Nowadays, the promotional media is increasingly growing. This can be seen from the number of companies that do promotions and to be known by the public. Zetizen Batam Pos is a tool for teenagers between 13 to 20 years old that provides the information about lifestyle and daily life, through various media such as printed media, online media, and other various offline activities. The problems that were found are some people do not know much about Zetizen Batam Pos. Therefore, Zetizen Batam Pos needs more attractive, creative and effective promotional media such as motion graphics.This study uses the Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which consists of five stages: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Softwares used in this study are Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effects CC 2017, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. After the motion graphic had been completed, an EPIC model analysis was conducted to test the motion graphic’s effectiveness as a promotional media for Zetizen Batam Pos. There are four dimensions of EPIC such as Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, dan Communication. Testing the effectiveness of Zetizen Batam Pos's motion graphics by using the EPIC model is very effective because the results for the dimension of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication are 4.38, 4.37, 4.52, and 4.59 respectively. In that case, the communication dimension is becoming the most dominant of all dimensions. This could happen because the display of motion graphics on Zetizen Batam Pos can deliver the right, clear, and understandable information to the audience.

Public Service Advertisement  have an important role in disseminating information to public. Along with the development of information and communication technology, the delivery of information such as Public Service Advertisement is also more interactive and modern. This is seen by the number of Public Service Advertisement using motion graphic techniques. Motion graphics are graphics that use video or animation to create the illusion of motion or transformation. Motion graphic based of Public Service Advertisement is simple in messaging, easy to absorb information and more appealing to the public. One of the information presented using motion graphic of Public Service Advertisement is about “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang”. Motion graphics of  Public Service Advertisement raises the topic of  “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” which is aimed at the community, especially housewife who acts as the observer of foof consumed by all family.  Desaigned of “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” applied some aspects in motion graphics. These aspects are spatial, temporal, live action, and typography. The research will use Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which each stage is interconnected and has an important role. Stages of the method are development, pre-preduction, production, post-production, and delivery. The software  used in this research is Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe After Effects CC 2018, and Adobe Premiere CS6. The results of this research indicate that motion graphic Pedoman Gizi Seimbang that apply spatial, temporal, live action, and typography aspects get response “Sangat Setuju” from respondents which is proved by the final value of interpretation of 83.62%.

The Covid-2019 pandemic is one of the most dangerous virus outbreaks and has shocked the world since the end of 2019. The virus is spreading very rapidly, affecting the way people live because people are required to remain productive. Therefore, new habit adaptations are compiled and carried out as an effort to reform and support the sustainability of the economy and the activities of various sectors including education. Politeknik Negeri Batam, which plays a role in providing services to the community, is included in the category of potential crowd. Therefore, we need a guide to educate each academician about the adaptation of new habits. One of the popular technologies for people during the Covid-19 virus pandemic is Motion Graphic. The solution built in this research is a video about Adaptation to New Habits in the campus environment in the form of a 2D Motion Graphic, as one of the educational media for the campus academic community. The video development method uses Luther Sutopo method. The resulting products are analyzed for their feasibility as a medium of education and information for academics at Politeknik Negeri Batam. Video eligibility is determined based on community perceptions through respondents using the EPIC model. The results of the research are: (1) Video in the form of motion graphics using MP4 format, with a duration of 03 minutes 07 seconds, can be run on various platforms, especially accessible via online media; (2) Based on the public perception of using the EPIC dimension, the average achievement is 90.7%, so that the video is considered very effective as an educational medium to inform about the use of elevators in the campus environment during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Reog Ponorogo art is an Indonesian cultural heritage that must be preserved in the mid of current cultural competition nowadays. One of the ways to preserve Reog art is by introducing it to the wider community, especially the younger generation. The purpose of this design is to produce motion graphic media to introduce Reog Ponorogo traditional art. This design uses the 5W+1H approach, with the following stages: 1) reviewing the problems; 2) developing with the relevant questions; 3) developing the answers of those questions; 4) making the right solution. The result of this study shows that the design of Reog Ponorogo motion graphics can be the right media to provide information about Reog art to the public, especially millennial youth. This motion graphic media is quite comprehensive, because it is completed with supporting media such as posters, print ads, merchandise, and Instagram.

Tuberculosis or better known as TBC disease is a disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. This disease can be suffered by anyone, both young and old. Karawaci Medika Clinic, located in the Karawaci area of ​​Tangerang, is a clinic that provides health services for individuals and company employees by providing basic and / or specialist medical services. Karawaci Medika Clinic has handled various diseases, one of which is TBC. Currently, people do not know much about the spread and consequences of TBC disease so that the number of people affected by this disease continues to grow every year. The current TB information delivery at the Karawaci Medika Clinic is still using banners and brochures. The delivery media did not make the public interested in knowing information about TB. The community only read briefly and then threw away the brochures that had been given by the clinic. Based on the existing problems, a motion graphic video about TBC was made so that it could help the Karawaci Medika Clinic in conveying information about TB disease. The method used in making multimedia-based information media is data collection methods, media design and the concept of media production. The applications used in this research are Adobe Premiere pro CS6, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, and Adobe Media Encoder CS6. The final result is a video information motion graphic health education about TBC.

The Banyumas Regency Health Office summarized that in 2019, stunting in the North Purwokerto Subdistrict area reached 261 cases. In the same time, the infant mortality rate in Banyumas Regency reached 127 cases including four cases were occured in the work area of North Purwokerto II. The Kasih Jeruk Purut Program aims to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding to more than 90% in the work area of the Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II with the main objective is to reduce infant mortality and prevent stunting. The socialization activities carried out require tools to facilitate effective communication to occur. Communication aids in the form of brochures or leaflets provided by the central government often did not meet the target program effectively because the brochures contained too many written elements. The purpose of this PKM is to help provide effective After Effects Motion Graphics to assist the implementation of the Kasih Jeruk Purut Program. The design of the implementation media design for The Kasih Jeruk Purut Program is in the form of a simple Motion Graphics design containing the content of the right breastfeeding method. After making After Effects Motion Graphic, it was continued with the socialization of this application to the head of the program and the Kasih Jeruk Purut team, and tested it on patients and continued with evaluation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. (2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap hasil akhir Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model cyclic strategy. Metode cyclic strategy dimulai dari pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Film dokumenter ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 dalam proses video editing, Adobe After Effects CC 2018 untuk pembuatan video animasi, Adobe Audition CC 2018 dalam proses sound editing, serta Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 untuk pembuatan desain keperluan film dokumenter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali berdasarkan uji ahli isi, dan uji ahli film dokumenter memperoleh rata-rata persentase yaitu 89,99% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Baik”. Uji respon penonton untuk film dokumenter ini rata-rata persentase yaitu 91,18% dengan tingkat pencapaian “Sangat Baik”. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu Film Dokumenter Tradisi Aci Keburan di Pura Hyang Api Desa Kelusa Gianyar Bali sudah sangat baik dan bisa digunakan sebagai media informasi sejarah aci keburan. Kata Kunci : Tradisi Aci Keburan, Desa Kelusa Gianyar, Film Dokumenter, Cyclic Strategy. Type of this research is research and development using cyclic strategy. Methods of cyclic strategy starts from Data collected by observation, interview, literature study, questionnaires, and documentation. This study was implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CC Pro 2018 as the video editing application and Adobe After Effects CC 2018 as additional applications in video effects and animation as well as using Adobe Audition Pro CC 2018 as the sound editor. The result of research and development showed that the film documentary Film of Aci Keburan Tradition in Hyang Api Temple Village Kelusa Gianyar Bali is good. The results obtained by the content analysis and analysis of documentary film can be categorized as good with a percentage of 89,99%. and audience's response. Tradisi Dewa Mesraman merupakan salah satu tradisi yang tergolong upacara Dewa Yadnya yang terdapat di Kecamatan Dawan, Desa Paksabali, Banjar Timrah tepatnya berada di Pura Panti Timrah. Film Dokumenter Dewa Mesraman ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengimplementasikan Pengembangan Film Dokumenter Tradisi Dewa Mesraman Di Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) meluruskan persepsi masyarakat terhadap makna dari tradisi Dewa Mesraman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cyclic strategy atau strategi berputar, cyclic strategy merupakan sebuah metode yang ada kalanya suatu tahap perlu diulang kembali sebelum tahap berikutnya dilanjutkan. Pengulangan tahap ini sering disebut dengan loop. Adapun tahap – tahap dari cyclic stragey diantaranya adalah Brief, Tahap 1, Tahap 2, evaluasi 1, Tahap 3, Evaluasi 2, Tahap 4, Outcome. Pengembangan film ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6 sebagai software editing video beserta bantuan Adobe After Effect sebagai penambah efek pada video. Dengan dibuatnya film dokumenter “Tradisi Dewa Mesraman”, masyarakat diharapkan bisa lebih mengetahui dan mengenal segala kearifan lokal yang ada di Desa Paksebali Klungkung, sehingga film dokumenter ini dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi serta menjadi inspirasi bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Klungkung dan masyarakat luas pada umumnya.Kata Kunci : Dewa Mesraman, Pura Panti Timrah, Film Dokumenter, Tradisi. Dewa Mesraman tradition is one of the traditions that belong to Deity ceremony Yadnya contained in Dawan sub district, village Paksabali, Banjar Timrah precisely located in Panti Pura Timrah. Documentary Mesraman Dewa aims to: (1) implement the Development of Documentary Tradition Dewa Mesraman In Pura Panti Timrah Klungkung (2) align public perception of the significance of tradition Mesraman god. The method used is the cyclic strategy or strategies revolve, cyclic strategy is a method that is sometimes a necessary step before the next step was repeated followed. The repetition of this phase is often called the loop. As for the stage - the stage of cyclic stragey include Brief, Phase 1, Phase 2, the evaluation 1, Phase 3, Evaluation 2, Phase 4, Outcome. Development of the film is implemented using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 as video editing software along with the help of Adobe After Effects as an addition to the effect on the video. Education related to problems in the shipping industry to the general public who have no background in the shipping industry and activities when ships dock at the port becomes a challenge to conduct research. This research develops multimedia motion graphics to combine graphic design, animation, text, and sound in visualizing materials and activities in the shipping industry. Stages of making multimedia start from ideas, narration, storyboard, tracing, editing, rendering, and testing. The research uses the EPIC Model testing by paying attention to aspects of empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. The results of testing the effectiveness of the EPIC model obtained an EPIC rate of 4.15, which means that the resulting motion graph falls within the effective range criteria.   Index terms— multimedia; motion graphic; EPIC model; effectiveness

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The development of traditional dance 'Jaipong Kreasi' as one of the performing arts is still pretty good in the public. Any kinds of event in many regions still often stage it, but the development of Jaipong Kreasi dance in digital media is still slow due to little appreciation. Therefore, a development of motion graphic video is required for the traditional dance Jaipong Kreasi in order to provide an interesting spectacle for the public and as one of efforts to maintain the existence of local culture, in this case, Jaipong Kreasi dance art. Research is conducted by using qualitative approach with data collection technique through interview and observation. Subsequently, the data is analyzed under several phases, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Motion graphics videos are designed with a modern and dynamic concept. giving the appearance of traditional dance to be fresher and up-to-date, but remain to consider the principles of Indonesian culture.</p><p><br /> <br /><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perkembangan tari tradisional Jaipong Kreasi sebagai salah satu seni pertunjukkan masih cukup baik di masyarakat, namun pada media digital perkembangan taxi Jaipong Kreasi masih kurang mendapat apresiasi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu pengembangan video motion graphics pada taxi tradisional Jaipong Kreasi. Untuk memberikan sebuah tontonan yang menarik bagi masyarakat sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menjaga eksistensi budaya lokal seni tari Jaipong Kreasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut video motion graphics kemudian dirancang dengan konsep modern dan dinamis. Sehingga tampilan taxi tradisional menjadi lebih fresh dan kekinian, namun tetap memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah budaya Indonesia.</p>

This article examines what role equality law can play in addressing the inequalities created and exacerbated by the British government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic. We argue that while there is great potential in existing legislation, there is a need for both policy-makers and courts to apply a more searching and nuanced understanding of the right to equality if this potential is to be realised. We begin by examining how the burdens of confronting this pandemic as a society fall more heavily on those already at the bottom end of the scale of inequality. We then ask whether and to what extent the current legal structures protecting the right to equality can be mobilised to redress such inequalities, paying particular attention to the Public Sector Equality Duty under the Equality Act 2010 and on the Human Rights Act 1998. Finally, we argue that, to fulfil the requirements of both these legal duties, the courts should subject policies and practices to close scrutiny under the four-dimensional approach. When making and operationalising policies around Covid-19, substantive equality requires account to be taken simultaneously of the four dimensions of inequality to the greatest extent possible.
