All-round development of a child in kindergarten is possible only when using educational programs that perform the function of structuring the entire volume of developmental influences on a child in kindergarten. Currently, this requirement is not fully observed, which leads to the loss or, on the contrary, unproductive duplication of part of the content of preschool education. This state of affairs necessitates the development of a typology of programs. Also, the typology of the program is the basis for building objective links between the goals of educational activities and its actual results. But, at present, connections of this kind can be built only through individual psychodiagnostic examinations, which is unacceptable for real pedagogical practice for a number of reasons. In this article, the authors, relying on the psychological and pedagogical concept of N.A. Korotkova, designing the structure of the educational program, which considering the whole variety of possible events occurring in the preschool educational organization and allowing, without using additional semantic links, to determine the course of children's development based on the manifestation of various types of initiative in their activities.

The article raises the problem of the readiness of teachers of preschool educational organizations to work on the new Federal State Educational Standard, which pays great attention to the organization of the joint educational activities of a teacher with children. The results of two questionnaire surveys of kindergarten teachers are given, in the course of which it was found out, firstly, the level of the involvement of teachers in the development of educational programs, secondly, their understanding of the results of preschool education, and thirdly, the identification of priority areas for the development of a preschool child. It was found that the majority of teachers take an executive position in relation to educational programs, they are focused not on the personal development of children, but on the formation of their knowledge, skills, teachers underestimate the value of the game and research activities for children’s development. Real educational situations of the organization of the teacher’s joint activities with children are described, illustrating that teachers do not always understand how to make a child an active participant in interacting with an adult and how to get away from the total use of the authoritarian model of joint activity towards leadership and partnership. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the level of the methodological support in the kindergarten, including the position of the senior educator, and the ability of the teacher to organize educational situations of reversed and open joint action with children.

In this paper kindergarten teachers describe the types of services and practices they often use to design and implement an educational program. The authors’ paper aims to identify and present the kindergarten teachers’ views and practices, concerning the types of educational programs-they usually conduct-the kindergarten teachers’ training status and needs on designing and implementing such programs according to the mandated Curriculum Studies of Preschool Education for Greece, as well as the teaching methods and equipment settings they usually use in an educational program. They also indicate the problems and difficulties most kindergarten teachers meet while carrying out an educational program, as well as the reasons most kindergarten teachers prefer to carry out an “informal school program.” An “informal school program” takes place at a local level and kindergarten teachers do not take this approach to a higher level, in order not to have any particular problems with the school context, the mandated Curriculum Studies and timetable of Preschool Education for Greece currently and the teaching methods, aids and materials.

We presented and briefly described stages of evolution of practical-oriented development of socialization of children in conditions of integration of general and extracurricular education of children. The study bases on the theory of social partnership, the concept of integration of general and extracurricular education. We established three main stages of evolution of practical-oriented development of socialization of children in conditions of integration of general and extracurricular education of children. We described the main stages of evolution by presenting the main models of integration, key regulatory documents. We found that the key resource for integrating general and complementary education is the ideological, substantive and organizational unity of key components of the educational process in the school. The integration of extra-time activities and the development of extracurricular education programmes creates favourable conditions for the fuller self-realization of students. A modern school needs a holistic project of instrumentally equipped educational and methodological support for combining extracurricular education and out-of-hours activities of students during the socialization of schoolchildren. One of the possible mechanisms for combining extracurricular and general education in the socialization of schoolchildren may be the formation, discussion and approval of an educational program of general education levels of a general education organization.
