CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.

Along with the increase in culinary business units offering various types of food in Jember Regency, theconsumption of crackers has also increased. This is because the habits of the Indonesian people, especially in JemberRegency, make crackers as one of the complementary foods on every menu that should not be missed when dining. With the Community Partnership Program activity organized by the PKM Muhammadiyah University Jember team and the SR Crackers Home Industry Partner (IRT) SR has an impact on increasing the income of workers, making crackers faster and varied and reducing unemployment, especially Wonosari villagers can be recruited as workers if increased production capacity. The final target to be achieved is the establishment of a cracker production business unit with appropriate technology, namely with a cracker printing machine, and marketing management with the help of information technology such as market places and social media.

The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.

The partner in the community partnership program is Usaha Ilabulo Bakar. Ilabulo is a typical snack from Gorontalo. Formerly by the kings, Ilabulo symbolizes "Totombowata" which means united. PKM program by taking independent business partners as Ilabulo Bakar business actors. Partners who until now have many competitors that are difficult to develop. Every time Ilabulo was made per night, it could only be around 500 - 600 packs. The selling price per pack is around Rp. 5,000. Related to this PKM program the proposer wants to expand his business with ilabulo products globally by online marketing. This PKM program will help partners in the form of packaging improvements, product taste and quality, brands that do not yet exist, aspects of sales using only verbal communication, as well as simple management, the concept of inventory in warehouse does not yet exist and the financial management system is still lacking manual. and online sales training (e-commerce) of ilabulo Bakar products can be made as souvenirs typical of Gorontalo.

Another specific goal is to help create prosperity and comfort in community life. Through this service activity the target team is partners producing products that are safe, hygienic, healthy and halal. The expected target in this activity is the target partners to have new knowledge and skills and utilization of science and technology, including creative marketing through social media (one of which is open stalls), packaging improvements and product diversification to provide product added value, able to compile simple financial reports and managerial business, in order to optimize production, so that there is an increase in income and welfare for partners and the surrounding environment. Through this Community Partnership Program, it is expected that the knowledge, motivation and enthusiasm of partners will increase. This activity is at least able to increase the spirit of entrepreneurship in household business members BAROKAH and RAHMAH.

The development of SMEs in the culinary in Medan has increased every year. Market opportunities provide SMEs to grow. Diversification in food processing can be done by adding pumpkin (Cucurbita Moschata) into food dough food so that it becomes a different product from those in the market. YAAHFTICS is a SMEs which is engaged in culinary, especially birthday cake, pizza, roll cake and others. Mitra has been established since 2015. Partners rely on marketing through social media Instagram. In running the business cycle, partners experience several major problems. Starting in terms of business financial management, product diversification to the problem of quantity production. The aim of the Community Service Program activities is that Partners can increase their production capacity so that they can increase their income, able to produce diversified processed products from pumpkins, and able to determine product prices with optimal profit. The method of activity used is the delivery of production equipment, the practice of using production equipment to increase production capacity, the practice of making diversified processed pumpkin products and monitoring the production and sales processes. The results of the oven and mixer grant in this service activity can increase the partner’s production capacity product. After counseling the importance of product diversification and the practise of diversification of pumpkin processed pumpkin products, the partner have been able to diversity their processed pumpkin products. And the partner  have been able to determine product prices with optimal profit after the partner has been given training in determining the cost of goods sold.

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

The purpose of the Subject Teachers Consultation (STC/MGMP) will be if the teachers are skilled, accustomed and able to develop various activities that are able to support teacher competencies. One of the activities carried out was to participate in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) program development activities with LPTKs such as Pasundan University. The STC included in the Community Partnership Program (CPP/PKM) is the Bandung and City Mathematics STC. Problems with both partners are: (1) Some teachers do not know SPSS and its benefits in research, (2) Understanding of some teachers in collecting data according to the formulation of research problems is still lacking, (3) Some teachers do not know e-learning applications that use video conference. This problem has an impact on the inhibition of research and an increase in the rank of teachers. Approach methods used to overcome problems with training, mentoring, and mentoring. The two partners' solution-resolution procedures will be carried out by the team as follows: (1) Training, mentoring and mentoring in using SPSS features, (2) Training in using e-learning applications (3) Training, mentoring, and mentoring in collect data according to the formulation of research problems. CPP was attended by 14 Mathematics Teachers from the City of Bandung, and 17 Mathematics Teachers from Bandung Regency who were each from the Bandung City and Regency STC. The first meeting resulted in the following conclusions: (1) The quality of CPP in formulating problems, testing instruments, using SPSS features, and video conferencing conducted was very good, (2) The ability of teachers to understand, master, and train in making either test or non-test research instruments are in a pretty good category, (3) the teacher's ability to input data according to data or the scale of the data is in a good category, (4) The teacher's ability to use video conferencing to get guidance and assistance in doing the work is in good category.

Community service activities aim at increasing the competitiveness of fostered partners in dealing with market developments. The potential of developing frozen food UMKM products is still very open because it is very popular among many people in the City of Medan. Royal Food also experiences the same thing as most UKMKs in Medan, which generally have limited human resource quality of education. The workforce in UKMK is dominated by workers with low education and do not have good financial management and the low utilization of technology. This community service activity was carried out over a period of six months. Activities carried out in the form of socialization and counseling to partners, training in business development and marketing, safe and hygienic production practices and designing more attractive packaging, carrying out production and marketing to partner monitoring and evaluation. After getting a touch of good design, proper management, modernization of production equipment, attractive promotional media, UMKM Royal Food is able to experience business development with increasingly high sales and more competitive products.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a student and teacher of YYPP SMK Wonomulyo Distric of Polewali Mandar of Sulawesi Barat Province. The problems were: (1) lack of knowledge about screen printing and heat molding wrapper so it has an attractive appearance, (2) easy to print screen printing and heat-forming packaging, (3) packaging products IRT / SME, and (4) the quality of the packaging print production sellable. External target is the SME / Industry Households have an interesting product packaging. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, question and answer, and counterparts. The results obtained are: (1) The partners have the skills to print T-shirts, (2) partners have the skills to print T-shirts, (3) the partner has the ability to produce attractive packaging
