E-commerce today is the fastest growing part of the global economy. Complex processes of digitalization, which have already penetrated into all spheres of economic activity, development of information technology and the COVID-19 pandemic have had a tremendous impact on the development of this type of commerce in all developed countries. The e-commerce development in last ten years has increased in several years, the capitalization of enterprises operating in this area has also grown rapidly, and the scale of activity of some of them has spread to all countries. Thus, the above confirms the importance of new research in this area, given the scale of its operation and significant prospects for further global development. Within the article, the nature of e-commerce using the methodology of a system approach is considered. This allowed to substantiate the basic components of this system, to determine relationships between them, to describe the motivation of the main economic agents that play a key role in the development of e-commerce. The use of the advantages of the system approach, which are also specified in the article, allowed to deepen the understanding of the composition of the outlined system, its interaction with the elements of the external environment. Thus, it is established that the e-commerce system is a system of relationships between economic agents that arise by sale, purchase of goods and services via the Internet, the implementation of other business transactions for the development of such relationships, which interacts with the elements of the environment, its function, has a single purpose of existence - to meet the demand for goods and services and to make a profit. In addition, within the article, the feasibility of additional research in the field of knowledge of individual subsystems of the e-commerce system, which reflect the relationship between certain types of economic relations in the process of buying, selling and providing goods and consuming services, is substantiated.

Действенные механизмы разрешения семейных конфликтов, потенциально возможных в рамках каждой семьи, способствуют созданию оптимальных условий для реализации государственной семейной политики. Объектом исследования выступают правовые отношения, возникающие в связи с определением понятия «член семьи». Цель статьи состоит в обосновании и формулировании дефиниции «член семьи». В статье использовались диалектико-материалистический метод, анализ, системный подход, догматико-юридический, правовое моделирование. Предложен авторский подход к пониманию дефиниции «член семьи», основанный на положениях отраслевого законодательства и данных судебной практики. Автор приходит к выводам о необходимости легализации понятия «член семьи» как социального и правового феномена. Effective mechanisms for resolving family conflicts that can potentially happen within each family promote the creation of optimal conditions for the implementation of state family policy. The object of the study is the relationship connected with the definition of the concept of «family member». The purpose of the article is to substantiate and formulate the definition of «family member». The article uses the dialectical-materialistic method, analysis, system approach, dogmatic-legal, and legal modeling. The author proposes the approach to understanding the definition of «family member» that is based on the provisions of branch legislation and judicial practice. The author concludes that it is necessary to legalize the concept of «family member» as a social and legal phenomenon.

The purpose of this paper is to report the result of a study aimed at the interrelationship between small scale indusry (SSI’s) and large scale industri (LSI’s) in Indonesia. The role of the SSI’s<br />absorbed 83,6 million workers (Bapenas, 2005) is very important but its survival could be linked with its input and its output. As Indonesia occupied by more than 300 etnics, it is very possible<br />if the SSI’s survival is linked to Indonesia cultural and art. Data were collected from around 200 companies that have linkage with almost the whole Metallurgical Industries in Indonesia both the large and the small one. System approach and multiple regression were used to analysis the relationship between the SSI’s and the LSI’s. The survival of the SSI’s and LSI’s has no different in concept, but in practice, they may not be met as the different ability to coordinate production factors. communication between them has yet to be the method for exchange information. The government’s role which previously predicted has a strong influence to this cooperation appear very weak. The study indicates that the interrelationship between the LSI’s and the SSI’s is very possible if the Indonesian economy is developed based on tourist industry. The study based on the data collected within metallurgical industry might be less representative to reflect the relationship between the LSI’s and SSI’s throughout industries. This study has contributed to develope an interrelationship between the SSI’s and the LSI’s based on sistem approach which involve the cultural environment

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to utilise a “Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR)” system approach to create models for complex smart building energy management and evaluate the establishment of a building energy management platform. Design/methodology/approach The complexity and diversity of the data and demands of the energy management platform mean that it is necessary to analyse comprehensively. This paper uses a WSR system approach to handle, and optimise, the relationship between demands and participants and improve the whole platform. Then, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation models to analysis the current energy management platforms by using the best integration platform as the baseline. Findings The WSR conceptual model clarifies the relationship between the elements and elements of the energy management platform clearly and provides the appropriate analytical methods with which to resolve key platform construction issues. The comprehensive evaluation based on a WSR system approach can take into account the systematic effect, so it is more accurate. Research limitations/implications The correlation degree between the layers of the energy management platform is rarely reflected. Originality/value This paper improves the modelling method used in the WSR system approach and demonstrates that the comprehensive evaluation based on the WSR system approach analyses the energy management platform for public buildings in a synthetic approach.

We analyze the approaches to the study of giftedness in modern reality. The author’s project “Centre for Gifted Children Support” of Saratov State University is presented. We describe the system approach to the organization of work with gifted students in conditions of university educational environment. We also consider the problem of complex identification of giftedness in schoolchildren. The results of the empirical study of the relationship of creativity self-assessment with its actual manifestation, obtained by means of sample tests, correlation analysis of the results of tests of creativity and intelligence are analyzed. The possibilities of multiple regression analysis for the contribution of intelligence parameters to the formation of the level of creativity are shown. We present the analyses of the pedagogical possibilities of the developed technologies to support students with motivation and certain achievements. The emphasis is placed on the selection and training of mentors working with gifted students.

How do we read the Qur’an in a time of growing tensions between Christians and Muslims in many places in the world? After issuing the document of A Common Word between Us and You (acw) in 2007, Muslims should read the Qur’an in a different and fresh way. In this article I use a novel specially developed System Approach in my reading of the Qur’an as a new type of reading, which refrains from the abrogation / nasikh mansukh type of reading. In this process I discern two groups within the Qur’anic verses that provide information about the relationship between Muslims and Christians. Each of them consists of cluster of various verses. The System Approach emphasizes the need of having an intensive, comprehensive and deep dialogue and interconnectedness between the verses of the Qur’an that are scattered over these two groups. Nowadays Muslims need ‘a shifting paradigm’ type of the way they read the Qur’an. Without this Muslims will suffer from a lack of unified information from the Qur’an which gives them a comprehensive and inclusive meaning. Both Muslims and Christians are required to read and to think in a fresh way so that they are able to establish good neighbourly relationships in all areas of the world.
