The culinary industry is an industry that is always developing. One area of business that is currently starting to develop is bakery products The purpose of this research is (1) To know the effect of product quality toward brand image of Bread Talk as bakery shop that use open kitchen concept. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. Populations and samples (questionnaires) in this study were 85 valid questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by testing the validity, reliability, normality test, correlation coefficient test, determination test, linear regression and T test. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable and brand image variable have a strong relationship with a correlation value of 0.777 and the product quality variable has a significant effect on the brand image variable with t count of the product quality is 11.237 with a significant value of product quality is 0.000. The calculation results of the product quality variable influece on the brand iamge variable is 60.3% and the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the study. Thus, BreadTalk should be able to continue to maintain and improve the quality of its products in order to maintain the achievements of its brand image Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Branding

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Mayoutfit Bandung products. The research method used for this research is descriptive verification. The population in this study was Mayoutfit Bandung followers of 1.2 billion, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 100 people.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Descriptive analysis of the Mayoutfit Bandung brand image shows results with good criteria with an average value of 3.53. (2) The results of descriptive analysis regarding the quality of Mayoutfit Bandung products show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.44. (3) The results of descriptive analysis of purchasing decisions show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.52. (4) There is a significant influence between brand image and product quality together on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, obtained an F count of 40.768. These results indicate that F arithmetic> F table (40.768> 2.36). This can be interpreted that the Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality together affect the Purchasing Decision.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on the decision to use the services of PT JNE in Nganjuk city. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. The decision to use services (Y) is a dependent variable, while brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) are independent variables. Sampling technique using Accidental sampling technique is the form of sampling based on coincidence where, anyone who happens to meet with the researcher and considered suitable to be the source of data that will be the sample of this study. From the research result, it can be seen that multiple linear regression equation coefficient value of brand image 2,833 and value of service quality coefficient 5,316 and variable of brand image strategy (X1) have significant influence to decision using JNE (Y) service equal to 56,55% and service quality variable (X2) Significant effect on the decision to use JNE (Y) service equal to 67,77%, meaning that brand image and service quality equally influence to decision using JNE services. In the t test it can be said that if the brand image is increased 1% or one unit, it can improve the decision using JNE services of 53.9%, while if the quality of service increased 1% or one unit, it can increase the decision using services of 47 %. In the F test, the value of F arithmetic is 2.833. Because F arithmetic&gt; F table (2.833&gt; 0.677), it can be concluded that the model used is correct. When viewed from probability, where the probability (0,000) &lt;significance level (0.05), then the equation model Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 used is acceptable. This shows the effect of independent variables (brand image and service quality) simultaneously significant to delivery decisions, whereby the higher the influence of brand image on the decision to use services and the higher the quality of service, the decision to use services will increase and increase. The brand image is offered in accordance with the quality of services offered so that the decision to use is increasing.</p><p><br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> brand image and service quality, decision using JNE services.</p>

The existence of the smartphone is usual to use today, so that everyone should have as a supporting tool in finding information. Smartphones are increasingly diverse functions even easier for users on the move, one example is the emergence of buying and selling online applications. TIX ID is one of the applications that support the purchase of cinema tickets online. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality cinema tickets online TIX ID on customer loyalty. The method used is quantitative method. The number of respondents used in this study were 85 students of the Faculty of Computer Science Information Systems Mercu Buana University. Analysis of data using Test Validity, Test The reliability, normality test, Correlation, Regression Analysis test, and test hypotheses. Based on this research, it was found that there is significant influence and strong relationship between the quality of service on customer loyalty. Keberadaan smartphone merupakan hal yang lazim untuk digunakan saat ini, sehingga semua orang harus memilikinya sebagai alat penunjang dalam mencari informasi. Fungsi smartphone yang kian beragam semakin memudahkan penggunanya dalam beraktivitas, salah satu contohnya adalah munculnya berbagai aplikasi jual-beli online. Tix Id adalah salah satu aplikasi yang mendukung pembelian tiket bioskop secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pembelian tiket bioskop online Tix Id terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 orang mahasiswa/ mahasiswi Sistem Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Korelasi, Uji Analisis Regresi, dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas pelayanan pada loyalitas pelanggan.

This type of research is quantitative research, a population of 324 people from the customer (renter) photocopy machine Konica Minolta  and taken 76 people using the formula slovin sample. The research method multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. From the test results concluded that the hypothesis 1 hypothesis can be accepted, because of the results of the t test independent variable consisted of Product Quality and Service Quality partially significant effect on the variable Customer Satisfaction. Hypothesis 2 in accordance with the basis for a decision in the f test it can be concluded also that the variable quality of product and service quality variables simultaneously influence customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of price perception and product quality on consumer buying interest in Sun's Optic Stores. The number of respondents examined in this study was 120 respondents, all respondents were consumers who had bought eyeglasses products at Optic Sun’s. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The questionnaire had passed the instrument test phase and was declared valid and reliable in measuring all research variables. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the analysis of research data, the results are obtained that partially the price and quality of the product have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, this shows that the better the price and product quality suitability, the higher the consumer's buying interest. Furthermore, based on the results of simultaneous influences, it was found that the price and quality of the products together had a significant effect on buying interest with a contribution of 55.1%.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Toko Optic Sun’s. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 responden, seluruh responden merupakan konsumen yang telah membeli produk kaca mata di Optic Sun’s. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket kuesioner. Kuesioner telah melalui tahap uji coba instrumen dna dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur seluruh variabel penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kesesuaian harga dan kualitas produk maka semakin tinggi minat beli konsumen. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji pengaruh simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan besar kontribusi sebesar 55,1%.

Soes Legends is a business that is engaged in the food and beverage industry that offers dried chocolate fill products. Based on the initial survey conducted by the author, the factors that dominate consumers in buying Soes Legends products are consumer perceptions and the quality of Soes products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perceptions and product quality on the decision to purchase Soes Legends products. The research method used is quantitative research with the sampling method is purposive sampling. The population in this study were all Soes Legends consumers who had repeated as many as 125 people with a sample of 96 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire datawere analyzed to test factors and test variables using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions and product quality influence the decision to purchase Soes Legends products.

This study aimed to determine the effect of price (X1 ), product quality (X2 ), and brand image (X3 ) on the interest to purchase (Y) Two Good products. A quantitative research approach was taken. Purposive sampling was used. There were 98 respondents. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to collect the data, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression processed with SPSS 25 Software. The price and product quality had a significant positive effect on the interest in buying Two Good products, while brand image did not. This study aims to analyze and see the effect of Product Quality and Brand Image on consumer purchasing decisions on Prima XP oil products in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is consumers of Prima XP oil users in the city of Padang. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely normality test, heterocedasticity test and multicollinearity test and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, F test and t test, from processing the data obtained results Y = 24,426 + 0,499 X1 + 0,450 X2. The results of these studies indicate that, 1) Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, 2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, 3) Product Quality and Brand Image together have a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions.

In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.
