into consideration, gifted children’s psychological peculiarities and the peculiarities of such children’s microcommunities. All these activities should be state-supported and state-supervised. Supporting gifted children has been a state priority for many years now. It highlights the importance of human resources and the necessity to support gifted people capable of ensuring a qualitative development of the country.

In the article it is justified the relevance and necessity in the learning process of pupils in the conditions of information society to develop not only their personal qualities, but thinking which is a significant factor, determining the process of improving the system of continuous education of a person in XXI century. As early as in the 70s of XX century the Russian philosopher and psychologist Davydov V. V. emphasized that in the rapidly developing society the classical pedagogy in its current variant aims at constant expansion of the information volume of curricula that will eventually lead to a crisis of education, falling level of education, as pupils will not be able qualitatively to master the whole volume of knowledge during the period of study at school. The idea of way out of this situation was formulated by Davydov V. V. It lies in the fact to “teach a child to learn independently”. It means that it is important to convert a child from trainee into “learner”, i.e. “being able to teach yourself”, to make “subject of his own education”. It is appropriate in the primary school to form pupils’ ability to independent theoretical knowledge, to develop their theoretical thinking. If during the teaching process the pupils have not formed conceptual thinking, then children’s unconsciousness of own intellectual operations and inability of their voluntary use are kept. Memorized the rules and formulas, a child does not see their field of application, he is not able to use them, he has difficulty with transferring of intellectual skills into similar situations, he does not notice illogicality of own wrong conclusions, contradictions in the statements. In the article it is particularly emphasized that the main purpose of general secondary education in the information society is to teach the pupils to think. Educational process has to promote development of conceptual thinking which is formed only by studying sciences, i.e. through the development of objective laws of the surrounding world.

Special attention is paid to the creation of optimal conditions for the development of preschool children, to the realization of their right to affordable education. The article reveals the essence of the integrated approach to the construction of the educational process in pre-school institutions, actualizes its practice-oriented orientation, shows the components of the content of such an educational process.

The gradual process of reforming educational activities lays new demands on education in the higher education system of Ukraine, and therefore there is a need to improve the methodology of teaching any discipline, to continuously monitor the quality of applicants’ educational success, as well as to apply the competence-based approach to education, in general. The article determines the relevance of the study of the educational process optimization in higher education institutions (HEI), including mastering modern principles of teaching Graphic disciplines the creation of which contributes to the active formation of professional competence of students majoring in artistic and architectural specialties. The process of education in HEI is known to be a significant factor in the socialization of a personality, since in addition to acquiring new knowledge and professional competences, it also promotes self-education and self-realization in future life. The authors reveal the peculiarities, technological means and methods of teaching Graphic disciplines and organization of the educational process for freshman and sophomore students of art-related HEI. There is a need to increase the efficiency not only of classroom contact hours, but also of the extracurricular work. This requires that teachers should constantly search for new ways and approaches that could facilitate mastering of educational material. The model of the educational process for near future is one of the directions determining the improvement of the whole education system and involves this type of training, which is characterized by a considerable amount of independent work, which also requires a sufficiently high level of stable skills of individual graphic competence. In this regard, the formation of students’ motivation and interest throughout the educational process in HEI, the recognition of the necessity to obtain a quality graphic education, which is the key to success in their future professional activity, are of great importance.

К ним можно отнести последние редакции федеральных государственных образовательных и профессиональных стандартов. Таким образом, достигается новый уровень качества подготовки будущих специалистов, повышается эффективность системы профессионального образования. Этот процесс зависит от различных факторов, причин и условий, которые могут быть определены как педагогические детерминанты профессионального образования. Цель исследования установить эти факторы, причины, условия и охарактеризовать их роль в повышении эффективности профессионального образования. Детерминанты по отношению к процессу образования классифицированы как внутренние и внешние. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы руководством технических университетов, преподавателями, занимающимися проблемами качества образования. Modernization in the education system is aimed at increasing the efficiency of vocational education and is enshrined in regulatory laws and acts. These include the latest editions of federal state educational standards. Their implementation should ensure the formation of universal, general professional and professional competencies and the development of students' personal qualities. Thus, a new level of quality of training of future specialists is achieved and, ultimately, the efficiency of the vocational education system is increased. This process depends on various factors, reasons and conditions that can be identified as pedagogical determinants of vocational education. The aim of the study is to establish these factors and conditions and to characterize their role in increasing the effectiveness of vocational education. Professional training of orchestra conductors is traditionally aimed at performing primarily educational and creative tasks. At the same time, the inner world of a conductor as a leader of the ensemble still needs deeper study. In particular, formation of the conductor’s professional competence will not be effective without necessary personal qualities, self-awareness, self-concept, which involves a total reflection of his activities. The phenomenon of the orchestra conductor’s self-concept is presented not only as a set of ideas and attitudes towards oneself, which has certain characteristics, but also as a subject, which is entrusted with cultural and aesthetic professional responsibilities. The study of the self-concept will facilitate understanding the regulation and management of the internal process in the professional activities of the orchestra conductor. The study relevant because it can reorient the purpose of the educational process from the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities to a broad understanding of the multifunctionality of future conducting and orchestral activities.

The article analyzes the approaches to the defi nition of the concept of “the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence of young professionals”, the structure of psychological and pedagogical competence of young teachers is presented, and the criteria for the development of psychological and pedagogical competence of young specialists in the regional education system are developed on its basis: the emotional value criterion revealing the features motivational-value sphere of the young teacher and manifested in an emotional attitude to diff erent sides of the professional activities; cognitive-content test, refl ecting the presence in young teachers of basic psychological and pedagogical knowledge and their justifi ed application in pedagogical practice of the teacher; an activity-behavioral criterion that includes the features of the psychological and pedagogical competence of young teachers through practical skills in the implementation of professional activities and behavior.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена в рассмотрении проблемы формирования профессиональной компетентности студентов педагогического вуза для работы в условиях инклюзивного образования. Цель статьи заключается в анализе необходимости формирования профессиональной компетентности через комплексное включение студентов педагогического вуза в образовательный процесс и внеучебную деятельность. В статье проведен анализ подходов к определению понятия «профессиональная компетентность». Автором приведено описание опыта практической работы по формированию профессиональной компетентности в работе в условиях инклюзии у студентов Филиала ОмГПУ в г. Таре. Представленные данные проведенной диагностики показывают результативность комплексного подхода в решении проблемы формирования профессиональной компетентности у студентов педагогического вуза для работы в общеобразовательной школе в условиях инклюзии. Статья предназначена для работников системы образования, педагогов, учителей и студентов высших учебных заведений. The relevance of the article is due to the consideration of the problem of forming the professional competence of students of a pedagogical university to work in an inclusive education. The purpose of the article is to analyze the need to form professional competence through the comprehensive inclusion of students of a pedagogical university in the educational process and extracurricular activities. The article analyses approaches to the definition of "professional competence." The author describes the experience of practical work on the formation of professional competence in work in the conditions of inclusion with students of the Branch of the OmSPU in Tara. The presented diagnostic data show the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach in solving the problem of developing professional competence among students of a pedagogical university to work in a general education school in conditions of inclusion. Article is intended for workers of an education system, teachers, teachers and students of higher educational institutions.

The focus of the education system on the assimilation of knowledge, which was traditional and justified before, no longer corresponds to the modern social order, is determined by the objective need of society for a new person, capable of independent, responsible, creative actions, an intellectual person, with a critical thinking, liberated from dogmas, living in a complex. The fulfilment of these tasks requires a significant improvement in the quality of professional training of future specialists, based on the application of the pedagogical aspects of human existence and development in the context of the formation of their professional competence and involves the development of personal qualities and creative abilities, the ability to independently acquire new knowledge and solve problems, and navigate in the life of society.
