<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The development of traditional dance 'Jaipong Kreasi' as one of the performing arts is still pretty good in the public. Any kinds of event in many regions still often stage it, but the development of Jaipong Kreasi dance in digital media is still slow due to little appreciation. Therefore, a development of motion graphic video is required for the traditional dance Jaipong Kreasi in order to provide an interesting spectacle for the public and as one of efforts to maintain the existence of local culture, in this case, Jaipong Kreasi dance art. Research is conducted by using qualitative approach with data collection technique through interview and observation. Subsequently, the data is analyzed under several phases, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Motion graphics videos are designed with a modern and dynamic concept. giving the appearance of traditional dance to be fresher and up-to-date, but remain to consider the principles of Indonesian culture.</p><p><br /> <br /><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perkembangan tari tradisional Jaipong Kreasi sebagai salah satu seni pertunjukkan masih cukup baik di masyarakat, namun pada media digital perkembangan taxi Jaipong Kreasi masih kurang mendapat apresiasi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu pengembangan video motion graphics pada taxi tradisional Jaipong Kreasi. Untuk memberikan sebuah tontonan yang menarik bagi masyarakat sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menjaga eksistensi budaya lokal seni tari Jaipong Kreasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut video motion graphics kemudian dirancang dengan konsep modern dan dinamis. Sehingga tampilan taxi tradisional menjadi lebih fresh dan kekinian, namun tetap memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah budaya Indonesia.</p>

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

A leader must have a good competence to successfully bring the organization for its intended purpose. If a led organization is engaged in education field, of course a leader must also have a competence that qualified both skill, science, and experience in the field of education. However, related to that, it also found some problems about leadership, namely the leader is less exemplary discipline, less competent in the field, less provide guidance, less coordination and unable to make their own decisions. Based on the above things, this study aims to find out how the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) is, what factors affect the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS), and what effort are being made to improve the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) at Dinas Pendidikan Balangan district. The location of research is at the office of Dinas Pendidikan Balangan district. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative description type. Data collection technique used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of data is amounted to 14 people. After the data collected, then analyzed through 3 stages, namely data editing, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusion. The result of the research indicate that the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) has not been entirely good. This can be seen from the side of responsibility that is less independent as a leader and does not have the desire to excel. On the other hand, the leader in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) is considered to have capacity in the from of intelligence, speech and judgment ability. From the aspect of achievement is an appropriate bachelor degree and a quite estensive knowledge. From the aspect of responsibility is a quite good initiative, diligent, tenacious, and confident. From the aspect of participation, that is active, have high sociability, cooperative, and able to adjust. The factors that influence leadership are the expertise and employee loyalty to leader, education and training experience, and the leader’s intelligence. Then, the effort to improve the leadership is delegation of tasks to subordinates, the approach by the leadership to subordinates and training as well as discussion. The suggestions to improve the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) are the leaders need to be a motivator for subordinates, have the attitude of independence, one of them is able to make their own decisions that precarious, and have the desire to excel in order to spur achievement. This study entitled "Public Relations Of Bendahara Sector Police's Strategies In Creating A Positive Image In The Eyes Of The Public After The Death Of The Alleged Drug Abuse Perpetrator Case" with the aim of finding out the strategies carried out by the Bendahara Sector Police's Public Relations in creating a positive image in the public after the death of the alleged perpetrator of Narcotics abuse. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was done by using interviews with the head of Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police and the General Section Chief Public Relation of Bendahara Sector Police. The determination of informant was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were seven PR strategies used by the Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police, namely visiting victims' families regularly, approaching community leaders, counseling in turns to villages, saweusikula (visiting schools) activities, approaching Aceh Tamiang news journalists, uploading activities documentation to social media, and providing donations and assistance to local communities in need. There were several obstacles for the Public Relations of the Bendahara SectorPolice in carrying out the strategies that had been designed, namely the lack of facilities and the lack of personnel in charge of the Public Relations sector or department.

Public Service Advertisement  have an important role in disseminating information to public. Along with the development of information and communication technology, the delivery of information such as Public Service Advertisement is also more interactive and modern. This is seen by the number of Public Service Advertisement using motion graphic techniques. Motion graphics are graphics that use video or animation to create the illusion of motion or transformation. Motion graphic based of Public Service Advertisement is simple in messaging, easy to absorb information and more appealing to the public. One of the information presented using motion graphic of Public Service Advertisement is about “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang”. Motion graphics of  Public Service Advertisement raises the topic of  “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” which is aimed at the community, especially housewife who acts as the observer of foof consumed by all family.  Desaigned of “Pedoman Gizi Seimbang” applied some aspects in motion graphics. These aspects are spatial, temporal, live action, and typography. The research will use Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which each stage is interconnected and has an important role. Stages of the method are development, pre-preduction, production, post-production, and delivery. The software  used in this research is Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe After Effects CC 2018, and Adobe Premiere CS6. The results of this research indicate that motion graphic Pedoman Gizi Seimbang that apply spatial, temporal, live action, and typography aspects get response “Sangat Setuju” from respondents which is proved by the final value of interpretation of 83.62%.

The Covid-2019 pandemic is one of the most dangerous virus outbreaks and has shocked the world since the end of 2019. The virus is spreading very rapidly, affecting the way people live because people are required to remain productive. Therefore, new habit adaptations are compiled and carried out as an effort to reform and support the sustainability of the economy and the activities of various sectors including education. Politeknik Negeri Batam, which plays a role in providing services to the community, is included in the category of potential crowd. Therefore, we need a guide to educate each academician about the adaptation of new habits. One of the popular technologies for people during the Covid-19 virus pandemic is Motion Graphic. The solution built in this research is a video about Adaptation to New Habits in the campus environment in the form of a 2D Motion Graphic, as one of the educational media for the campus academic community. The video development method uses Luther Sutopo method. The resulting products are analyzed for their feasibility as a medium of education and information for academics at Politeknik Negeri Batam. Video eligibility is determined based on community perceptions through respondents using the EPIC model. The results of the research are: (1) Video in the form of motion graphics using MP4 format, with a duration of 03 minutes 07 seconds, can be run on various platforms, especially accessible via online media; (2) Based on the public perception of using the EPIC dimension, the average achievement is 90.7%, so that the video is considered very effective as an educational medium to inform about the use of elevators in the campus environment during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Nowadays, the promotional media is increasingly growing. This can be seen from the number of companies that do promotions and to be known by the public. Zetizen Batam Pos is a tool for teenagers between 13 to 20 years old that provides the information about lifestyle and daily life, through various media such as printed media, online media, and other various offline activities. The problems that were found are some people do not know much about Zetizen Batam Pos. Therefore, Zetizen Batam Pos needs more attractive, creative and effective promotional media such as motion graphics.This study uses the Villamil-Molina (1997) development method which consists of five stages: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery. Softwares used in this study are Adobe Illustrator CC 2017, Adobe After Effects CC 2017, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. After the motion graphic had been completed, an EPIC model analysis was conducted to test the motion graphic’s effectiveness as a promotional media for Zetizen Batam Pos. There are four dimensions of EPIC such as Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, dan Communication. Testing the effectiveness of Zetizen Batam Pos's motion graphics by using the EPIC model is very effective because the results for the dimension of Empathy, Persuasion, Impact, and Communication are 4.38, 4.37, 4.52, and 4.59 respectively. In that case, the communication dimension is becoming the most dominant of all dimensions. This could happen because the display of motion graphics on Zetizen Batam Pos can deliver the right, clear, and understandable information to the audience.

Social responsibility in the academic training of the public accountant within the framework of the fulfillment of the accountability roles of the State, the company and other organizations, to society; it is particularly relevant for peace and social cohesion. The study was carried out at the Professional Accounting School of the Andean University of Cusco – Perú (UAC) with a non-experimental qualitative approach, to facilitate the knowledge of the perception of accounting professionals regarding the exercise of their activity; the data collection technique was the survey and the semi-structured interview. The results show that the public accountant, in the performance of the work emphasizes efficiency; the valuation of his ethical principles; and, in the responsible contribution to the related areas within the organization; as well as incipiently to the preservation of natural resources for a healthy environment. It is concluded that in relation to social responsibility, the accounting professional contributes from their perspective in efficiency, transparency and in support to other areas of the organization and also, still tenuously, to the preservation of the environment.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.

This study discusses the efforts of the Office of the Religious Affairs (KUA) South Palu District to resolve marital conflict in the district. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach where different data collection techniques are employed such as observation, interview, and document reviews. Data analysis used applies data reduction, data presentation, and data verification while consistently considering its validity. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of the KUA of South Palu District in settling down marriage conflict while disseminating the marriage law No. 1, 1974 to the community.At the time of giving marriage counseling and in other religious events such as regular recitation held at the local mosque the head of the KUA do not forget to provide explanations to the public about the adverse impacts on marital conflicts. He also highlights the importance of maintaining a harmonious family. Furthermore, the head of the KUA and his staff continuously do marriage counseling to inculcate the understanding of the importance of maintaining harmony in the household to the people in public especially to prospective brides and bridegrooms. The head of the KUA and his staff also provide guidance in regard to the rights and obligations of a husband and a wife, parental responsibilities to children. The KUA provides supports, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, cooperation with other institutions, availability of regulations that support the implementation of the KUA programs. In addition,a commitment to accountable leadership as a determining factor in the attempts of the KUA to achieve the objectives within which the form of acceleration of the Commitment of the Head of the KUA, Penghulu, or in charge person to be either a guardian of a bride or to hold a marriage, and the role of religious figures in the community are the main goals of the office of the religious affairs.

Reog Ponorogo art is an Indonesian cultural heritage that must be preserved in the mid of current cultural competition nowadays. One of the ways to preserve Reog art is by introducing it to the wider community, especially the younger generation. The purpose of this design is to produce motion graphic media to introduce Reog Ponorogo traditional art. This design uses the 5W+1H approach, with the following stages: 1) reviewing the problems; 2) developing with the relevant questions; 3) developing the answers of those questions; 4) making the right solution. The result of this study shows that the design of Reog Ponorogo motion graphics can be the right media to provide information about Reog art to the public, especially millennial youth. This motion graphic media is quite comprehensive, because it is completed with supporting media such as posters, print ads, merchandise, and Instagram.
