study aims to obtain information about the influence of personality and quality of work life on the work productivity of state high school teachers in region I of the administrative city of East Jakarta. This research is an Associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the path analysis technique. The population in this study were 801 respondents, and a sample of 267 respondents who were selected using random sampling. The research is focused on two aspects that determine work productivity; Personality and Quality Of Work Life. The results of the analysis conclude that (1) there is a direct influence of Personality on Work Productivity, (2) there is a direct influence of Quality of Work Life on Work Productivity, (3) there is a direct influence of Personality on Quality of Work Life.

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and organizational culture on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted ten schools located in Jakarta Centre.The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on organizational culture.

Teachers with high affective commitment can feel a strong emotional bond, loyalty, and dedication to the school. The teachers really want to be in school if they enjoy, feel comfortable, and satisfied with their works. So the teachers will be stronger if their experiences in a school are consistent with expectations and satisfy their basic needs, friendship, the work atmosphere or culture, comfortability in completing tasks, and also help to see how far the teachers identify and involve themselves with the school. This research uses causal survey method by using path analysis technique. This study uses the sample from 138 teachers (data were collected by personal distribution) in 8 Buddhist Senior High Schools in the Capital City of Jakarta, which was selected using the Slovin formula. The study proposed three hypothesis and results indicated (1) there is a positive effect between the quality of work life and the affective commitment, (2) there is a positive effect between job involvement and affective commitment, and (3) there is a positive effect between the quality of work life and job involvement.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of working life on organizational commitment in employees especially employees in PT. Mutualplus Global Resources in December 2013. Measurement scales used in this study was: Quality of Work Life Walton, in Zin (2004), and Bellingham & Meek, in Mas'ud (2004). The organizational commitment scale adapted from Allen & Meyer measurements, in Zin (2004) and Mowday, Steers & Porter, in Mas'ud (2004). The samples used in this study was 60 employees of PT. Mutualplus Global Resources. The method used is quantitative research with using the research data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression analysis using the statistical software program SPSS version 18.00. Based on the results of hypothesis testing concluded that the quality of work life and a positive significant effect on organizational commitment in employees the product moment correlation coefficient is 0,697. However, due to the categorization of the quality of work life and organizational commitment included in the category with each having the same number of proportion, amounting to 80%, it can be concluded that the quality of work life of employees quite fulfilled that commitment of employees have also not too strong or weak against the organization. Major variables influence the quality of working life on organizational commitment show correlation of 0,486 which means that the variable quality of work life affects the organizational commitment about 48,6 % and the remaining 51,4 % is influenced by other variables. The purpose of this research was to study the effect of the reward, the quality of work life and job satisfaction on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior Polytechnic Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval Command and Staff Colledge Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Samples of this study were 77 lecturers with selected randomly. It can be concluded that: (1) the reward has a direct influence on the organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, (2) the quality of working life has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (3) job satisfaction has a direct influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship lecturers, (4) reward has a direct influence on job satisfaction lecturer, and (5) the quality of work life has a direct influence on job satisfaction of teachers, and (6) the reward has a direct influence on the quality of work life lecturers. Therefore, to improve organizational citizenship behavior lecturer, reward, quality of work life and job satisfaction should be improved.

The conditions  and  the habits  of  a person can implicate  in her  health  and  productivity  at the job. This affirmation  is  more significant in  high stress  professions  like  contact  center’s  agent. This paper analyzes the work at home, or telecommuting, and its contribution to enterprise’s quality of work life and productivity improve. A quantitative research with a great national con-tact center company proves the telecommuting workability  for  the  regularization  of  basic  as-pects of workers life.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether: (1) work motivation has an effect on OCB; (2) the quality of work life affects OCB; (3) work motivation have an effect on the quality of work life. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and multiple linear regression used for technique data analysis. The object of research is the local government office employees of North Minahasa Regency. The sample of employees is taken from the Regional Government Office of North Minahasa Regency, while the data collection used a questionnaire instrument. The result of the study showed that work motivation has a direct effect on OCB amount of 6.98%, the quality of work life has a direct effect on OCB amount of 5.95% and work motivation has a direct effect on the quality of work life amount of 2.43%. The results of this study confirmed that OCB can be improved through work motivation and quality of work life.

<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em></em></p><h5><em>This research was conducted to find out what factors influenced the loyalty of Gen Y labor who worked as permanent employees and worked in Jabodetabek area. Many of the Gen Y workforce seen haven’t loyal like the previous generation that can work very long in a company. Researcher are interested to explore what factors can trigger the emergence of loyalty to appears in Gen Y. At a glance researcher consider the quality of work and job performance factors are affect the loyalty of the Gen Y labor. In this study the model used is a quantitative research model that serves to see whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables that affect the loyalty of Gen Y labor, such as the quality of work life and job performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly through distributed questionnaires, as well as library search through journals as secondary data, to compare and examine what variables are positively affected and can affect the quality of work life and job performance so that can create loyalty.During the research, the researcher found that some variables were allegedly able to increase the loyalty of the Gen Y labor in addition to quality of work life and performance, including compensation, career development and social support that simultaneously affected this research.</em><em></em></h5><h5><em> </em></h5><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>: </em></strong><em>Loyalty, Employee, Gen Y</em></p>
