With the number of data transactions that occur, if data collection is done manually much time wasted for financial data processing. Because many stages to be done to be able to produce financial statements. The resulting data is not necessarily accurate and appropriate. Accounting applications have been created to facilitate in making decisions on the business run. The use of computer accounting applications is very efficient and effective for a businessman or a trader in running his business. Processing financial data that only live input transaction data alone, can produce the desired report for decision making. By using Zahir Accounting the ease given is indeed designed as simple as possible so that users can easily understand the features provided. In the processing of data that has been inputted directly form the journal and also the financial statements. So it is very effective and efficient if using computer accounting application Zahir Accounting 5.1 version either beginners or professional.

With so much transaction data that occurs, if the information assortment is done physically, a ton of time is squandered on monetary information handling in light of the fact that there are numerous stages that should be finished. The resulting information isn't really exact and proper. That way the web accounting application has been created to make it easier to make decisions on the business being run. The use of web accounting applications is very efficient and effective for an entrepreneur in running his business. Financial data processing, which only inputs transaction data, can produce the desired reports for decision making.

The main purpose of this chapter is to evaluate the financial performance of hotel enterprises in Crete from a Multiple-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) perspective. Crete is one of the most developed tourist destinations in the Mediterranean basin and the hotel sector plays a major role constituting the main driving power towards economic growth. In this study, the multi-criteria method PROMETHEE II, based on outranking relations, will be implemented based on five different criteria. The original financial data are obtained through financial statements for the recession period 2008-2012. According to the availability of data, the sample consists of 194 hotel companies. The present study provides valuable insights for a number of stakeholders in such a dynamic competitive sector.

Companies which value and number of fixed assets are sufficiently material, errors in determining and classifying acquisition prices, expenditures during the use and termination of fixed assets will affect the overall financial statements. Therefore, the accuracy in recording fixed assets greatly influences the reliability of the presentation in financial statements. This study aims to determine how the recognition and measurement of fixed assets applied in PT Suryakabel Cemerlang, as well as the presentation of fixed assets in financial statements at PT Suryakabel Cemerlang. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documents to the parties concerned. This research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at PT. Suryakabel Cemerlang has not fully complied with SAK ETAP No. 15. But the recognition and measurement of fixed assets is in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 15, but no record of the termination of fixed assets has yet been made. This causes the acquisition price and accumulated depreciation of fixed assets presented in the balance sheet to be greater. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the accounting treatment of fixed assets must be based on SAK ETAP No. 15 in order to present accurate financial reports so that they can be used as one of the basis for future decision making.   Keywords : treatment of fixed assets, SAK ETAP No. 15

This research aimed primarily to clarify the extent of the significance of financial analysis tools in the rationalization of investors’ decisions in the Khartoum Stock Exchange. This is, however, will be effected by identifying the role of financial analysis using financial ratios to provide information to make a sound decision. To achieve this objective, the research used the analytical descriptive approach, since the same conforms to such types of researches. To affect this, the research relied basically on the annual financial data of the case study. Based on said account, the research has reached a number of findings, the most significant of which, are the following: The utilization of trend analysis reporting in the Khartoum Stock Exchange has a great significance in the performance evaluation of the stock market. The liquidity ratios as a tool for financial statements analysis deemed as a perfect indicator in the process of decision making in the stock market. The debt ratios are the most significant tools in the financial analysis of the published financial statements, which help investors to take sound investment decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the risk of bankruptcy of goverment PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk by Altman Z-Score. Population of this study is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk financial statements and sample of this study is  PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk financial a statements 2014– 2018. Data type used is secondary data and data collection technique is documentation from financial statements published on www.bankmandiri.co.id. Data processing technique used Altman Z-Score methode Modification version. Based on the result data processing, obtained results Z-Score at 2014 is 2,04; 2015 is 2,13; 2016 is 1,98; 2017 is 2,10 and 2018 is 2,22. Based on the data analyze it can be concluded  PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is categorized suffed the threat of Grey Area because the standart score value below 1,81 < Z < 2,99 and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk had the highest risk of bankcruptcy in 2016 with Z-Score in 1,98.

The current study aims to (a) find out the quadrant position of PT Guten Inc's based on the results of SWOT analysis (b) find out the proper positioning strategy to be applied by PT Guten Inc based on the results of SWOT analysis. The research was conducted by using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques are through direct observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis was based on internal and external environmental factors which influences decision making of corporate strategy. Data processing applied  IFAS & EFAS matrix and SWOT matrix. Result of IFAS matrix was ​​3.29 and EFAS matrix was ​​3.19, which means that PT Guten.Inc is positioned at cell II in SWOT matrix so that strategy can be done is aggressive strategy. Results of SWOT matrix analysis shows that it was in quadrant II with SO (Stregth-Opprtunity) strategy of the aggressive strategy that can be applied which means that PT Guten Inc can take advantage of opportunities with maximum strength

financial statements have an important role for stakeholders to be able to provide information for decision making. Therefore, managers are required to be able to prepare quality financial reports. Financial statements are declared qualified if they meet the qualitative quality of financial statements. In this study trying to show the effect of leverage, firm size and tenure of directors on the quality of financial statements. The object of this study is in Islamic banks in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 11 Islamic commercial banks with an observation period in 2013-2017. From the results of data processing, the results show that the leverage variable cannot affect the quality of islamic banks financial statements, while firm size and director tenure have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements

The successful development of big data and the internet of things (IoT) is increasing and influencing all areas of technologies and businesses. The rapid increase of more devices that are connected to IoT from which enormous amount of data are consumed indicates the way how big data is related with IoT. Since huge amount of data are obtained from different sources, analysis of these data involves much of processing at each and every level to extract knowledge for decision making process. To manage big data in a continuous network that keeps expanding leads to few issues related to data collection, data processing, analytics, and security. To address these issues, certain solution using bigdata approach in IoT are examined. Combining these two areas provides several opportunities developing new systems and identify advanced techniques to solve challenges on big data and IoT.
