This research is aimed to examine the feasibility of establishing the "coconut" cooking oil industry center in Luwuk Timur Subdistrict of Banggai Regency from various important aspects namely legal, market and marketing, technical / operational, management / organization, socio-economic, and environmental impact aspects. Sample amounted to 20 units. Sampling technique by census. Methods of data collection using Questionnaire and depth interviews. Data Analysis Method Descriptive Analysis, Financial Feasibility Analysis, is to calculate the financial feasibility value of the project under the Cash Flow, Payback Period (PP), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Net Present Value (NPV) and Provitability Index (PI ). And SWOT analysis (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats), with SAP instrument approach (Strategic Advantage Profile). ETOP instruments (Environmental Threat and Opportunity Profile). The results of the research indicate that the plan for the establishment of " coconut" cooking center in Luwuk Timur Subdistrict, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi can be run because all aspects analyzed in this study show a feasible value.

This study aimed to determine the marketing activities of pilgrim package tour that have been performed by PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel, develop strategies and also marketing programs that can be implemented by the company. Data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis, analysis of the Likert scale and SWOT analysis approach. The results obtained there are four teen indicators of strengths, weaknesses of tree indicators, four indicators of opportunities and four indicators threats. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by the firm such as 1)create and develop a quality product, 2)provide rebates to customers who have used the services of PT. Dongan Sahuta Tour and Travel several times.The advice given are more active in the promotion by giving rebates, conduct marketing activities as E-commers, expand cooperation with business trips or individuals.

This research was conducted on the coastal regions in Seririt sub-district. This research aimed to: 1) Describing the potential of coastal resources on Coastal Villages in Seririt sub-district, 2) Analyzing the strategy of developing coastal regions in the Seririt sub-district.  The method of this research were interview and observation. A purposive sampling technique is used for sampling.  The data analysis of this research were qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed: 1) Coastal resources on Coastal Villages in Seririt sub-district include: (1) biological resources, there are: the potential of fisheries, coral reefs and turtles, (2) non-biological resources, there are: sand and sea water, (3) artificial resources, there are: canoes, canoe engines and fishing equipments. (4) environmental service resources, there are: marine tourism (canoeing), diving or coral reef's snorkeling, turtle release activity and dolphin attractions. 2) Strategies of developing coastal regions in Seririt District for fish cultivation, preservation of coral reefs and turtles, training for improving tourism services, providing marketing centers for fish, providing training to the communities on conservation of coral reefs, turtles and handicraft production, capital procurement for the communities efforts in producing handicrafts, law enforcement by create awig-awig along with sanctions, providing restrictions for fisheries products from outside the regions, preparing capital or special funding for tourism.

This research was conducted in the West coast of Buleleng Regency with the aim of describing the potential of coastal resources for the welfare of fishing communities. The method used in this research is a survey supported by the observation method. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the West coast resources in Buleleng Regency were in the form of biological resources, namely fishery potential and coral reefs. ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out 1). To find out the inhibiting and supportingfactors in developing the Sunari Beach tourism object in Bontosikuyu District,Selayar Islands Regency. 2). To find out the development strategy of SunariBeach tourism object in Bontosikuyu District, Selayar Islands Regency. Thecollection of data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. While for data analysis using descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe supporting and inhibiting factors in developing Sunari Beach tourism objects and SWOT analysis is used to find out strategies that can be done in the effort to develop Sunari Beach tourism object. SWOT analysis is also used to compare internal factors of strengths and weaknesses with external factors of opportunities and threats possessed by Sunari Beach attractions. The results of the study show that: the supporting factors that exist in the sunari beach attractions are the pristine, beautiful and comfortable natural scenery, the  availability of vacant land, the support of the community, the easy level of accessibility, and good security conditions. The inhibiting factors are  limited budget, promotion of tourism objects that have not been maximized, lack of professionals, no cooperation with the government,  lack of awareness of visitors in maintaining cleanliness. The strategies  that can be done include: 1) increasing tourism objects owned by sunari  beach because it has interesting views to be used as a photo spot. 2) Utilizing vacant land to build facilities and infrastructure. 3) Improve the security of the sunari coast. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Untuk mengetahui faktorpenghambat dan pendukung dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari di Kecamatan Bontosikuyu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. 2). Untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari di Kecamatan Bontosikuyu Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Adapun pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SWOT. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mendeskriipsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari dan analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Sunari. Analisis SWOT juga digunakan untuk membandingkan antara faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan dengan faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh objek wisata Pantai Sunari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : faktor pendukung yang ada pada objek wisata pantai sunari yaitu pemandangan alam yang masih asli, tersedianya lahan kosong, adanya dukungan dari masyarakat, tingkataksesibilitas yang mudah, dan kondisi keamanan yang baik. Adapun  faktor penghambat yaitu keterbatasan anggaran, promosi objek wisata yang belum maksimal, kurangnya tenaga profesional, belum ada kerjasama dengan pemerintah, kurangnya kesadaran para pengunjung dalam menjaga kebersihan Adapun strategi yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya: 1)meningkatkan objek wisata yang dimiliki pantai sunari karena memiliki pemandangan yang menarik untuk dijadikan sebagai spot foto. 2) Memanfaatkan lahan yang kosong untuk membangun sarana dan prasarana yang. 3) Meningkatkan keamanan objek wisata pantai sunari.

Farmer regeneration is an effort to maintain and increase the number of farmers who have decreased. One of the programs to attract young generation in agriculture is Sustainable Food House Areas (SFHA) activities. The purposes of this study are to describe the level of youth interest, analyse factors that decide the interest, and formulate some strategies for developing youth interest in SFHA activities. This study was conducted in Sukatani, Sukaraja Sub-district, Bogor Regency in April – June 2020. This study used 50 peoples which determined using simple random sampling technique. The variables consist of individual characteristics, external factors, and youth interest in SFHA activities. Data analysis that used in this study is a descriptive analysis, correlation Rank Spearman analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results showed 52% of youth respondents had a high interest in SFHA activities. The factors that decide youth interest in SFHA activity are ICT access, cosmopolitan behavior, motivation, and some external factors. The strategies that can be undertaken to develop youth interest in SFHA activities are external factors support (family support, agricultural extension, community support and natural resources) to overcome the weaknesses (ICT access and cosmopolitan). Efforts that can be made are information media supply as a reference for youth generation in both of printed or electronic media, and actively conducting training and agricultural extension as a form of SFHA development.

The development of mangosteen agribusiness in the regions needs attention to benefit local economic development.  This research aims to analyze the investment and marketing feasibilities of mangosteen commodity at Olumokunde Village, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. Research respondents, as many as 60 farmers, were determined through stratified sampling technique. Data collection was done through observations, interviews, questionnaires to respondents, and documentary study.  Research results demonstrate that mangosteen farms meet investment feasibility. The research found that the indicator of net present value was 87.496 million rupiahs, the internal rate of return was 19.8% and the payback period was 10.95 years. Since its 7th year, the mangosteen farm business’ amount of revenue has been higher than its operational costs. Also, the research reveals farm sensitivity on the changes of cost production, selling price, and mangosteen production. There are two models of mangosteen fruit marketing channel at Olumokunde: (i) direct marketing from farmers to consumers, and (ii) indirect marketing through fruit wholesalers. The mangosteen agribusiness development needs regional government intervention in the forms of facility and infrastructure requirement as well as supply chain strengthening in order to create large-scale, economical, and highly competitive farms.JEL Classification D25; O22; Q13

ENGLISHMost of the fishermen in the Pecangaan village conduct small-level fishing activities. The study aimed: (1) to analyse the business investment; (2) to analyse the business financing and revenue; and (3) to analyse the financial feasibility of the fishing business in Pecangaan Village, Pati Regency. It was a quantitative-descriptive study. The study was held from March to October 2016 in Pecangaan Village, Pati Regency. The research samples were the fishermen in Pecangaan Village, numbered 55 people. The data analysis comprised descriptive analysis and financial feasibility analysis (Net Present Value, Revenue-Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. The study resulted: (1) The investment consisted of a unit of 5-10 GT boat, 15-20 HP boat machine, and gears, namely shrimp net, crab net, and trap. (2) The largest financing, as well as the revenue, were found in the regular season, then was followed by the peak season and the bad season respectively. (3) The financial analysis concludes that fishing business in Pecangaan Village is profitable and feasible. INDONESIAMayoritas nelayan di Desa Pecangaan melakukan kegiatan penangkapan ikan skala kecil. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk menganalisis investasi usaha; (2) menganalisis pembiayaan dan pendapatan usaha; (3) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha penangkapan ikan nelayan Desa Pecangaan Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Waktu penelitian bulan Maret sampai Oktober 2016 di Desa Pecangaan Kabupaten Pati. Sampel penelitian yaitu nelayan Desa Pecangaan sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis data yaitu secara deskriptif dan analisis kelayakan usaha secara finansial (Net Present Value, Revenue-Cost Ratio dan Payback Period). Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) investasi terdiri dari 1 unit kapal ukuran 5-10 GT, mesin kapal berkapasitas 15-20 PK, alat tangkap terdiri dari Jaring udang, jaring rajungan dan bubu. (2) Pembiayaan terbesar, sama dengan pendapatan yaitu pada musim biasa, diikuti oleh musim puncak dan musim paceklik. (3) Analisis finansial menyatakan bahwa usaha penangkapan ikan oleh nelayan Desa Pecangaan menghasilkan keuntungan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The cultivation and processing of chicken probio (broiler) in LampungProvince was initiated by Kelompok Peternak Ayam (KPA) Berkat Usaha Bersama (BUB) in Metro City. KPA BUB was established on March 22, 2008 with members of 30 farmers. KPA BUB acts as a facilitator for its members. This study aims to analyze the Probio Chicken Marketing Strategy (Broiler) in Kelompok Peternak Ayam (KPA) Berkat Usaha Bersama (BUB) Metro City. The problem to be analyzed is how the marketing strategy is implemented by Chicken Breeder Group (KPA) Berkat Usaha Bersama (BUB) Metro City. The method used in this research was non probability sampling, that is snowball sampling technique with population of 30 probio chicken breeders. The number of sample were 25 respondents consisting of 20 farmers and 5 practitioners. Analysis tool used in this research was a descriptive analysis using SWOT analysis technique. Primary and secondary data were used. The results of this study showed that the SWOT matrix obtained coordinates (0.32, 0.37), i.e. the Strengh-Opporturnities (SO) strategy, in which the coordinates were entered in Quadrant I. Strategies that can be used are 1) Developing probio chicken products and good service to consumers by seeing the growing market growth would increase the number of probio chicken production; 2) Good service to consumers, the quality of products, and the sales cycle increased with the increasing pattern of consumer behavior that would develop the needs of the society of probio chicken consumption, 3) The strength of business and good management by utilizing a strategic plant location for promotion / advertising would increase the amount of production so the community needs for chicken probio can be met.Keywords: marketing strategy, probio chicken (broiler).

Tourism as one of the potential resources in Indonesia significantly affects the country's development. However, it has not been well-managed due to many obstacles such as financing, promotion, and natural disasters. This study aimed to identify tourism attractions in Banyuwangi Regency as a newly developing district in Indonesia. The quantitative approach with the descriptive analysis applied in this study indicated that that the leading tourist attractions in Banyuwangi have excellent economic growth potential and good financial ratios. Based on the results of Financial Analysis analyzed through variables Payback Period (PP), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI), Banyuwangi has the potential feasible for investment in the tourism sector. This research would provide further consideration for investors before investing in the tourism sector in Banyuwangi Regency.
