This study aims to examine and analyze  the influence  of Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to changes in Earnings in Construction and Building Sub-Sector Companies listed  in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019.  A sample of 40 data were obtained using purposive sampling method.  This research used a quantitative approach with associative research type. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method.The results show that partially the Debt To Equity Ratio has a statistically significant negative effect  to change in Earnings, this is indicated by the results of the t test for the variable DER -15.149> 2.026 and Net Profit Margin. statistically significant effect to changes in Earnings  as indicated by the t test for the variable NPM 5,753> 2,026. Simultaneously, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant effect simultaneously to changes in Earnings, this is indicated by the significance of the F test of 0.000 <0.05

This study aims to examine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, on Financial Distress that are calculated using the Altman Z-score. The population in this study is the coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 – 2018. Sampling in this study uses the Purposive Random Sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 30 samples from 6 companies. This research uses a quantitive approach to the type of collaborative research. The data used in the form of company financial statement obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data is then analyzed using multiple linier regression methods with SPSS version 26 . The results of the analysis show that partially Net Profit Margin has a negative effect and significant on the Financial Distre. This is evidenced through the t test, where t count is smaller than t table (-1,738 < 2,0518) and Return On Asset has a positive and significant effect on Financial Distress. This is evidenced through the t test, where t count is bigger than t table and is (4,633 > 2,11991). Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset has a significant effect on the Financial Distress this is indicated by the significance of the F test value of 0,000 smaller than 0,05

This research aims to test the influence about fundamental factors which is consisting of Retrun on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to share price. The sample of this research is the manufacture company which is registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2012 - 2016. This research uses 12 samples which is choosen by purposive sampling method. The results showed that ROA and NPM have positive but unsignifcant effect on price share, ROA has positive and significant effect on price share, and DER has negative and unsignificant effect on price share. ROA, ROE, DER, and NPM all simultaneously have significant effect on price share. Moreover, the result that has been obtained by using R-Square is 90,41% and the remaining 9,59 % influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total asset turnover (TATO) dan Net profit margin (NPM) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The object for this research is basic industry and chamicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. This research was conducted using quantitative menthod with total 10 sample of research were determined by saturated sampling. Method of hypothesis testing using t-test. This research use Debt to Equity Ratio (X1), Total asset turnover (X2), Net profit margin (X3) as independent variable and Dividend Payout Ratio as dependent variable. The results of this research is Total asset turnover (TATO) and Net profit margin (NPM) positive and has significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio, while the DER negative and has no significant effect to Dividend Payout Ratio.

This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. Net profit margins and significant positive effect on stock prices. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Stock Price.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence of return on asset, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin and firm size towards income smoothing in consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2014 – 2016. This study used 27 data from manufacture companies that have been selected using purposive sampling method with total 81 data for three years. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. This research used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 19 software to process the data. The result of research shows that return on asset, net profit margin and firm size have no influence towards income smoothing. Debt to equity ratio has negative significant influence towards income smoothing.

This study aims to determine how much influence current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover simultaneously on net profit margin on otomotive companies and component listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. The data used are the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and net profit margin’s company. Coeficient determination, F Value and T Test are using in this study. The result of this study is simultaneous effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover have a significant impact on net profit margin.

This research aims to know the influence of debt to equity ratio and net profit margin toward income smoothing and the influence of roa as the moderate correlation. The object for this research is mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2015. This study uses Eckel Index to classify a company that does or does not practice income smoothing. The sample used in this study is a 10 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the five years from 2011 to 2015 with the selection purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis used in this study with descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variable of net profit margin influence negatively with the income smoothing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). But variable debt to equity ratio do not influence the income smoothing.

This study examined the effect of current ratio and debt to asset ratio on net profit margin and stock prices of the sector basic industry and chemicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2019. The object of research was the stock prices of companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector, which have been published through the official website of the Indonesian capital market. It was used secondary data derived from the monthly statistics, including Current Ratio data, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, and data on closing prices for the period 2015-2019. In analyzing data, it was used path analysis of secondary data obtained from the basic industry sector financial statements of 60 companies. The company's performance in this sector is considered quite good when seen from the movement of the index value in the last five years. The results show that direct current ratio had a positive and significant effect on the net profit margin, and the debt to equity ratio did not significantly influence the net profit margin. The current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the debt to equity ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the net profit margin has a significant effect on stock prices in the basic industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indirectly the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the debt to asset ratio has a negative and not significant effect on the company's stock prices in the basic industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

 This research have purpose to examine empirically the effect on Net Profit Margin and Liquidity (Current Ratio) to Stock Price on Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Company Listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange Period 2012-2016. The problems that occur in Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companyis the decrease of Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Net Profit Margin. Then the companyhas descreased Stock Price but not followed by the increase of Liquidity (Current Ratio). The research uses descriptive verification analysis method with population 10 companies from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical Companies. Sample selected by using purposive sampling, so thesample obtained to 8 companies with 40 financial reports from Sub Sector Pharmaceutical CompanyListed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Technical of data analysis is multiple linearregression with SPSS 16.0 version as the application.  The result of the analysis showed that Net Profit Margin has positive and significant effect to Stock Price, and Liquidity which measured by Current Ratio has Positive dan significant effect toStock Price.
