Implementation of Total Quality Management makes organization to maintain quality standards in all aspects of organization's business. Standard quality management system (QMS) that has been developed and suitable for education is ISO 9001, achievement of quality device that is expected to respond to the challenges of globalization by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness to satisfy stakeholders. Higher School of Administration Sciences of Mandala Indonesia (STIAMI) proved itself as a reliable organization that received the ISO 9001:2008 certificate issued by QS Zurich AG no. 7011 on April 19, 2011.This research aims are (1) To determine the implementation of Quality Managements System ISO 9001:2008 from the aspect of dokumentation, (2) To determine the implementation of Quality Managements System ISO 9001:2008 from the aspect of management responsibility and alternative implementation strategies for corrective action.The data used in the form of primary and secondary data, both from qualitative and quantitative. Processing of qualitative data using descriptive analysis is based on interviews with party organization consists of nine informen who master the Quality Management System and its implementation in STIAMI on the right target and can affect policy. The collected data is processed by the method of analytic hierarchy process AHP with Microsoft Excel 2010 software, version AHPcalc 12:08:13.The results of data processing show that the essential elements of QMS ISO 9001:2008 in STIAMI are Quality Management System (25.8 %), Responsibility Management (25 %), Product Realization (23.8%), Measurement, Analysis & Improvement (17 , 4 %) and Resource Management (8%); the most responsible actor is Top Management (51.4 %); goals to be achieved are the Quality Improvement Services (59.7 %), Improvement of Administration (31.2 %) and Reference (9.1 %); alternative measures such as Education and Training (1st priority), Monitoring and Evaluation (2nd priority) and Teamwork (3rd priority)          Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2008 in STIAMI is going well.

ABSTRACT: For effective management of each company, it is important to have the most accurate overview of your costs, and this also applies to quality management. Within the framework of compliance with the principles of management according to ISO 9001, this is a process principle and the principle of continuous improvement. Organizations can use different models for this. The main goal of the paper was to find out whether in a specific company with an established quality management system, quality expenditures are effectively spent on the basis of the extended PAF model (Prevention Appraisal and Failure). The development of total quality costs in the years 2003-2017 in thous. CZK, in the costs of external and internal defects, wasted investments and opportunities, environmental damage, evaluation expenses and expenses on prevention and improvement. The share of individual quality expenditures was also monitored against sales, the values of which for all groups of expenditures were within the recommended range, so it can be stated that due to production, the performance of the quality management system according to the PAF model is at a good level.

The findings of external audits in order to ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system at LP3I College for three consecutive years provide benefits in the form of improvement, correction  and consistency of the quality management system in accordance with applicable requirements. The methodology used refers to the PDCA methodology as a model for running the management process with continuous improvement. Improved system in the stages of the Plan in the form of Management of quality objectives, analysis and evaluation, as well as back up data. Stage of Do in the form of maintenance evaluation and realization of infrastructure and facilities targets, and Special Basic Skills Ability is set as a reference for the new admissions graduation Criteria. Stages of Check in the form of monitoring and evaluation of Quality Achievements by the leader of his subordinates, analysis and evaluation of customer satisfaction. The Act Stages are an evaluation of the effectiveness of Improvement Measures from the Non Conformance Report (NCR) findings, and makes corrective actions against any non-achievement of quality objectives. Corrections in the implementation of QMS as a solution of the findings by the auditor in the case of nonconformance of internal standards for Plan stage: document validation, re-examination of SOP content, and Evaluation on Outsourcing. For the cycle of Do: supplier evaluation responsibilities. While Check cycle: establishing observation findings as Auditor Suggestions or alternative improvements. Whereas the inconsistency actions that must be controlled so that they are always consistent in carrying out procedures include, stage of Plan : mapping each official according to his competence, stage of Do: the entire course and the recording, and stage of Check: the period of analysis and evaluation of customer satisfaction at least once a year.

While data analysis through analysis of interactive (Milesand Huberman, 1994).Research finding of research focus I: 1) conducting two qualifyingwhich have been commended by ISO 9001:2008, namely System Design Of ManagementQuality of through step of plan-do-check-action ( P-D-C-A) and Documentation SystemManagement Quality of. Management Top (principal) organizational have to compareexpectation of the customer with Organizational performance able to determine directionpolicy of Organization. 2). Have Commitment of customer satisfaction either from internaland external school started by given the expectation and requirement of customer. 3).Process looked into a study which continue to have continuation and over there willhappened repairs to performance 4). Management system implementation quality of ISO9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari qualify total involvementfrom entire school component. AbstractImplementation of ISO Quality Management System (QMS) at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim (Maliki) Malang shows the spirit of the modernization of the campusmanagement system. Application of ISO QMS is intended to facilitate the leaders of thecampus to meetStandard of BAN-PT while building TQM. This research is focused on thecomparative analysis of the implementation of ISO QMS, the role of Standard of BANPTandapplicationofTQMinUINMalikiMalang.Theapproachusedisqualitativeresearch,withdatacollectiontechniquessuchasinterviews,observationanddocumentstudy.Thisresearchfindsthat,amongothers,UIN’sleadersandinternalstakeholdershavesoughttoimplementtheclausesofISOQMScorrectlyandconsistently;andandincreasetheinvolvement of academicians in sustainable campus quality improvementefforts. The problems are formulated as follows: ISO 9001: 2008 certification focuses more on proving compliance with standards and has not accommodated the needs of the education world to meet the expectations of stakeholders as well as continuous improvement of organizational performance. The need for implementation of Quality Management System in education sector becomes important. The focus of this research is to describe the condition of motives, benefits, obstacles and success factors of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System. The research method used is explanatory survey method with descriptive analysis technique. The population of research states vocational school in Bandung and the sample is the manager of Quality Management System. The results describe the condition of motives, benefits, obstacles and success factors of implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management. The motives categorical are high, high benefit, medium barriers and factors of high category success. This means that the impetus of the school to apply ISO is very good, the benefits of good ISO implementation and success factors in the application of ISO is very good, while in its application there are still barriers in the medium category.    Implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management becomes a very important thing to improve the competitiveness of state vocational school in Bandung. A serious effort is required in implementing the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management system..

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system is one of the implementation forms of total quality management (TQM) concept. This total quality management system requires an organization to have standards such as resource management standards, product realization, measurement and evaluation, and documentation system. The purpose of ISO 9001:2008 quality management systemis toimprovecustomer satisfaction by fulfilling customer requerements through complete facilities, profesional teachers, achievement improvement and many others. This research used qualitative approach with field research design. The results obtained that performance of theachers in SMA Darul Ulum 2 Unggulan BPPT Jombang has a good predicate and implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system run well with the commitment of school principals and all the citizens of the school, and take the field. the ISO allows teachers to continue to learn and improve performance. That is also supported by commitment from high school princupals and high schoolcommunity by continuously improving the quality of work and there is a complete facility to facilitate school activities. so far, not many obstacles are heavy when schools use the ISO 9001:2008 management system, it just takes adjustment for each member to use this ISO management system.

<p><em>The main steps in order to obtain international certification of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is to prepare the mentality and habits of employees, that is to prepare quality culture as a culture of employees. The next step is the technical preparation, preparing of documents and records, preparations for work process control systems, preparing the performance monitoring and evaluation system, which is summarized in the documentation system of LP3I College. Challenges to the process of implementation of ISO 9001 is overcome by socialization the culture of quality as a work culture in every meeting of the BOD till to the technical meeting daily in the employees or  operators, using the authority of the President Director for any activity in the socialization, training, and implementation of the Quality Management System, making each Head of Department in charge of ISO 9001, arrange the efffectiveness of  internal audit process and making corrective action of any findings of non-conformance and prepared oppotunity for improvement for any observasion findings. The entire process of implementation of ISO 9001 in LP3I College was documented, and controlled accordance to ISO 9001 requirements.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keyword : Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008</em></p>

Abstract: The Implementation of Total Quality Management in Waqf Management of the Dompet Dhuafa. This article raises issues about the total quality management (TQM) in waqf management. TQM is a major issue in management, especially for large companies, in a framework to increase the quality of product output and to satisfy customers. TQM nowadays is not only adopted by profit oriented companies but also non-profit institutions. For example, the Dompet Dhuafa has achieved Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 certification. This article concludes that the implementation of TQM in waqf management of the Dompet Dhuafa is relatively advanced since it gives serious attention to customers, both external dan internal. Similarly with process improvement and total involvement, Dompet Duafa  points to enthusiasm of planned and structured improvement as well as involving all elements of the organization comprehensively.Keywords: waqf, total quality management, waqf managementAbstrak: Implementasi Total Quality Management dalam Pengelolaan Wakaf  di Dompet Dhuafa. Tulisan ini mengangkat isu tentang total quality management (TQM) dalam pengelolaan wakaf. TQM merupakan salah satu terobosan manajemen yang umumnya dilakukan oleh perusahaan besar dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas produk yang pada muaranya dapat memuaskan konsumen.  TQM tidak hanya diadopsi oleh lembaga-lembaga yang berorientasi pada keuntungan material (profit oriented) namun juga lembaga-lembaga yang berbasis non profit (non-profit oriented). Salah satunya adalah Dompet Dhuafa yang telah berhasil meraih sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Implementasi nilai TQM dalam pengelolaan wakaf di Dompet Dhuafa dapat dikatakan relatif maju karena perhatian lembaga ini kepada pelanggan, baik eksternal maupun internal, cukup bagus. Begitu pula dalam hal perbaikan proses dan keterlibatan total, Dompet Dhuafa menunjukkan semangat perbaikan yang terencana dan terstruktur serta melibatkan semua elemen organisasi secara komprehensif.Kata Kunci: wakaf, total quality management, manajemen wakafDOI: 10.15408/ajis.v12i1.983
