Abstract - The Policy in taking a decision on a particular issue is not an easy thing, because it needs to be a consideration that is expected to help justify certain decisions must be taken. Likewise, the handling of the problem of determining employment options for someone to work according to their talents and interests. Someone who will be joining or working in a company the necessary things that need to be considered are of such quality and age, GPA quality and desired salary of the person. Job Selection Decision Support System is the most appropriate for handling problems that require independent completion of a computer for someone who input the data processing data with efficient and accurate calculations. By using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic reasoning in the processing of data input and output, as well as supporting information in the form of Recommendation job what is right for the person. Begitu juga penanganan masalah dalam penentuan pilihan pekerjaan bagi seseorang. Pemilihan jenis pekerjaan seharusnya disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan minat yang dimiliki seseorang. Seseorang yang akan bekerja pada sebuah perusahaan mempertimbangkan umur, IPK, dan gaji yang diinginkan.Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pekerjaan yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu calon pekerja dalam menentukan pilihannya. AbstrakKebijaksanaan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan pada permasalahan tertentu bukan lah hal yang mudah, karena perlu dilakukan pertimbangan yang diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan alasan keputusan tertentu harus diambil. Begitu juga penanganan masalah menentukan seseorang untuk menjadi anggota paduan suara dewasa pada Sanggar Bina Vokalia Menteng Palangka Raya.Seseorang yang akan bergabung pada sebuah tim paduan suara yang akan mengikuti kegiatan atau event tertentu, maka hal yang perlu diperlukan adalah seperti kualitas usia, pengalaman, kedisiplinan, intonasi, artikulasi dan wilayah nada dari seseorang tersebut. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Anggota Paduan Suara Kategori Dewasa  sangat tepat diterapkan untuk penanganan masalah  yang membutuhkan penyelesaian mandiri dari komputer untuk pemrosesan data peserta yang mengikuti seleksi dengan perhitungan efisien dan akurat. ABSTRACTHuman are always faced with taking a decision. It also happens to a company in the process of determining which employees. In determination the production plan required a lot of considerations in case of taking decisions. Beside that, the number of employees in a company is to determine who get the production plan of the achievement. System is made to determine employees who will get benefits achievement based on the some criteria have been determined by the company. These criterias will be used as fuzzy input which also process a called fuzzy variables. In this research will construct decision support system by using fuzzy logic with fuzzy variables input that are productivity, quality tabbing and discipline. In of fuzzy logic method there are three stages, namely stage fuzzification, inference and deffuzification. At this stage of the fuzzy inference used the Sugeno method. The results of this experiments has performed that the system is able to display the production planning data for the calculation of the value of production that have been determined based on fuzzy logic with fuzzy variables. Keyword: Decision Support System, Fuzzy Logic,  Sugeno.

This paper describes the development of decision support system application to assist students who want to enter college so that no one choose the majors incorrectly. This application uses fuzzy logic method because fuzzy logic is very flexible in data which are vague and can be represented as a linguistic variable. The purpose of this application is to assist students to choose available majors at University Multimedia Nusantara which are appropriate with his/her capabilities. This application accepts five kinds of input values i.e. Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, and TIK. Received input will be processed by the calculation of the system for decision-making and the application will generate output that shows how great a match for each majors. With this application, prospective students can find out where the majors that match his/her capabilities. This application has ninety nine percentage of match result accuracy. Based on the results of this research make customer Election Decision Support System Best with ELECTRE method. Where the method ELECTRE perform testing based on criteria sort by value and ranking obtained using pairwise comparison of alternatives based on any appropriate criteria.
