Interpersonal communication is communication made by two or more people that produces a response both verbally and nonverbally. This study aims to describe the interpersonal communication possessed by adolescents in Purwokerto. The participants in this study were active teenagers from one of the private junior high schools in Purwokerto (n = 47). The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection using the Interpersonal Communication scale and measured using aspects of interpersonal communication Devito (2013), namely: openness, Empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. From the results of the research they have conducted. This shows the level of interpersonal communication in students, with the result that 24 students or 51.7% of students in Purwokerto have difficulty or difficulty in communicating. In comparison, 23 students, or 48.3% of students in Purwokerto, have no problem communicating interpersonally. Based on these results, it is expected that educational institutions can explore and provide more stimulus to improve interpersonal communication to students.

This study aims to determine: 1) students 'perceptions about openness of interpersonal communication of teachers, 2) students' perceptions of empathy in teacher's interpersonal communication, 3) students 'perceptions of supportive attitudes in teacher's interpersonal communication, 4) students' perceptions of positive attitudes of interpersonal communication of teachers, 5) students' perceptions about the similarity of teacher's interpersonal communication. This research is quantitative descriptive, and data collection techniques are using a questionnaire. The results showed that students' perceptions of teacher interpersonal communication were; 1) openness with 79.37% achievement which is in good enough criteria, 2) empathy with 86.80% achievement are in good criteria, 3) mutual support with 83.41% achievement in good criteria, 4) positive attitude with achievement of 79.67% in the category is quite good, 5) similarity with achievement of 76.67 in the criteria is quite good, so it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication of teachers in SMK 5 Padang according to students' perceptions with a score of 81.18% on good criteria.

Abstract: This research aims to understand the the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at educational institutions at Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar. Type research which is located in public junior high schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar is descriptive with a quantitative approach, namely prioritise questions list as a means of data collection and data collected with this device then used as the main raw empirical analyze the condition of the existence of a purpose objektifitas research on the site of minutely. The population of this study is all all teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar .The research is empirical research with using a technique purposive of sampling in the sample collection criteria teachers in state schools Bangkinang the district capital of Kampar that had been certified by the year 2016/ 2017. Of the population which consisted of 150 people, then meet the criteria of a samples from 80 people plus 3 respondents supporting such as 1 people the education office and 2 supervisors school. Data is collected by spreading the questionnaire 80th respondents and interview to 3 respondents supporting. Than 80 the questionnaires returned all (100 %). Based on technique analysis a correlation coefficient of 0,567, the coefficients determination 0,322 and results of the test t and significance <0.05 then the researcher judging and inferring that is the motivation of the performance of teachers. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu  guru melalui implementasi supervisi akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pada aspek perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Meskipun masih berada pada kategori cukup, namun dari pra siklus sampai dengan siklus 2 terus mengalami peningkatan.  Hasil ini dapat dicapai karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antar Kepala Sekolah dan Guru yang disupervisi.  Kepala Sekolah berdiskusi dengan guru mengenai masalah yang dihadapi guru pada proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah merupakan usaha untuk memperbaiki pengajaran, termasuk menstimulasi, menyeleksi pertumbuhan jabatan dan perkembangan guru- guru serta merevisi tujuan-tujuan pembelajaran, bahan pengajaran, metode, evaluasi atau penilaian pengajaran. Supervisi akademik dapat membantu guru untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan perannya sebagai seorang pendidik. Implementation of academic supervision for increasing the quality of teachers AbstractThe aim of this study is to improve the quality learning of teachers through the implementation of academic supervision. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, document studies, and observations. The results showed that academic supervision in cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed an increase in scores on aspects of planning and implementing learning. Although it is still in a sufficient category, from pre-cycle to cycle 2 it continues to increase. This result can be achieved because of the good cooperation between the Principal and the supervised Teacher. Principals discuss with teachers about the problems faced by teachers in the planning and implementation of learning processes. Academic supervision by the Principal is an effort to improve teaching, including stimulating, selecting the growth of positions and the development of teachers and revising learning objectives, teaching materials, methods, evaluation and evaluation of teaching. Academic supervision can help teachers to learn and understand the task and its role as an educator.

The purpose of this study  is to improve the communication skills of students through the TPS (Think Pair Share) learning model. the results of observations show communication skills of grade 3 students in SDN Ledok 05 Salatiga is still low. the results of interviews with grade 3 teachers from 29 students in the High category only about 31% who dared to present or communicate in front of the class with confidence. While in the medium category only 24% and 45% of other students in the low category are still afraid if they get the opportunity to communicate to appear in public or in front of the class. The research method uses PTK (Class Action Research). Techniques for collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires. The instruments used are indicators of five components of interpersonal or interpersonal communication skills which include openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, equality. Research uses quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the first cycle of the high category had a frequency of 18 with a percentage of 62%, medium category frequency 6 and a percentage of 21%, and a low category 5 with a percentage of 17%. Whereas for the second cycle the high frequency category was 20 with a percentage of 69%, medium category 8 with 28%, and low category 1 with a percentage of 3%. Class 3 communication skills at SDN Ledok 05 Salatiga increased after using TPS (Think Pair Share) models.

Educating Monks examines the education and training of novices and young Buddhist monks of a Tai minority group on China’s Southwest border. The Buddhists of this region, the Dai-lue, are Chinese citizens but practice Theravada Buddhism and have long-standing ties to the Theravāda communities of Southeast Asia. The book shows how Dai-lue Buddhists train their young men in village temples, monastic junior high schools and in transnational monastic educational institutions, as well as the political context of redeveloping Buddhism during the Reform era in China. While the book focuses on the educational settings in which these young boys are trained, it also argues that in order to understand how a monk is made, it is necessary to examine local agenda, national politics and transnational Buddhist networks.

Abstract: The technical instruction number: 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 dated on 1-02-2019 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration Program Based on the Community Participation (Juknis PTSL-PM) enables the presence of community involvement as the manifestation of Article 42 paragraph (1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Ka.BPN Number 6 of 2018. The practice can be found in Bojonegoro District which has started the PTSL–PM program before the issue of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM so that it causes issues related to the compatibility of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM implementation with the participative mechanism occurred in Bojonegoro District. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of the technical instruction of PTSL-PM. This research used qualitative research method through descriptive approach. The result of the research found that from 97 description of the activities as the comparison instrument, 48 activities were not appropriate, while 42 activities were appropriate (the activities type contains participation which is not regulated in the technical instruction of PTSL-PM) and 7 activities have not been studied so that those were not included in the research object. The components related to the working map, land data collection formation basic, and measurement method used were the components which affect the implementation of technical instruction of PTSL-PM the most. Land office of Bojonegoro District cannot perform the technical instruction of PTSL-PM fully since the participation method uniformity is not possible considering the community characteristic, human resource, and facilities-infrasturure which are different in each region.Keywords: PTSL, Community’s Participation, Technical Instruction Intisari: Petunjuk Teknis Nomor 002/JUKNIS-300.UK.01.01/II/2019 tentang Kegiatan PTSL Berbasis Partisipasi Masyarakat (Juknis PTSL-PM) memungkinkan adanya keterlibatan dari masyarakat sebagai perwujudan dari Pasal 42 ayat (1) Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 6 Tahun 2018. Praktiknya di Kabupaten Bojonegoro telah memulai program PTSL-PM sebelum diterbitkannya Juknis PTSL-PM sehingga menimbulkan persoalan terkait kesesuaian pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM dengan mekanisme partisipatif yang telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 97 uraian kegiatan sebagai instrumen pembanding, 48 kegiatan tidak sesuai, 42 kegiatan sesuai atau dapat disesuaikan (jenis kegiatan bersifat partisipasi namun tidak diatur dalam Juknis PTSL-PM) dan 7 kegiatan belum diteliti sehingga bukan merupakan objek penelitian. Komponen yang berkaitan dengan peta kerja, dasar pembentukan pengumpul data pertanahan dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan merupakan komponen yang paling mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Juknis PTSL-PM. Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Bojonegoro tidak dapat melaksanakan secara penuh Juknis PTSL-PM karena keseragaman metode partisipasi tidak dimungkinkan mengingat karakteristik masyarakat, sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana memiliki perbedaan di setiap daerah.Kata Kunci: PTSL, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Petunjuk Teknis

Class IX will soon graduate and continue to higher education. For this reason, scientific provisions in learning morals and counseling are needed to prepare graduates who are smart and have good morals. This study was to determine the effect of counseling guidance and learning akidah akhlak on students' religious behavior in MTs. Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. The object of this research is the students of class IX MTs Ma'had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. This research was conducted on 135 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is SPSS. This study proves that counseling guidance has a positive and significant effect on students 'religious behavior, which means that counseling plays a role in improving students' religious behavior. Learning akidah akhlak also has a positive and significant effect on students 'religious behavior, which can be interpreted that learning akidah akhlak plays a role in improving students' religious behavior. So, counseling and learning of akidah akhlak together have a positive and significant effect on students' religious behavior.Keywords: Counseling Guidance, Learning Akidah Akhlak, Students' Religious Behavior ABSTRAKKelas IX akan segera lulus dan melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan konseling dan pembelajaran akidah akhlak terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa di MTs. Ma’had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX MTs. Ma’had Al-Zaytun Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 135 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa, yang mana dapat diartikan bahwa bimbingan konseling berperan dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan siswa. Pembelajaran akidah akhlak juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa, yang mana dapat diartikan bahwa Pembelajaran akidah akhlak berperan dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan siswa. Jadi, bimbingan konseling dan pembelajaran akidah akhlak secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keberagamaan siswa.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Konseling, Pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak, Perilaku Keberagamaan Siswa

This research aims to describe the level of competence of farmers in composting, and to draft extension and try out the implementation of counseling about composting in group of livestock of Mekar. The research was conducted in sub-district Dagangan of Madiun Regency. Selection of livestock group is done by purposive that is the only group of livestock that have made compost that is group of livestock of Mekar which is located in Kepet village. The research method used is case study with quantitative descriptive approach with scoring. The population is 44 people, the sample is based on the census. The results showed that: 1) the level of competence of farmers in composting is classified with the details of the competence of the preparation stage is low, the competence of the manufacturing process is low, and the competence of the storage stage is classified; and 2) drafting the extension plan based on the target and the purpose of extension so that the breeder know, understand and able to increase the C-Organic content and C / N Ratio on the compost according to the standard. Success shows the improvement of compost quality before and after counseling in accordance with the purpose of counseling.   Keywords: competence of breeder, livestock group of Mekar, draft extension, composting, extension

This study aimed at examining academic behavior and its relation to demography. The quantitative descriptive approach was used to study more broadly with data collection tools using a closed questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 96 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at X College in Purwokerto. The results of the study show that, in each semester, honest behavior was more than honest behavior, especially in the first semester of the lecture. While the gender of both women and men did not have high differences. Academic dishonesty was also related to the origin of school, general schools (not based on religion) were more compared to religious-based schools such as MAN. Whereas based on age, 18-20 more academic dishonesty was found. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji perilaku akademik dan kaitannya dengan demografi. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengkaji lebih luas dengan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis pada Perguruan Tinggi X di Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, disetiap semester perilaku tidak jujur lebih banyak dibandingkan perilaku jujur, terutama pada semester awal perkuliahan. Sedangkan jenis kelamin baik perempuan maupuun laki-laki tidak memiliki perbedaan yang tinggi. Ketidakjujuran akademik juga berkaitan dengan asal sekolah, sekolah yang umum (tidak berbasis agama) lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan sekolah yang berbasis agama seperti MAN. Sedangkan berdasarkan usia, 18-20 lebih banyak ditemukan ketidakjujuran akademik.

This study aims to determine the application of the rules (rules) and routines (routines) in the learning process of Physical Education in SMP Negeri throughout the Banyumas Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The research method used was a survey method. The subjects in this study were physical education teachers in Banyumas Regency, totaling 36 schools. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique. The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire application of rules (rules) with a validity coefficient of 0.925 and a reliability coefficient of 0.991, as well as a routine questionnaire (routines) with a validity coefficient of 0.925 and a reliability coefficient of 0.987. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis presented in the form of a percentage. The results showed that: (1) The application of the rules in Physical Education learning in state junior high schools in Banyumas Regency was in the category of "very less" by 0% (0 teachers), "less" by 0% (0 teachers), "Enough" at 30.56% (11 teachers), "good" at 69.44% (25 teachers), and "very good" at 0.00% (0 teachers). (2) Implementation of routines in Physical Education learning in state junior high schools in Banyumas Regency is in the category of "very less" by 0% (0 teachers), "less" by 0% (0 teachers), "enough" by 69, 44% (25 teachers), "good" by 27.78% (10 teachers), and "very good" by 2.78% (1 teacher). With these results, it can be concluded that the application of rules and routines in SMPs throughout the Banyumas Regency is in the sufficient category.
