<p>This study aims to describe the learning implementation of Islamic<br />religious education curriculum in improving the quality of education in<br />Al-Azhar High School Medan. Include; Curriculum design, efforts to<br />improve the quality of education, planning, implementation, and<br />evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews. Data<br />analysis techniques using data reduction, data display, and conclusion<br />drawing / verification. The results of the study show that: 1) The design of<br />the Islamic religious education curriculum that is used in Al-Azhar Medan<br />High School is the same as the government curriculum, only there is<br />development in the material. 2). Efforts are made in improving the quality<br />of education by taking into account the education, output and process of<br />education. 3) Implementation of the PAI curriculum in the presence of:<br />planning, implementing, and evaluating education.</p>

ABSTRAK             Di Indonesia peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan sasaran pembangunan di bidang pendidikan nasional dan merupakan bagian integral dari upaya peningkatan kualitas manusia secara menyeluruh. Mengingat peran pendidikan sangat penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat, maka pemerintah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kwalitas semua komponen yang dapat menunjang peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu komponen yang dimaksud adalah peningkatan mutu profesionalisme guru khususnya guru pendidikan agama hindu.             Ada beberapa komponen strategis yang perlu diperhatikan oleh guru pendidikan agama hindu yaitu permasalahan-permasalahan profesionalisme guru, prinsip-prinsip profesionalisme guru dan upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Permasalahan-permasalahan profesionalisme guru meliputi profesionalisme profesi keguruan, otoritas profesioanal guru, kebebasan akademik dan tanggung jawab moral. Prinsip-prinsip profesionalisme guru meliputi memiliki bakat, minat, panggilan jiwa dan idealisme, memiliki komitmen, kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi, tanggung jawab, penghasilan, kesempatan, jaminan perlindungan hukum dan organisasi profesi. Upaya-upaya profesionalisme guru meliputi terdidik secara baik, terlatih secara baik, dihargai secara baik, terlindungi secara baik dan dikelola secara baik. ABSTRACT Indonesia is improving the quality of education is a development target in the field of national education and is an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of society, the government seeks to improve the quality of all components that can support the improvement of the quality of education. one of the components in question is improving the quality of teacher professionalism, especially teachers of Hindu education. There are several strategic components that need to be considered by Hindu religious education teachers, namely problems - the problems of teacher professionalism, the principles of teacher professionalism and efforts to increase teacher professionalism. problems - the problems of teacher professionalism include professionalism of the teaching profession, teacher professional authority, academic breakdown and moral responsibility. the principles of teacher professionalism include having talent, interest, calling soul and idealism, having commitment, academic qualifications, competence, responsibilities, income, opportunities, legal protection guarantees and professional organizations.Efforts - the efforts of teacher professionalism include well-educated, well-trained, well-respected, well-protected and well-managed.

Human resource plays an important role for the economy. How to obtain human resource quality is by implementing the quality of education system. Education is one of the important considerations sought by the government, as proved by the size of its allocation on budget. Therefore, evaluating the efficiency of its implementation in Indonesia is needed by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This paper attempts to develop a new efficiency model of Indonesian education system and implement it to all school’s levels: primary school, junior high school, senior and vocational high school, in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results show provinces that already have achieved cost, technical and overall efficiency are only 1 and 2 provinces at each levels of education. Regarding the managerial implications, teacher’s equity is a top priority in improving the quality of education system in Indonesia.

<p>Having a home has been cited as a principal good, both in economic and social terms. It plays a key role in human life. Having a home often determines other decisions, such as getting married, starting a family, and changing jobs. Research papers dealing with the question of home ownership or tenancy, as well as various publications issued by the government and non-government organisations, emphasise the problem of a housing deficit. However, the question of the quality of housing resources is raised less often. Living conditions are one of the research areas investigated in studies concerning the quality of life. The purpose of this article is to assess the quality of Poland’s housing resources at the regional level, using data from 2003 and 2016 and aided by Perkal’s synthetic indicator. According to this indicator, the Mazowieckie Voivodeship had the highest value (0.849), and the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship the lowest one (-0.722).</p>

A curriculum is needed that can be applied to schools according to the needs and abilities of the school. A single curriculum will encourage schools to increase creativity and high competitiveness so that superior and quality schools are born. In addition to the demands for decentralization, the national education system needs to be supported by a curriculum that can answer the current order, such as the demands of democratization, the challenges of the era of universalism, and the low quality of education in Indonesia. curriculum that can accommodate the demands of democratization will give birth to a new Indonesian society. namely civil society, fierce competition in the era of globalization requires a curriculum design that can lead the Indonesian people to achieve excellence in mastering science and technology. This is a combination of commitment to the standards of success and expectations or demands of parents and the community. This accountability aims to ensure that public funds in supporting educational activities can be used in accordance with predetermined policies in order to improve the quality of education and if possible to provide information about what has been done. For that the school must provide accountability reports and communicate it to parents and the government, and carry out a comprehensive review of the implementation of the school's priority programs in Quality improvement. <p>Technology becomes a thing that has an influence on the life needs of society as a whole, both to fulfill economic, social, cultural and educational needs. One of the things that is concerned by the government at this time is the progress of the quality of education which is the basis for educating the Indonesian people as a whole. The breakthrough made by the government to improve the quality of education is to implement a curriculum based learning system (K-13) in which students both at the elementary school level, junior high school and high school must be creative and innovative in implementing learning in the classroom. The application of this curriculum cannot be separated from the use of technology where teachers and students can develop dynamic and fun learning. One of the subjects offered in K-13 learning is language learning where these subjects become the foundation of students to carry out communication and interaction everyday. Therefore, the aim of the study is to know how to improve quality in language learning in SMAN-1 Katingan Hulu, Katingan Regency.</p>

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The world has been surprised by the emergence of a COVID 19 pandemic, was born in China, and widespread to various countries in the world. In Indonesia, the government issued several policies to break the COVID 19 pandemic chain, which also triggered some pro-cons in the midst of society. One of the policies government takes is the closure of learning access directly at school and moving the learning process from physical class to a virtual classroom or known as online learning. In the economic sector also affects the parents’ financial ability to provide sufficient funds to support the implementation of distance learning applied by the government. The implications of the distance education policy are of course the quality of learning, including the subjects of Islamic religious education, which is essentially aimed at planting knowledge, skills, and religious consciousness to form the character of the students. Online education must certainly be precise, in order to provide equal education services to all students, prepare teachers to master the technology, and seek the core learning of Islamic religious education can still be done well.
