For centuries, we have been observing the influence of nature on the conditions of human life, whose relationship with the natural environment has weakened during the period of changes brought about by the industrial revolution. However, the growing awareness of society about the dwindling resources of nature and the necessity to protect them resulted in the rediscovery of the importance of activities expressing concern for the state of the environment. It is consistent with the idea of sustainable development striving for rational management of natural resources. We also increasingly notice the possibility of using climatic factors to create optimal living conditions, taking into account, among other things, the relevant parameters of the objects. The article presents an analysis of climatic factors affecting the quality of the housing environment. These factors can be used in the pursuit of minimising energy consumption throughout the life cycle of buildings and for construction that utilises advanced technologies. Respecting the climate conditions in planning buildings of an appropriate scale, form and location is of great importance for shaping comfortable housing environments. It is planning that allows the symbiosis of architecture and the environment, which becomes a challenge of modern times.

A way out of the deepening global crisis is possible through a fundamental change in the methodology for realizing holistic reality. The traditional mechanics-materialistic science clearly ignores the integrity of the world and man, his spirituality. Trialectics as a true method of comprehending the living integral world and developing in its course a new personal methodology is based on the recognition of the three-pointed personality ‒ the spiritual and bio-social nature of man, the specificity of which as a representative of a special conscious natural kind is determined by humanity, in which the freedom of personal benevolent creativity lies. The three-person nature of a man, his humanity, is reflected in unome as the initial deep-seated code of human life-unfolding — a potential universality-quality of the life process of unfolding a personality that reaches its highest form in every act of a personality when its self-realization acquires the personal quality of freedom-responsibility. The comprehension of the unom, which includes the genome and the memon, is aimed at setting the purity of the transformations of the economy of human senses-values, which allow exploring the deep spiritual and semantic unity of the separate economic entities. Unomics is a new fateful science of humanity, which aims to explore and substantiate the benevolent format of the life activity of the individual-microcosm act, based on the understanding-deployment of the syncretic dimension of the value-semantic Universe (macrocosm). It requires a spiritually experienced, existential basis for the knowledge of an economic person, which asserts the supremacy of the individual. The format «unomics ‒ globalistics» is revealed. In understanding the unom of the personality, the primary role is played by the problem of studying its existentials, which define the meanings of life ‒ economic production that is productive for humanity. Three main existentials of human existence are: spirituality, freedom and responsibility (V. Frankl). Their comprehension in the new format of trialectics allowed to go deeper into the understanding of the existential «freedom-responsibility». The third existential in the being of a human is love.

The Rise of the West, the creation of the Third World, the beginnings of disparity between Asia and Europe, or whatever other phrase is used, is obviously the great event of world history; hence the attempts to explain and date it, going back to the time when the Rise was actually beginning in the later eighteenth century. The literature is vast, complex and mostly of high quality. Some of it is concerned with causation—how did ‘the West’ get ahead, why did ‘Asia’ fall back or perhaps just stay the same? Others are interested in trying to date the beginnings of inequality—when can we see the beginnings of dominance, where did this occur and in which sectors of human life was this first to be seen? The first matter is, of course, the more important for an historian. It has been argued that, in the most general way, the fundamental cause of the beginnings of inequality is the series of changes in western Europe, and at first in England, known collectively as the Industrial Revolution. I will use this term as a shorthand for these collective changes, which Marshall Hodgson called the ‘Great Western Transmutation.’ Put most crudely, western Europe advanced and changed in a paradigmatic way, while Asia did not. At the most, Asia kept doing what it had been doing for centuries; Europe changed basically.

The goal is to substantiate the possibility of using the culture-centered paradigm of education as the basis for the development of education in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, which forms a person with a technocratic mindset, aimed at forming a person not only as a carrier of knowledge, but also as a carrier of values and traditions. Methods. The structural and functional approach was used as the methodological basis of the research, which made it possible to identify the main trends in the development of modern civilization, which actualize the need to form a culture-centered paradigm of education. The use of structural-functional and systemic approaches made it possible to identify the dialectical relationship between education, economy and quality of life. Results. The fourth industrial revolution, based on the digital economy, actualizes the problem of forming a new person. One of the mechanisms for solving this problem is education, the main development trends of which must meet the realities of our time. The main task of education is to prepare a person with creative thinking who has innovative professional competencies - the competencies of the XXI century. In connection with the above-mentioned modern trends, it is necessary to raise the question of the paradigm of education development. Each epoch in the history of mankind creates its own paradigms for the development of education. However, it should be borne in mind that different educational paradigms may exist in the same era, replacing each other. Conclusions. The analysis of existing paradigms allows the authors to prove that the basis of education in the era of the fourth industrial revolution should be a culture-centered paradigm as a reflection of various aspects of human life, which implements its content and functions in the "values-positions-knowledge-skills" scheme.
