This study aimed to evaluate the effect of relaxation music therapy (RMT) to reduce academic anxiety before carrying out the final academic exam. The type of this research is Pre-Experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 51 final year students preparing for their final academic examinations at Universitas Jambi, using purposive sampling. The instrument used was an anxiety scale. Data analysis used nonparametric statistical techniques using the Wilcoxon Signed-Ranks Test and the Rasch Model. The results show that there is an effect of RMT to reduce academic anxiety of final year students at Universitas Jambi. Furthermore, the ability of students to respond to the pretest was still in anxious condition which resulted in the results of the pretest being still moderate (mean measure = 0.04 logit). In contrast, when RMT has been given treatment, the student's ability to respond to the posttest has become low (mean measure = -0.49 logit). These findings could be used by counselors to reduce academic anxiety of final year students at the University and the implications of guidance and counseling are discussed further.

This study aims to analyze family resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic is a worldwide health problem at this time, including Indonesia, with a massive spread. Various issues arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic in economic, social, cultural, educational, and social welfare. This research was conducted on the people who lived in the COVID-19 red zone at Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) area, with a total sample of 311 people. This study's data are political data collected using the Family Resilience instrument distributed using the Google Form application and data analysis using the Rasch Model and SPSS. Based on the research, it was found that the level of family resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic was in a suitable category. Therefore, it is necessary to increase parents' understanding in maintaining harmony and stability in the family conditions.

This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs, namely there are still students who differentiate themselves based on the groups they associate with at school, causing some students to get into problems. This type of research is a comparative descriptive which aims to describe the differences in conformity based on the gender of the students. The population in this study were students of SMK class XI. The sampling technique in this research is to use random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model and a questionnaire containing statements related to student conformity. Test the validity of the instrument using the Rasch Model. The data analysis technique used the Independent Sample t-Test. The results of the study found that there were differences in conformity between male and female students.

Student satisfaction at a university could predict the continuity of the university. Therefore understanding and improving student satisfaction needs to be done. This study provides an alternative model of student satisfaction instruments at private universities. The research methodology consists of a series of literature reviews, interviews, expert validation and testing the validity of the instrument using the Rasch model. The respondents of this study were 543 students from 6 faculties in a private university. Research findings include: (1) student satisfaction instrument models; (2) items that are difficult to approve; and (3) items perceived differently based on respondents' demographics. This research has implications for the management of private universities to improve some domains of student satisfaction.

Islamic religion and character education is education that provides knowledge and shapes the attitudes, personality, and skills of students in practicing Islamic teachings. To test and assess students' understanding of Islamic religion and character education subjects, a test is held. This study aims to describe the characteristics of the final semester examination on Islamic religion and character education based subject on item response theory. This research was explorative descriptive research. The research subjects were class X students in State Vocational High School 1 Depok taken the final semester examination on subjects of Islamic religion and character education. The object of the research was the question device and all student answer sheets. Data analysis used the Rasch model with Program R in describing good grain characteristics based on the level of difficulty. The results of the analysis showed that from the level of difficulty, there were 26 items from 50 items that must be revised. So, tests of Islamic religion character education need to be evaluated to get a test that meets the requirements and can measure students' abilities.

Since COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia, mental health experts have also investigated the increase in psychological problems, one of which is anxiety. The fear of being infected or unknowingly infecting other people is a major source of anxiety during COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the differences in early adult anxiety during COVID-19 in terms of gender. This study is a comparative study at the early adult development stage in Indonesia, obtained through random sampling. The sample of this study was 206 people (male = 66; female = 140). The analysis technique used is the Welch Test on the Rasch model with the help of WINSTEPS Version 3.73. The analysis showed that there was no difference in anxiety during COVID-19 between male and female early adulthood. This condition is caused by early adulthood male and female depending on the internet and smartphones to find information when quarantining at home, increasing feelings of anxiety about being infected with COVID-19. The implementation of guidance and counseling is discussed further

This study analyzes pair programming's acceptance and assessment in the university setting considering participants' gender, previous programming ex-perience, and programming enjoyment. The sample included 80 students from three different sections enrolled in a basic programming course. We used a questionnaire to collect data after the pair programming practices. For data analysis, we used SPSS 24, and Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, and Jonckheere-Terpstra statistical techniques. Descriptive and comparative re-sults showed a significant increasing monotonic trend in the acceptance of pair programming as students' preference toward programming increased (standardized statistic = 3.20, p = 0.00, Kendall's τb = 0.30, p = 0.001). Also, pair programming was positively accepted and assessed even by students who reported a low level of programming enjoyment. There were no other statistically significant results.

AbstractResults are presented of the user evaluation of an integrated medical workstation for support of clinical research. Twenty-seven users were recruited from medical and scientific staff of the University Hospital Dijkzigt, the Faculty of Medicine of the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and from other Dutch medical institutions; and all were given a written, self-contained tutorial. Subsequently, an experiment was done in which six clinical data analysis problems had to be solved and an evaluation form was filled out. The aim of this user evaluation was to obtain insight in the benefits of integration for support of clinical data analysis for clinicians and biomedical researchers. The problems were divided into two sets, with gradually more complex problems. In the first set users were guided in a stepwise fashion to solve the problems. In the second set each stepwise problem had an open counterpart. During the evaluation, the workstation continuously recorded the user’s actions. From these results significant differences became apparent between clinicians and non-clinicians for the correctness (means 54% and 81%, respectively, p = 0.04), completeness (means 64% and 88%, respectively, p = 0.01), and number of problems solved (means 67% and 90%, respectively, p = 0.02). These differences were absent for the stepwise problems. Physicians tend to skip more problems than biomedical researchers. No statistically significant differences were found between users with and without clinical data analysis experience, for correctness (means 74% and 72%, respectively, p = 0.95), and completeness (means 82% and 79%, respectively, p = 0.40). It appeared that various clinical research problems can be solved easily with support of the workstation; the results of this experiment can be used as guidance for the development of the successor of this prototype workstation and serve as a reference for the assessment of next versions.
