The use of Information Technology (IT) frameworks from year to year in Indonesia has shown an increase. However, there is not much research on the use of IT frameworks. The research on IT frameworks can be used by a company to analyze trends in the use of frameworks in Indonesia. That way, it can help a company consider choosing a framework to use. The IT frameworks discussed in this study are COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001. Data related to research IT frameworks taken in the 2014-2018 period. Data collection through the Google Scholar web search engine using the Publish or Perish software. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results of this study can use to determine the use of the IT framework in Indonesia. The amount of raw data obtained from the data collection process was 5,708 data with Authors, Title, Years, and Publisher variables. Research data on titles and keywords obtained in the Indonesian domain amounted to 754 and overseas amounted to 194. From the research results, it can conclude that the most widely used framework is the COBIT framework, with a percentage of 69.3% in the Indonesian and 58.7% in the foreign domain.

In the process of collecting researchdata, of course we can do the management of questionnaires as well as the preparation ofinterview guidelines to disseminate and obtain accurate information. With the arrangement ofplanning and conducting interviews: the ethics of conducting interviews, the advantages anddisadvantages of interviews, the formulation of interview questions, the schedule of interviews,group and focus group interviews, interviews using recording devices, and interview bias.making a questionnaire must be designed with very good management by giving to theinformation needed, in accordance with the problem and all that does not cause problems at thestage of analysis and interpretation.

Family planning instructors are vital in implementing the toddler family development program considering their function. This article aims: i) Analyze the performance of family planning instructors in the implementation of the toddler family development program/bina keluarga balita (BKB); ii) Analyse the factors supporting and inhibiting the effectiveness of the performance of family planning instructors in the community. This research used quantitative methods through survey instruments with a population of all family planning instructors which implementing toddler family development program. The pandemic situation has made the data collection process carried out by online questionnaires with Google Forms application. In order to obtain the required data, data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a sample of 84 respondents. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistical analysis using MS.Excel and SPSS. The data analysis concluded that the performance of family planning instructors in managing the program is in the good category. In the process approach, effectiveness is shown from the fulfillment of these performance variables in the implementation of the program, so that by looking at the categories in the cumulative analysis that are in the good category.

Shamrok Manufacturing Corpora merupakan perusaan yang bergerak di bidang sarung tangan, saat ini perusahaan masih menggunakan proses manual untuk melakukan proses pendataan barang masuk dan keluar. Tentunya hal tersebut akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan proses terhadap data sehingga tidak efisien kemungkinan lainnya yang dapat terjadi yaitu data yang dicatat pada lembaran kertas tersebut kotor, rusak, maupun hilang. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut maka di bangun sebuah sistem informasi pendataan barang masuk dan keluar untuk dapat mempermudah dalam proses pendataan surat masuk dan keluarKata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, barang masuk dan barang keluar. Abstract— PT. Shamrok Manufacturing Corporation is a company engaged in the field of gloves, currently the company is still using a manual process to collect data in and out of goods. Of course this will take a long time to process the data so that it is not efficient that other possibilities that can occur are the data recorded on the sheet of paper is dirty, damaged, or lost. Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With less resources and more savings. This study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow corrections of inventory activities already identified. The goal is to propose a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy products. The materials and methods applied in the execution of the work were divided into the following four stages: data collection, process mapping, analysis of improvement opportunities, research design, as well as guidelines for the application of the case study and implementation of the proposal for improvements. The results achieved allowed for the implementation of the methodology, where a 30% reduction in the problems of non-attendance was allowed. Also as a contribution were the goals to be achieved as positive factors such as lean inventory, improvements to efficient customer service, increased capital turnover and increased company profits.

This study aims to examine and analyze marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a partial or simultaneous effect on company profits at a company. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection methods through interviews and observations by processing company data. The data used are the financial statements of a company which are taken directly from the accounting department. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially marketing costs and changes in sales turnover have a significant effect on company profits by 85.6% the remaining 14.4% are not included in this study.

Analysis of perceptions of needs in developing children's comic media with the theme of preventing Covid-19 has a research objective to determine the needs of teachers in the development of children's comics. The research method used is quantitative methods, with the research instrument using google form as a research data collection tool, the results of research on the use of comic media in learning in elementary schools were the highest with the criteria of 55.2%, and in the category of never using comic media as many as 31 %, The second indicator of comic media is beneficial in learning, it is still very lacking in use with a score of 43.7%, criteria sometimes, and the criteria of never using comic media learning media is 28.7%. The fourth indicator of habituation in reading comics in schools is the highest with the criteria, sometimes getting a score of 48.3% and the criteria of never giving refraction in reading comics at school is 34.5%. The fifth indicator of the delivery of the coronavirus in learning was the highest with a score of 36.8% on the criteria often and on the criteria of never conveying about the coronavirus in learning getting a score of 11.5%. The delivery indicator is more effective with comic media with the criteria, sometimes with a score of 55.8%, so the conclusion is that the development of children's comics is very much needed.

Pada dunia modern yang menuntut perusahaan memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar dapat di kelola dengan srategi agar tercapai secara optimal, maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan tingkat produktivitas karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan di Boyolali yang membidangi beberapa usaha di bebebrapa sektor usaha yang berbeda[1]. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh antara jam kerja, insentif, dan kompromi terhadap produktivitas karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali[2]. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumen[3]. Dengan populasi 132 karyawan, sampel pada data ini adalah 100 responden karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22[4]. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa jam kerja, insentif dan kompromi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan[5]. Namun hanya jam kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan. ABSTRACT In the modern world that requires companies to have human resources that can be managed properly so that company goals can be achieved optimally, the authors conducted research related to the level of employee productivity at a company in Boyolali which is in charge of several businesses in several different business sectors[1]. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of working hours, incentives, and compromise on employee productivity of Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and document studies. With a population of 132 employees, the sample in this data is 100 respondents of employees of the Boyolali Shofa Marwah Group.The data analysist  techniques used is multiple linear regresion using SPSS 22[2]. The result of thits study can be concluded t working hours, incentives and compromise have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee productivity. However, only working hours have a positive and partially significant effect on employee productivity[3].

The problem in this study is how the influence of the use of social media as a communicative medium has an impacton the criminal level of narcotics use in Southeast Sulawesi region. The objective tobe a chieve disto find out how social media is able to improve the influence of narcotics distribution and transaction processes in Southeast Sulawesi. The location of this study was carried out in 3 cities in Southeast Sulawesi, namely Kendari, Muna and Kolaka Districts.The method used in the research data retrieval processis a quantitative method to provide an over view of the influence of social media onthe level of narcotics crime in Southeast Sulawesi. The data collection process is using a questionnaire with the number of respondents was 75 respondents. The results showed that there was a strong and significant influence of social media on the narcotics transaction process in the region of southeast Sulawesi, where the effect was indicated by the results of the regressi on test between social media variables X against criminal narcotics Y that is equal to 0.880 meaning that 88 %to of social media influence the level criminal narcotics in the Southeast Sulawesi region there maining 12 percent is influenced by other factors.Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh penggunaan media sosial sebagai media komunikasi sehingga memberikan dampak terhadap tingkat pidana penggunaan narkotika di wilayah Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana media social mampumemberikanpengaruhterhadap proses penyebaran dan transaksi narkotika di Sulawesi Tenggara. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di 3 kota yang ada di wilayah Sulawesi tenggara yaitu kota Kendari, Kabupaten Muna dan Kabupaten Kolaka. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data penelitian yaitu metode kuantitatif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh media sosial terhadap tingkat pidana narkotika di Sulawesi tenggara. Proses pengumpulan datanya yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 75 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan media sosial terhadap proses transaksi narkotika dalam wilayah Sulawesi tenggara dimana pengaruh tersebut ditunjukkan melalui hasil uji regresi antara variable media social X terhadap pidana narkotika Y yaitu sebesar 0,880 artinya sebesar 88 persen media social memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat pidana narkotika dalam wilayah Sulawesi tenggara sisanya sebesar 12 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

In the world of work of a company, there are many supporting aspects that support the running of a company, for example, employees. These things need to be considered so that the achievement of goals in the company can run well, by paying attention to motivation and an Islamic work environment that is expected to increase enthusiasm at work. In order to achieve these goals, employees need to be given the right motivation and Islamic work environment in order to have high performance so that they can provide maximum service to the community. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques. The research is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad which will then be used as samples. The results showed that the significant value for the effect of work motivation on employee performance was 0.02 and the significant value of the Islamic work environment variable on employee performance was 0.00. This means that the X1 and X2 variables have an influence on the Y variable.  Keywords: Work motivation, Islamic work environment, employee performance

The teaching process that still uses traditional methods has an impact to students. One of that impact is the obstructed of student’s ability to master speaking skills, whereas the main function of language learning is as  a communication tool. Therefore, researchers want to provide one way to improve the ability to speak Arabic, namely by using the Boardroom application. By using this application, the process of teaching Arabic in the classroom will be more innovative and raises student’s corage in their Arabic  speaking skills.  This research was conducted on eight grade students of the Belang Islamic junior high school, Kancheng Madiun. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection process will be carried out by interviews, questionares, tests and drawings. Whit this method of data collection, the researchers will get more validity and depth data in the field.
