Present work describes the original technology of anti-virus products provision to the user’s team of the scientific unit on the example of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the well-known domestic antivirus agent Doctor Web. The technology is based on a separate Antivirus server and a number of software tools developed by the author. Among the users there are PCs of the global Internet, internal network, including their separate segments, as well as users of the DialUp segment. This technology was implemented in CEMI RAS since 2003 and has been successfully operated for more than 15 years. The maximum number of users exceeded 200 PCs and servers. The monograph was approved for publication by the Academic board of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The article is dedicated to Pavel A. Stunzhas, a highly qualified specialist in the field of Marine Hydrochemistry, a graduate from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He was a Senior Researcher at the Laboratory of Biohydrochemistry at the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology Russian Academy of Sciences, PhD on Physics and Mathematics sciences. July 2, 2020, he celebrated his 80th birthday, but by the will of fate and COVD'19, he suddenly passed away on October 29 of this year. He worked at the Institute of Oceanology for 46 years – from the first to the last days of his life.

The seminar was attended by leading researchers in the field of agent modeling from Brazil, South Korea, India, China, France, Germany and other countries.

In the article, the authors proposed the concept of developing and introducing into the clinical practice the technologies of personalized medicine, and first of all, genomic as well as other «omics» technologies. These are the stages from the choice of the problem, which is solved by personalizing the management of patients on the basis of genomic studies to the formation of a model for the introduction of personalized medicine technologies into clinical practice. The role of medical organizations of the Ministry of Health and scientific institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences in all the proposed stages is presented.

The Organizers of the conference are the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” and Alferov Saint Petersburg National Research Academic University of the Russian Academy of Sciences. More than 300 participants from Russia, CIS countries, Europe and America took part in the conference. The conference consisted of poster reports presented by the young participants (students, PhD students, and young researchers) and topical lectures by invited speakers. Due to restrictions imposed by the city authorities on holding mass events due to the threat of the spread of the COVID-19 infection, this year’s conference was held in a hybrid format at the HSE University (Saint-Petersburg, Russia). Most of the participants were present in person, while the rest could listen to reports and ask their questions on-line. Some of the speakers also made their presentations in a distant format. Changes taking place in the society have a significant impact on libraries functioning. The areas of activities of scientific libraries that provide information support to scientists and specialists are expanding and modifying, which requires upgrading professional competencies of employees, causing constant professional development of their human resources and intensifying methodological support of activities. The State Public Scientific Technological Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS), being the scientific and methodological center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SB RAS) libraries, initiated work on elaboration of a concept for developing human resources of libraries included in the library system (59 libraries of local library subsystems of Novosibirsk, Buryat, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Tyumen and Yakutsk scientific centers). The article presents a draft concept proposed for discussion, which provides characteristics of the current situation. The concept defines goals, objectives, principles, directions, mechanisms, organizational and functional structure, targets for the development of human resources potential of SB RAS libraries, as well as vectors of development of SPSTL SB RAS methodological work with the staff of libraries of research institutions. Attention is paid at the development of vertical and horizontal coordination relationships (organizational, functional, methodological and technological), a set of measures is determined that are to ensure the project implementation and the set of goals achievement, lists of librarians’ competencies are proposed. Based the results of the discussion of the document in the library community, elaboration of the strategy for the human resources of SB RAS libraries development is planned, which implementation will increase the efficiency of information support for the scientists and specialists of scientific institutions.
