The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Leader Member Exchange, Digital Transformation on Work Innovation Capabilities and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This research was conducted the sample units were 390 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that transformational leadership has a significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, transformational leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leader Member Exchange has a significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, Leader Member Exchange has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, digital transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities, digital Transformation has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Innovation Capabilities have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities through Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Leader Member Exchange has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities via Organizational Citizens hip Behavior , digital transformation has no significant effect on Work Innovation Capabilities through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

We develop a multi-foci framework—“follower dependence,” “follower independence,” and “leader-follower interdependence”—to explain how transformational leadership influences follower performance. Follower’s personal identification with the leader, psychological empowerment, and leader-member exchange are employed as proxies for each of the three foci. Two separate studies consistently show that personal identification (denoting a “follower dependence” focus) is a more salient mechanism than the other two in explaining the transformational leadership-organizational citizenship behavior relationship. These results suggest transformational leadership is perhaps a theory of follower dependence rather than independence or interdependence. Theoretical implications, limitations, and future directions are discussed.

The research aimed to analyze the effect of leader-member exchange, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The respondents were nursing staff at a hospital in Indonesia. The sample was 169 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling technique. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method was applied as the data analysis techniques with the application AMOS 22.0. Based on the results, the research finds that first, leader-member exchange and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Second, job satisfaction affects OCB positively and significantly. Third, job satisfaction mediates the influence of leader-member exchange on OCB significantly. Fourth, job satisfaction also mediates the effect of work-life balance on OCB significantly. In conclusion, fostering OCB in hospitals is very important to produce better health service performance. The research shows that by increasing leader-member exchange, worklife balance, and job satisfaction, it can improve OCB. Overall, the research presents a significant contribution to the development of research in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior in the health sector in Indonesia.

The main objective of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the relationship between transformational leadership (TLS) and corporate social responsibility practices (CSR). Another objective was to present adequate properties regarding the reliability of the scores, and evidence of the validity of the internal structure of the measurement instrument. Structure equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data, which was randomly collected from 392 participants from the universities of Jordan. The overall assessment of the model was accepted and TLS was found to indirectly and significantly impact CSR practices through OCB, where the direct effect was significant, though lower than the indirect impact. This means that TLS is a good predictor of CSR practices, especially with the mediation of OCB. One of the implications of this finding is that leaders should promote OCB among their employees, as this will be reflected in their CSR practices, which is one of the requirements of sustainability. The originality of this research lies in it being the first to explore the indirect effect of TLS on CSR practices through OCB.
