The tax constitutes the important fund source for the development cost, thus it needs the efforts to do for intensification of fund taking. The success of these efforts will be determined by two related things, namely the society’s awareness to pay the tax  and the attitude and the ability of the tax authority in doing its duty in the field. The most fundamental problem in the tax aspect is actually located in the efforts for finding the answer, who receives the last tax load in the next turn. Is the last tax load taken by every person paying amount of money to the state’s revenue? Not certainly. Because it is still potential to shift the tax load, partly or overall, to other people. In public economy, the concept of tax load shift and the last tax load (tax incidence) is an important concept to be understood. The company revenue’s last tax load or incidence is a controversial case, from both the theoretical study and the empirical study. The resolution toward this case becomes interesting and important to be learned, so the related practitioners can determine and implement the tax policy more carefully. The critical point in this problem is located in “how to determine the last load receiver, that will carry implication toward the society’s income distribution.Key word : Shifting Tax; Tax Incidence; Theory MicroThe tax constitutes the important fund source for the development cost, thus it needs the efforts to do for intensification of fund taking. This chapter deals with accessibility, a relevant and important concept for every citizen in the improvement of their quality of life in any environment or daily situation. Specifically, an empirical study about accessibility in the public health centers of a Basic Health Area (BHA) of Jaén is carried out. From this study, accessibility deficiencies in health buildings are revealed, and explicit proposals are provided with the aim of improving accessibility in different scopes such as information and communications. The improvement plans based on the use of Technology, Information, and Communication (TIC) tools help sensory disabled users that attend to the Health Center.

Employee engagement (EE) and turnover intention (TI) are significant goals to pursue for all vibrant organizations. To pursue these goals, organizations need to differentiate itself from other organizations. One important concept that leads organization to a different pedestal is employer branding (EB). This work studies the influence of EB on EE and TI. It also attempts to explain the mechanism through which EB impacts these two variables. This is done by incorporating organizational trust (OT) as a mediating variable. he sample size of the study is 308, and the respondents were from various organizations spread across India. The statistical tools to get the result were correlation and hierarchical regression in SPSS. The study finds that EB is positively related to EE and negatively aligned with TI. OT partially mediated and fully mediated the relation with EE and turnover intention, respectively. After discussing the result, implications, both practical and theoretical, are laid out. Limitations and further scope of research are discussed in the end.

Class imbalance is a fundamental problem in data mining and knowledge discovery which is encountered in a wide array of application domains. Random undersampling has been widely used to alleviate the harmful effects of imbalance, however, this technique often leads to a substantial amount of information loss. Repetitive undersampling techniques, which generate an ensemble of models, each trained on a different, undersampled subset of the training data, have been proposed to allieviate this difficulty. This work reviews three repetitive undersampling methods currently used to handle imbalance and presents a detailed and comprehensive empirical study using four different learners, four performance metrics and 15 datasets from various application domains. To our knowledge, this work is the most thorough study of repetitive undersampling techniques.

The purpose of this article is to characterize trust in higher education as a fundamental problem of sociological research, review existing achievements in its analysis and the presentation of experience in the empirical study of trust in higher education facilities of the Ural macro-region. Trust is interpreted by the authors as a major non-material asset of the development of higher education in a situation of crisis, social and economic uncertainty. It is proposed to consider the establishment of trust and the formation of a culture of trust in higher education as a constructive way to implement positive changes in the institution and the country’s system of higher education, increasing its social effectiveness. Substantiated is the need for an interdisciplinary methodology for studying trust in higher education, developed at the intersection of sociological, psychological, socio-psychological, economic, moral and professional-ethical, educational, and management approaches. Going beyond the narrow disciplinary route, according to the authors, provides an opportunity to identify the resource potential of trust as an non-material asset. This article shows the main directions for researching trust in higher education in foreign and Russian science. The discourse of trust in higher education is shown as undergoing dynamic changes. On this basis, there are prospects for the further theoretical and empirical study of this problem. Data from the empirical study of trust as a new resource of higher education in the aforementioned Russian macro-region demonstrates the most acute contradictions given its current state and development, which have to do with an ever growing distrust in educational policies and the strategies for their implementation.

Due to the global pandemic caused by the spread of coronavirus disease, the educational process has experienced very significant transformations – in the pedagogical process both pupils and parents, teachers and education policy makers have encountered essential challenges and an unprecedent experience The aim of the research, based on the theoretical study of the distance learning concept and empirical research, and finding out the teachers’ attitude towards distance learning, is to describe the Latvia experience in distance learning during COVID-19 conditions. The research's methodology is based on teacher survey, regulatory analysis, and concessional analysis. The study highlights problems in the context of distance learning and makes a significant contribution to further research. Analysing the results of the empirical study and outcomes of the survey, it has been concluded that teachers feel psycho-emotional and physiological overload due to distance education.   Keywords: distance learning; education; pedagogical process; pupil; teacher

Experiments in thin films whose thickness can be modified and by this way induce a superconductor to insulator transition, seem to suggest that in the quantum critical regime of this phase transition there might be a Bose metal, i.e., uncondensed bosonic carriers with a finite dissipation. This poses a fundamental problem as to our understanding of how such a state could be justified. On the basis of a simple Boson-Fermion model, where bosonic and fermionic degrees of freedom are strongly inter-related via a Boson-Fermion pair exchange coupling g, we illustrate how such a bosonic metal phase could possibly come about. We show that, as we approach the quantum critical point at some critical gc from the superfluid side, the superfluid phase locking is sustained only for longer and longer spatial scales. On a finite spatial scale, the boson have a quasi-free itinerant behavior with metallic features. At the quantum critical point the systems exhibits a phase separation which shows a ressemblance to that of a He 3– He 4 mixture. This could be the clue to the apparent dilemma of a Bose metal at zero temperature.

Many organizations have collapsed due to lack of creativity and others have also made giant strides due to the creative and innovative ideas of the managers. Hence, creativity is important concept that can change the fortunes of organizations. This study has been conducted to examine the impact of the managerial empowerment on managerial creativity in Greater Amman Municipality. Managerial empowerment has been taken as independent variable. Freedom of choice, self-efficacy, and development of job has been used as the proxy dimensions of managerial empowerment. Moreover, managerial creativity has been taken as dependent variable. Creativity in the product, marketing creativity, and regulatory creativity have been used as the proxy dimensions of managerial creativity. Questionnaires have been used to collect data. The results highlighted that all the dimensions of managerial empowerment are statistically significant on the creativity in the product. The study recommended that proper attention should be paid to the empowerment of workers, especially in the lower administrative levels by encouraging them to take on responsibilities and to look at their mistakes in order to enhance the potential for creativity in Greater Amman Municipality.
