According to BPS West Java Province data, the number of visits in 2016 for foreign tourists to Bogor Regency in 2016 reached 228,913 and 4,955,079 for domestic tourists. The increase in tourist arrivals should be supported by facilities and infrastructure and business tourism services including tourism services in the field of food and beverages. To improve the ability of HR (employees) who work in the food and beverage business services sector, activities are needed that aim to increase the capacity of human resources (employees) of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Community service regarding the Improvement of Excellent Services Capability in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Bogor Regency Peak Area was attended by 30 participants who were employees in the business of food and beverage tourism services who were directly selected by the Bogor Regency Culture and Tourism Service. Based on the results of this community service activity, the following conclusions can be drawn: the provision of knowledge and technology on improving management capabilities Capability of Excellent Services in Food and Beverage Enterprises in the Peak District. Bogor was well received by the participants and achieved the goals planned previously. This is indicated by the ability of participants to be able to understand and direct practice regarding service excellent. In addition, there were participants who after this training were appointed as supervisors at the restaurant where the participants worked.

Data ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat  kunjungan wisatawan ke Kabupaten Bogor terus meningkat. Peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ini mestinya didukung oleh sarana dan prasarana dan usaha jasa wisata termasuk didalamnya adalah usaha jasa wisata dibidang makanan dan minuman. Berdasarkan data BPS 2016 jumlah Restoran/Rumah Makan Menurut Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat, 2013-2016 adalah sebesar 162 usaha. Hal ini mungkin bisa dikatakan masih kurang dari segi jumlahnya, dari segi kualitas layanan dapat dikatakan masih kurang karena jika dilihat bahwa karyawan yang bekerja di sektor tersebut sebagian besar merupakan lulusan SMP dan SMA. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para SDM (karyawan) yang bekerja di sektor jasa usaha makanan dan minuman tersebut, maka dibutuhkan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas SDM (karyawan) usaha makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Bogor. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai Peningkatan Kemampuan Services Excellent pada Usaha Makanan dan Minuman Di Kawasan Puncak Kabupaten Bogor diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang merupakan karyawan di bidang usaha jasa wisata makanan dan minuman yang dipilih langsung oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: pemberian ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mengenai peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan Peningkatan Kemampuan Services Excellent pada Usaha Makanan dan Minuman Di Kawasan Puncak Kab. Bogor diterima dengan baik oleh para peserta dan mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya. Hal ini ditandai dengan kemampuan para peserta untuk dapat memahami serta praktek langsung mengenai service excellent. Selain itu,  terdapat peserta yang setelah pelatihan ini diangkat menjadi supervisor di restoran tempat peserta itu bekerja.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci: </strong>Kompetensi SDM Bidang F&amp;B Service, Usaha Makanan dan Minuman.</p>

Every product, whether real or virtual that is presented to meet specific human needs, should be assessed as an industrial product. As stated by the UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) in the International Recommendations for Tourism Statistics 2008, the tourism industry includes; accommodation for visitors, food and beverage service activities, passenger transportation, travel agencies and other reservation activities, cultural activities, and sports and entertainment activities.The skyrocketing world of tourism in Indonesia has an impact on other businesses, including hotels, restaurants and tourism management. The tourism industry is probably one of the most grueling industries to work in. For business people or Top Management companies in the tourism sector, the quality of human resources is a major factor that needs to be considered in order to be able to run the business optimally, this quality depends on the competence of human resources, namely a combination of Soft Skills and Hard Skills competencies.For this reason, it is imperative that vocational students must have a structure of knowledge and skills in order to enter the world of work and be able to adapt well after graduation and be able to access and use competencies optimally (competency dimensions).This Community Service activity was carried out on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 with the theme "Skills Needed in the World of Tourism Work at SMK Darmawan Bogor by using the online media Google Meet. The procedure for this service activity is carried out by providing attractive and easy-to-understand presentation material for students and students, the presentation of the material is prepared using power point media and several sample videos to facilitate the delivery stages to students and students. During the activity, based on the intensity of the questions and answers that arise, this Community Service activity provides benefits as additional motivation and increased knowledge for students in the future before entering the world of work in the tourism industry.</em></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em></em></p>

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. The objective of this community service activity / PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) is to provide knowledge to participants (parents and children) about the importance of character education from early age through the family. This program was motivated by problems that happens in society in Ngusikan, Jombang, East Java, children in that area addicted to play gadgets and have a tendency to anti-social behavior and lack of social courtesy. The method in this program used a dialogical collaborative-participatory approach includes in-house training (lectures, questions and answers, discussions) for the delivery of material, direct practice to make storytelling media, testing, practice of using fairy tale media and mentoring assisted by KKNT students. The number of participants in this program is approximately 40 participants, including students. This community service activity (PKM) was followed by women who have job as a housewife. The participants stated that this activity was very useful and was a new experience. This community service activity went well and was greeted with enthusiasm from the participants..

Tanjung Johor sub-district is located in the District of Service of Jambi City and is one of the guided villages of the University of Jambi, which has great natural resource potential. However, the community's livelihoods are still mostly rubber and oil palm farmers. One of the potentials in this village is waste from empty palm oil bunches and used as oyster mushroom farming. The resulting oyster mushroom has not been processed into a health drink, only as a cooking ingredient. The results of guidance and collaboration from Jambi University lecturers, such as introducing the benefits of oyster mushrooms for improving body health in this village, have been carried out, but the production of oyster mushrooms has not been carried out. By seeing this potential came the idea to make a healthy drink from oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide selling value for oyster mushrooms from agriculture and post-harvest handling, increase public knowledge about the benefits of oyster mushrooms and maximize human resources in Tanjung Johor village. The method used is oyster mushroom counseling and making health drinks. This activity produces processed products from oyster mushrooms such as health drinks that can increase the selling value of oyster mushrooms and increase the creativity of human resources in Tanjung Johor Village, Pelayangan District Jambi City.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, tutorial aplikasi, dan diskusi. Kata kunci: manajemen; marketplace; SDM; UMKM; desa kerinjing. ABSTRACTBusiness management in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a problem that is often ignored by most MSME entrepreneurs. This problem is caused by the lack of knowledge and managerial skills about the business owned by human resources in the MSMEs. The purpose of this community service is to provide solutions to problems faced by partners, especially in SMEs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The main focus in this service is to provide various assistance and training related to the basic principles of good business management, including the empowerment and improvement of MSME human resources competencies through marketplace application training. Disruption of the digital economy and the Covid-19 pandemic are opportunities that should be used by small business entrepreneurs to move to online business. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". The target audience who are partners in this community service are MSME entrepreneurs in Desa Kerinjing, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkenalkan dan melatih para pengrajin untuk menggunakan teknik pewarnaan celup dengan zat warna napthol, yang dapat menjaga warna tetap awet dan kualitas hasil tenun lebih baik. Kain Tenun NTT memiliki banyak motif yang sangat menarik dan sudah terkenal tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi juga di Luar Negeri. Untuk mempertahankan kualitas kain tenun, maka pengrajin harus memperhatikan teknik pewarnaan. Selama ini pengrajin tenun Desa Nekmese menggunakan wantex sebagai bahan untuk pewarna, tetapi kelemahannya warna kain tenun akan luntur jika dicuci. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini pengrajin mendapat tambahan pengetahuan teknik pewarnaan dengan menggunakan zat warna napthol yang dapat menjaga kualitas warna kain tenun. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan praktek langsung, sehingga peserta bisa memahami setiap prosesnya serta hasil pengabdian peserta sudah mampu mengalikasikan teknik pewarnaan celup dengan zat warna napthol. Kata kunci: teknik pewarnaan; pengrajin tenun; zat warna napthol. ABSTRACTThis Community Service activity aims to introduce and train craftsmen to use the dyeing technique with naphthol dyes, which can keep the color durable and the quality of the weaving better. NTT Woven Fabrics have many very interesting motifs and are well known not only in Indonesia but also abroad. To maintain the quality of woven fabrics, craftsmen must pay attention to coloring techniques. So far, the weaving craftsmen of Nekmese Village use wantex as a dye, but the weakness is that the color of the woven fabric will fade when washed. With this service activity, craftsmen get additional knowledge of coloring techniques using naphthol dyes that can maintain the color quality of woven fabrics. This service activity is carried out using a training approach and direct practice so that participants can understand each process and the results of the service participants can apply dyeing techniques with naphthol dyes. Keywords: coloring technique; weavers; naphthol dye.

Abstract : This community service activity is held in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji on the students of RPL (Software Engineering), amounting to 23 people. The purpose of the implementation of this activity is to provide training to participants about windows server 2008 management and implementation and configuration that has not been previously taught, so it is expected to improve the new skills for each participant. The method of implementing community service is done by providing training with the stages of the delivery of the material from the module and direct practice in the laboratory room. From the results of observations, interviews undertaken and the findings can be concluded that this community service activity provides a very large and targeted benefits, thereby providing additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology, especially windows server 2008 outside of learning that had been received by students in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji.Keywords: windows server 2008, configuration, managementAbstrak : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji pada siswa-i jurusan RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak) yang berjumlah 23 orang. The abundance of wood supplies as the main raw material in the manufacture of furniture should encourage people in Samarinda City to look at this business as a promising business. But in reality, the development of the furniture business in Samarinda City is still far behind when compared to other cities. One of the factors causing the underdevelopment of this industry is the low capacity of human resources. Realizing the problems, the community service team in collaboration with partners (Meubel Berkah Ghegan) aimed to provide molding training to the community around the Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. The training is carried out in seven work steps, socialization, determination of furniture types, design / design, material checking, wood cleaning and drying, material processing, and finishing. This service activity improves the skills of participants in designing and producing furniture, increases knowledge about furniture making techniques with modern tools, and provides insight related to furniture business opportunities in Samarinda City.

Parenting patterns depend on how a family environment forms rules (behavior, norms and values) that must be obeyed by family members. This parenting pattern is formed by parents consisting of fathers and mothers to provide education to their children so that it can imprint on the child and make characteristics and personal for the child. So the mayor of Surabaya held the Kampung'e Arek Suroboyo education village competition which was one of the Surabaya City Government's programs in promoting the development of the quality of human resources (HR). Thus mandating "the community is obliged and responsible for the protection of children through the activities of the community's role in the implementation of child protection. The conclusion of this community service activity is the creation of this Education Village aims to create an educational, safe, comfortable, friendly, healthy, creative, creative environment and literacy for the child's growth and development process in community support that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and seeks optimal child protection.
