The problem of zakat in this country actually started from the low awareness of the muzakki (people who issue zakat) to do it and the low of public trust in the Amil Zakat Agency and the Zakat Institusion, even though any expertise and wok that is lawful, whether done alone or related to other parties, sucs as an employee, if thei income reach the nishab, then zakat must be issued. This study aims to see how the knowledge of zakat, motivation and social-economic on the willingness University of Tridinanti Palembang lecturers in paying professional zakat through salary deductions. The population in this study was 190 lecturers at the University of Tridinanti Palembang (UTP). The sampel technique used was purposive sample with the criteria of lecturers who had obtained lecturer certification, amounting to 121 people from 4 fakulties at UTP. The data analysis used is using multiple linear regressions analysis. The results of the study state that the knowledge of zakat, zakat motivation and social- economic have a positive.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand trust on e-commerce consumer’s loyalty. This research is also titled as hypothesis test research which undertaken test on hypothesis with Zalora’s consumer in Malang city as a source of this research. Data analysis method used multiple linear regressions with variable t and variable t. The result shows that brand equity and brand trust have an influence on Zalora’s consumer loyalty. It indicates that the increasing of brand trust followed by increasing of consumer’s loyalty.

<p>The  study  aimed  to  establish  baseline  information  on  the  influence  of research capability and culture on the passion for research; whether or not such influence is significant. It utilized quantitative method via descriptive correlational and analytical designs with the use of statistical tools such as Weighted Mean, Pearson r and Multiple Linear Regressions. The study reports the following: the overall level of the respondents’ research capability is average; the overall level of the respondents’ research culture is average; the overall level of the respondents’ passion for research is high; the respondents’ research capability significantly related to their passion for research; there is a significant relationship between the respondents’ research culture and their passion for research; the respondents’ capability and culture on research are significant factors to their passion for research (F=19.40; p&lt;0.05). Hence, the study inferred that any change on the level of the respondents’ research capability and culture has a corresponding effect on the level of their passion for research. Furthermore, the combined influence of 37.40% implies that 62.60% are influenced by other factors not covered in this study.</p>

The purpose of this research is to analysis the factors which affecting the implementation of the SAKIP in Government of North Sulawesi, the contain is factor awareness on the laws and regulation (X1), factor organizational  commitment (X2) and factor role of APIP (X3) toward implementation of SAKIP (Y). Method that use in this research are quantitative method. The data analysis technique has been done by using the multiple linear regressions analysis. Result of the research according the partial test show that awareness on the laws and regulation no significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP, whereas the organizatoinal commitment and role of APIP has significantly effect to the implementation of SAKIP. The value from coefficient of determination test amount of 43,7% has been effect by awareness on the laws and regulation, organizatoinal commitment, role of APIP, whereas the remaining 56,3% is influenced by other factors outside this research. This research based on the developments of technology on payment system which replaced the use of cash as a medium of exchange into the non-cash system. The use of e-money as a non-cash system was made to actualize less cash society by the increase of the use of instrument and non-cash channel. However, the government had made a rule by required various costs to use e-money. As the used of e-money seemed forced by a rule, therefore, costumers might have a bad perception toward it. Hence, this research made to know the factors that affected costumers’ perception toward e-money in Indonesia. The method used in this research was quantitative method with type of descriptive and causal research. The variables used in this research are benefits (X1), trust (X2), self-efficacy (X3), ease of use (X4), security (X5), and consumers’ perception (Y). The samples are 400 respondents and using the technique of non-probability sampling which covered purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data analysis was using multiple linear regressions. The research showed that the factor of self-efficacy and security in partial didn’t significantly affect the consumers’ perception toward e-money in Indonesia, while the factors that significantly affected partially are factors of benefits, ease of use, and trust. However, simultaneously, all factors of Benefits (X1), Trust (X2), Self-efficacy (X3), Ease of Use (X4), and Security (X5) significantly affected consumers’ perception (Y) toward e-money in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profitability, growth, sales growth and asset structure of the company on capital structure. The research object was the entire industrial sector of consumer goods amounted to 36 companies, but based on the completeness of the data, then, only 30 companies takan as samples with the observation period of 2012-2014. The independent variables were profitability, growth, sales growth and asset structure while the dependent variable was capital structure (debt to total assets ratio). The data analysis used multiple linear regressions. These results indicate that the growth of the company have a significant effect on the capital structure. This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous and partial influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase behavior in Bang Kopitiam Café and Resto in Palu City. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study involves consumers who have visited Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto at least 2 times. Sampling technique is accidental method, with sample of 90 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis tool is multiple linear regressions method. The result shows that consumer satisfaction simultaneously and partially influence repurchase behavior of consumers in Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto Palu City.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh serempak dan partial kepuasan konsumen terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen di Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengunjungi Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto minimal 2 kali. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah linear regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen secara serempak dan partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian ulang konsumen pada Bangi Kopitiam Café and Resto di Kota Palu.

The purposes of this research are: (1) to determine the influence of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customers’ satisfaction in the Office of State Property and Auction (KPKNL) Palu, (2) to determine the influence of physical evidence on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (3) to determine the influence of reliability on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu, (4) to determine the influence of responsiveness on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL of Palu (5) to determine the influence of assurance on customers’ satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu, (6) to determine the influence of empathy on customer satisfaction in the KPKNL Palu. By using associative research approach, this study examines a sample of 39 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that: (1) physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant influence on customer satisfaction; (2) partially, physical evidence variable, reliability and responsiveness have non- significant influence on customer satisfaction; (3) assurance and empathy partially have significant influence on customer satisfaction.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (2) Untuk mengetahui bukti fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu; (3) Untuk mengetahui kehandalan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (4) Untuk mengetahui daya tanggap berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (5) Untuk mengetahui jaminan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu, (6) Untuk mengetahui empati berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar penelitian asosiatif. Pada penelitian asosiatif ini minimal terdapat dua variabel yang dihubungkan. Jadi penelitian asosiatif ini merupakan penelitian yang meneliti tentang hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 39 pelanggan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,001 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (2) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel bukti fisik, kehandalan dan daya tanggap secara parsial ada pengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (3) berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh variabel jaminan dan empati secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in the success rate of Artificial Insemination of Balinese cattle in Rimbo Bujang Subdistrict, Rimbo Ilir, and to know the influence of spermatozoa resistance and spermatozoa abnormality on the success of Artificial Insemination in Balinese cattle. The method used is the survey method, while the sample withdrawal technique is used clustering. Data analysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results showed that the success of Artificial Insemination based on Service per Conception (S/C) showed the number 1.56 means the success of IB is good, while judging from the calving interval (CI) value in cattle which is 12.9 months, it means it is ideal. It can be concluded that the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) is good, while motility is the success of Artificial Insemination (IB), as well as the percentage of life and spermatozoa abnormalities does not affect the success of Artificial Insemination (IB) in Balinese cows.
