The problem considered in this article is to determine the role of the corporate culture of educational organizations in the process of forming the professional identity of teachers. Emphasis is placed on the indicative approach, within the framework of which the potential of teachers is supported; detection by teachers of their own problems and giving them a developmental character by turning the problem into a task of activity. It has been determined that the indicative approach brings closer to understanding the mechanisms of formation of new subjective qualities of teachers in the process of putting forward and achieving goals at the stages of mastering certain types of activities, as a result, the development of the fragmentary experience of teachers into a stable motivation for professional improvement in the process of collective activity.

The article considers the issues of the processes of merging, consolidation, and unification of various educational organizations (preschool educational organizations and municipal general education schools) into educational complexes (on the example of Moscow and the Moscow region). The accumulated experience of the existence of educational complexes is summarized, the positive and negative aspects of the association of educational organizations in general education are described. Among some positive results, the availability and opening of additional high schools were noted; accessibility, openness and diversity of specialized classes; some "strong" schools managed to pull up more "weak" schools. Among the negative aspects of the association, the following are highlighted: the gap in continuity between various links: primary, secondary and senior; low psychological safety of participants in the educational process in educational complexes; the achievements of schoolchildren in different divisions of the educational complex and in different classes are uneven and can vary greatly; additional paid education for children is additionally costly for their parents; the possibility of undermining the psychosocial and age-related aspects of normal socialization and personal development of a student due to the heavy workload of academic subjects; disproportionate funding between the structural divisions of the complex; reduction of teacher rates; destruction of a unique director's corps (directors and his deputies within one school as an established team of professionals); loss of the individuality of the educational organization, established values and traditions; a preschool educational organization can become, as it were ,an "appendage" of the school; with a large number of children in the educational complex, the phenomenon of depersonalization can occur, students become a "gray mass" , etc. It is emphasized that not only economic and managerial efficiency is important, but also pedagogical. Education specialists need to take into account the existing shortcomings of already operating educational complexes in order, as a result, to achieve the goals and content of education, primarily for students.

Currently, the pace of socio-economic development is largely determined by the development level of the education system. Preschool and general education plays a special role, as they form the main features of the future workforce. The quality of the education system depends on many factors, one of which is the remuneration of pedagogical employees. The first goal of the work is to demonstrate that, despite the adoption of Presidential Decree No. 597, the salary of pedagogical employees and their standard of living continue to remain low. The second goal of the work is to analyze their wages, taking into account the ownership form of the educational organization. The article describes the basic pedagogical employees pay indicators that are presented in open databases of the statistical authorities or calculated by the author: absolute pedagogical employees’ salary and its growth; pedagogical employees’ salary as compared to the regional salary and ratio of pedagogical employees’ salary to the consumer basket of a working age adult. It is shown that in 2013–2017 the living standards of pedagogical employees as a whole has been decreasing, and the target indicator has not been reached, however, their salary markedly differs depending on the ownership form of the educational organization. In preschool education pedagogical employees of organizations in regional ownership are in the best position. Pedagogical employees of organizations in federal ownership have the best performance in general education. However, they have fairly close indices that exceed the target indicator. The most numerous pedagogical employees of municipal educational organizations are in the worst position, and their salary is far behind the wages of pedagogical employees in state-owned organizations and is well below target values.

Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to the contradiction between the presence of common strategic objectives for the education development to ensure the competitiveness of Russian schoolchildren in international comparative studies and the lack of a mechanism that allows one to objectively assess the differences between educational organizations due to the peculiarities of the student body and the characteristics of the territory where they are located. The research purpose is to form a list of characteristics that are consistent with international and Russian monitoring studies and forms of statistical reporting, making it possible to identify educational organizations operating in different socio-economic conditions. Materials and methods. The study was carried out on the databases of the results of monitoring studies and procedures for assessing the quality of general education in the Tomsk region. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to assess the statistical significance of differences in data. Research results. An information base has been formed, including aggregated socio-economic characteristics correlated with the educational achievements of the student body from 273 general education organizations of the Tomsk region (data as of 2019). The revealed statistically significant differences (p<0.001) between small, rural and urban educational organizations will make it possible to objectively analyze the educational achievements of a particular educational organization, specifically identify deficiencies and effective management practices, as well as coordinate the socio-economic policy of the Tomsk region. Discussion and conclusion. The agreement of the list of socio-economic characteristics with international studies initiated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) will allow regional education authorities, regardless of participation in international comparative studies, to calculate a quantitative index reflecting educational advantages or disadvantages due to external factors relating to the educational organization. The index calculation in Russian practice is a new urgent task, which is difficult and resource-intensive without special software tools.

The article deals with the problems associated with the formation of civic qualities and Patriotic feelings of schoolchildren by means of extracurricular activities. As an integral part of the educational process, extracurricular activities are a mechanism that reveals the internal logic and structural components of the process of civil and Patriotic education. In the process of implementing extracurricular activities, a General education organization must create the necessary conditions to develop basic value orientations. Therefore, when planning educational work, it is important to take into account the methodological foundations and principles of civil and Patriotic education. A significant expansion of students ' understanding of the essence of citizenship and patriotism is facilitated by events, the content of which is dominated by materials about the historical events of the country, state symbols, and traditional cultural values. From these positions, the organization and implementation of extracurricular activities of educational organizations, due to its educational potential, largely determines the orientation of students to their socialization, being the most important mechanism of civil and Patriotic education.
