The purpose of this study is to find out how the marketing management strategy with the SWOT analysis method can be able to develop business on CV. RIZKI JAYA and the most appropriate S-O strategy used to support increased turnover at CV RIZKI JAYA. Based on the results of the study obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis of the strength score (strenght) 2.68, weakness (weakness) 0.33, opportunity (2.52), and threat (threat) 0.37. From the SWOT diagram can be seen from the difference in the score of strengths and weaknesses, the value of the higher strength score with the difference of 2.35. While the value of opportunity and threat scores is higher opportunities with a difference of 2.15. So that clearly shows that CV. RIZKI JAYA has been on the right track, therefore to support a proven turnover increase that the company's current position in quadrant 1 is a very favorable situation by continuing to carry out aggressive strategies to expand its business and increase turnover. Where the general strategy that can be used by companies is to use the power of the company to take every advantage on the opportunity, which is to improve an effective and efficient management system by establishing good relationships with consumers and other entrepreneurs to make marketing easier for the company, improve meat quality good, and increase HR to be trusted by consumers by participating in training related to chicken farming.

Banyu Tibo Beach is one of the beaches in Pacitan Regency. This beach has uniqueness of a waterfall overlooking the beach. This research aims to find out the right management strategy for Banyu Tibo Beach to be ecotourism. This research method used  a descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires with non-probability sampling techniques to 100 respondents in Banyu Tibo Beach by taking using incidental sampling techniques. The data obtained is then processed using SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in Banyu Tibo Beach. From the data processing, obtained the right strategies to manage the Banyu Tibo Beach in ecotourism, namely by providing or adding infrastructure to support ecotourismbased tourism activities, making or adding environmentally friendly tourism products, conducting training on ecotourism for human resources managing Banyu Tibo Beach, in collaboration with all parties to play an active role in the implementation of sustainable tourism activities.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan selama ini pada Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Selain itu juga untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal serta memformulasikan pengembangan strategi yang dilakukan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati di Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Strategi Pelestarian Budaya di Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati Yogyakarta dilakukan dalam empat langkah, yaitu menentukan lingkup penelitian yang terdiri dari l okasi penelitian, objek penelitian dan subjek penelitian. Langkah kedua, melakukan teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari dua poin yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Ketiga, menentukan variabel yang dilakukan melalui dua faktor, yaitu faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor ekstenal (peluang dan ancaman). Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan analisis data dengan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian pertama, berdasarkan matrik IE Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada posisi IV yaitu Stability Strategy. Tidak menambahnya program dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang telah diterapkan sanggar namun, diperjelas lagi dari materi pembelajaran, kurikulum yang ada dan standar kelulusan siswa. Kedua, berdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati berada pada kua dran IV, yaitu retrenchment strategy, melepaskan diri dari KPB Purantara atau menentukan sekretariat yang tepat untuk dijadikan secretariat sanggar adalah strategi yang tepat dilakukan. Ketiga, berdasarkan analisis matrik SWOT strategi umum yang diperoleh yaitu menyelenggarakan kegiatan lomba tari Bali setiap semester untuk anak-anak tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA se-Yogyakarta. Bekerja sama dengan panitia upacara keagamaan Hindu (pangempon Pura) yang ada di Yogyakarta. Memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian (ngayah) dan event yang mengatasnamakan Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati. Perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan rasa memiliki dari pengelola Sanggar Tari Bali Saraswati, anggota KPB (Keluarga Putra Bali) Purantara dan Asrama Bali. Research on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio Yogyakarta aims to identify the strategy used at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. In addition, to analyze the internal and external factors and formulate the development of strategies conducted by Bali Saraswati Dance Studio in Yogyakarta. The research method on Cultural Conservation Development Strategy at Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is done in four steps, those are determining the scope of research consisting of research location, research object and research subject. The second step, perform data collection techniques consisting of two points: primary data collection and secondary data collection. Third, determine the variables made through two factors, namely internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and extensions (opportunities and threats). The last step is to perform data analysis with qualitative method with SWOT analysis. The results of the first study, based on the matrix IE Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in the fourth position of Stability Strategy. Not adding to the program and learning curriculum that has been implemented by the studio but made clear from the learning materials, the existing curriculum and the students' graduation standard. Second, based on quadrant of SWOT analysis Bali Saraswati Dance Studio is in quadrant IV, that is retrenchment strategy, breaking away from KPB Purantara or determining the right secretariat to be used as studio secretariat is the right strategy to do. Third, based on SWOT matrix analysis, the general strategy obtained is to hold Balinese dance activity every semester for elementary, junior and senior high school students in Yogyakarta. In cooperation with the committee of Hindu religious ceremonies (Pangempon Pura) in Yogyakarta. Provide opportunities for students to participate in the activities of devotion (ngayah) and the event on behalf of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio. Need to increase awareness and sense of ownership of Bali Saraswati Dance Studio, member of KPB (Family of Putra Bali) Purantara and Bali Dormitory.

The article shows that when designing an organizational control system, it is most natural to use a systematic integrated approach and well-developed methods of system theory. The article continues the series of works of one of the authors devoted to the adaptation of the methods of control theory to economic objects. This paper deals with the mathematical description of the control system error. The block diagram of the organization management system is given. The system playback error is represented as the difference of the output signals of the ideal and desired systems. An equivalent and calculated system schema for error determination is presented. The mean square of the random system error is determined.

Hasilpenelitian pertama berdasarkan matriks IE strategi pengelolaan pada drumblek Gemparmelalui matriks IE menunjukan pada posisi IV yaitu Growth and Build, strategi umum yangdigunakan adalah sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. Keduaberdasarkan kuadran analisis SWOT menunjukan kuadran I Expansion, yaitu bahwa situasiyang sangat baik karena ada kekuatan yang dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yangmenguntungkan. Hal tersebut mengarah pada variabel kekuatan poin tertinggi yaitudrumblek Gempar merupakan drumblek tertua yang ada di Salatiga. Lalu pada variabelpeluang poin tertinggi yaitu sebagai daya tarik Kota Salatiga melalui kesenian drumblek. The first result based on IE matrix management strategy on drumblek Gempar through IE matrix shows in position IV that is Growth and Build, general strategy used is as appeal of Salatiga City through drumblek art.

Paradigma is a journal published by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) University of Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta (UPNVY) which is intended to facilitate the publication of ideas or research results carried out by the academic community of FISIP UPNVY as well as academics/bureaucracies/practitioners outside UPNVY. The problem faced at this time is the difficulty of getting articles/writings because Jurnal of Paradigma has not been accredited by Sinta or internationally accredited. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a strategy for achieving Jurnal of Paradigma towards Sinta accreditation. The purpose of this study is to formulate policies related to the achievement strategy of Jurnal of Paradigma towards being accredited and indexed by Sinta. This research approach is a mix-method involving qualitative and quantitative data and processed systematically using the SWOT Analysis method to get the right strategy formulation in achieving Journal of Paradigma towards Sinta accreditation. This study aims to find out how the development strategy of Lembang Dano situ in Village of Cipada, and to get the right strategy for the development of Lembang Dano tourist attractions. The data has taken of primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained from questionnaires and interviews to predetermined sources and secondary data obtained from agencies and agencies related to this study. The analytical tool used the SWOT analysis method the results of the research show that the development strategy needs to first determine the factors that are strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) ourism potential in Lembang Dano Cipada Village, then combines with the opportunities and threats from outside (external environment). Competition between the centers is caused by the differences between the two centers. The research is analysis strategy of competitiveness increase of a study of Bobung Wooden Batik Craft Center and Krebet Wooden Batik Craft Center. The aim of this research is to describe, analyze the internal and external factors inside the centers, and formulate the right strategy to increase the competitiveness between the two centers. The method is SWOT analysis method and the IE matrix. The population used for this research are SME entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft, which include eighteen entrepreneurs of wooden batik handicraft  of Krebet center and thirteen entrepreneurs of Bobung center. Based on the identification, the main strength of wooden batik handicraft is the product innovation of the design and shape. Based on the analysis, the main opportunity is the increasing number of visitors and the main threat of it is the substitute product. The alternative formulation of strategy using the SWOT matrix produces the main strategic alternative that is the SO strategy to reach the existing opportunity by utilizing the strength owned that is the product innovation. The formulation based on IE matrix produces the main strategy that is the growth strategy.

The necessity of using ecologically oriented approach in the process of production by developing and introducing the system of ecological management was investigated in the article. The general principles of its formation with the directions of actions and results were determined. 14 principles of efficient management of V.Ye. Deming for raising the efficiency of ecological management system were adapted with the aim of its constant improving, ensuring long-term developing of enterprise, and raising its competitiveness. The conducting of SWOT-analysis in the system of ecological management was suggested for determining the strategies of enterprise activities, further improving and raising the efficiency of this system. The model of forming the efficient system of enterprise ecological management was suggested. The improvement and efficiency of this system presupposes using general principles and those of efficiency, external environmental information, and SWOT-analysis. The international experience of inefficient ecological management, proving the expediency of using the system of enterprise ecological management, was shown.


The article discusses the theoretical issues of the application of innovative social technologies in the general mechanism of managing the region as a separate territorial unit. The mechanisms of using social technologies to achieve a managerial effect are considered, and critical tools for making a given social result are identified. From the point of view of the methodology, a comprehensive algorithm for the application of social technologies in the general strategy for managing the region is proposed. A sequence of stages of social interaction is presented, during which the management strategy is implemented and forms social reality. Social technologies are considered from the position of a key tool of the management system, and also the effects exerted on all spheres of society are examined. The relationship between the effectiveness of applying social technology and the effectiveness of the resulting vector of managerial impact, between conditional social costs and potential incomes, is separately highlighted.
