The first stage in learning according to the standard process is learning planningthat is realized by the preparation of the Implementation Lesson Plan. In theframework of implementing the 2013 curriculum, teachers must prepare lessonplans by adjusting some components to the curriculum documents. There are some teachers who are confused when they have to formulate lesson plans because the subjects taught are different from their educational background, it has an impact on the failure of the learning process and also inhibits the improvement of the quality of the school itself. The problem solving that is applied in this research is to provide continuous guidance to the teacher in creating lesson plans. This study uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The targets of this study are all teachers at SDN 10 Nanga Tayap. The data obtained in the form of observations of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that the ability of teachers in arranging lesson plans has increased from cycle I to cycle II, that is, cycle I in the range of 109, with quite good categories, and in the second cycle in the range of 152 with very good categories. The conclusion from this study is that the method of sustainable guidance can positively influence the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans at SDN 10 Nanga Tayap.

Beberapa faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu tersebut di antaranya adalah penerapan budaya sekolah yang positif dan berkesinambungan. Budaya sekolah yang positif tentunya harus dipertahankan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua warga sekolah tanpa terkecuali dan tidak merasa terpaksa. Dalam menerapkan budaya sekolah perlu sikap kesadaran dari semua warga sekolah secara bersama-sama. Salah satu budaya sekolah yang harus dipertahankan adalah kedisiplinan, kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar. Untuk  meningkatkan  disiplin  para  guru  dapat  diupayakan  melalui  bermacam-macam cara. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini, dicobakan tindakan berupa penerapan Reward and Punishment bagi para guru di SMA Swasta Manarul Islam, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, karena dari hasil penelitian dan analisa data, ternyata pada siklus kedua, kedisiplinan guru, dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar meningkat dan memenuhi indikator yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran di kelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan Reward and Punishment kepada guru.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Guru, Reward and Punishment. Abstract: The objective of this study was to improve teacher’s discipline in teaching attendance in class through the application of reward and punishment at the Manarul Islam Private High School, Aceh Tamiang Regency, as an effort to improve the quality of learning in school. Some important factors in improving the quality was the implementation of a positive and sustainable school’s culture. A positive school’s culture must be maintained and implemented by all school members without exception and do not feel forced. In implementing school’s culture, it is necessary to have an attitude of awareness from all school members. One of the school’s cultures that must be maintained is discipline that was teachers’ discipline in class attendance in the teaching and learning process. To improve the discipline of teachers, it can be acted in various ways. In this School Action Research, tried to study by applying Reward and Punishment for teachers at Manarul Islam Private High School, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, the results of research and data analysis, it turned out in the second cycle, teacher’s discipline, in class attendance in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 80%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher’s discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.Keywords: Teacher Discipline, Reward and Punishment

Improving the quality of learning in schools is very dependent on several factors. Very important factors include the application of school culture towards improving quality. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school residents without feeling compelled. One of the culture of schools that must be maintained is the problem of discipline, including the discipline of the teachers in attending class in the teaching and learning process. In this School Action Research (PTS), an attempt was made in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SDI Wolowona 1, Ende Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turns out that in the second cycle, teacher discipline in class attendance at the teaching and learning process increased and met the indicators set by 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher discipline in class attendance at teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.

As a figure who is always modeled after his behavior, the timely attendance of teachers in class is a clear example of discipline that will be seen and even emulated by students. This study aims to describe the improvement of teacher discipline in teaching presence in the classroom through the application of Reward and Punishment. This research is a case study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were educators in SMPN 1 Pelepat Ilir. The method used in this study is the School Action Research (PTS) method. The results achieved from this study are that the application of Reward and Punishment is effective for increasing the discipline of teacher presence in class in teaching and learning activities.

In this School Action Research (SAR), the action was taken in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers in SMP Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. The study was conducted in two cycles, because of the results of research and data analysis, in the second cycle, teacher discipline in in the class in the teaching and learning process increases and fulfills the indicators that have been set at 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that increasing teacher discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.

Tujuan penelitian, diantaranya menguraikan bagaimana pelaksanaan standar proses, menganalisis seberapa tingkat kesenjangannya dan merancang bagaimana solusi permasalahan terkait kesenjangan pelaksanan standar proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Aspek dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) perencanaan pembelajaran; (b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (c) penilaian hasil belajar; (d) pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulaan data, yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria tidak senjang, artinya pada kegiatan perencanaan tidak banyak guru yang mengabaikan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Permendikbud No. 65 tahun 2013. Hasil analisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria cukup senjang, artinya standar proses yang ditetapkan belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan penilaian masih diperoleh hasil cukup senjang, artinya masih terdapat ketentuan yang belum diterapkan. Hasil analisis pada komponen pengawasan memberikan kesimpulan jika masih terdapat kepala sekolah yang tidak menjalankan fungsinya sebagai pengawas internal.Therefore, the aims of study are to investigate the implementation of the standard process, analyze the discrepancy rate and design the solution toward the issue of discrepancy. This research uses the quantitative descriptive approach. There are several aspects investigated; (a) lesson plan, (b) learning process, (c) evaluation of learning result, and (d) headmasters control. To collect the data, the methods of observation, interview, and documentation are used. The result is explained in form of criteria. It is no discrepancy for lesson plans, means that most of the lesson plans are in accord with the Basic Principles issued by Ministry of Education and Culture Number 65 in 2013. The learning process has a quite discrepancy rate, means the standard process is incompletely applied; so does the evaluation which ignores several principles to apply. It is also noted that some headmasters ignore their function as an internal supervisor. To sum up, the discrepancy issue needs further concrete solution.

Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups.Keywords: Learning, discussion AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang baik dapat menciptakan situasi yang mmemungkinkan anak belajar, sehingga merupakan titik awal keberhasilan pengajaran. Rendahnya mutu pendidikan tergantung pada pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar yang dapat diartikan kurang efektifnya proses belajar mengajar, penyebabnya: (1) Rendahnya aktifitas belajar,  (2) Sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Kasus pada SMP Negeri % Kota Solok rendahnya aktifitas belajar siswa diduga berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan pengamatanpada  kelas VIII A yang termasuk kelas unggul belum mencapai ketuntasan yang di inginkan, sedangkan kelas yang paling sedikit ketuntasannya adalah kelas VIII B yaitu sebanyak 33,33 % dengan kriterian KKM 65. Melihat kenyataan tersebut, guru dituntut untuk dapat memotivasi siswa dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa. Karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa, penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui metode diskusi dalam kelompok kecil. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran, diskusi

The purpose of this study is to improve students' interest in English vocabulary through picture media in TK Nur Assalam. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The participants of this research were 6 students. The results obtained from efforts to the improving students interest in English vocabulary using the picture media involving active learners in the learning process. The role of picture media in learning activities is very important for children, especially in the next education level. Teaching and learning activities in early childhood will quickly develop if parents and teachers intensive to develop it. There are several attempts to create a sense of pleasure in early childhood by using picture media in the learning process. From the result of research indicate that when pre-action take result (15%). In cycle I, it increased to (55%) sufficient criteria. In cycle II, it increased again to (85%) good criteria. So, the increase that occurred from the pre-action to the cycle I that is (40%). The increase from cycle I to cycle II that is (30%). And increase from pre-action to cycle II that is (70%). From the research results obtained, then to the improving students interest in English vocabulary can be improved by using picture media in the learning process.Keywords : Students’ Interest, Vocabulary and Picture Media

In general, the term learning is understood as the teacher's conscious effort to help students so that they can learn according to their interests and needs. The more aware and professional a teacher is in educating, the better the quality of students and vice versa. Another term that is combined with learning in this article is theory. In a general sense, the method is often associated with a set of concepts, ideas, and procedures that can be learned, analyzed, and verified. So, learning theory is a collection of thoughts, ideas, systems in which how to practice the learning process between teacher and student and other elements related to learning activities. Learning theory itself can be interpreted as a theory that contains procedures for how a teacher applies teaching and learning activities, which will later be used to students both inside and outside the classroom.

The low of student’s achievements were indicated because the students were not active and the teacher’s lack of skill. This condition needs a further research in order to improve the student’s achievement through cooperative learning type SAVI in impulse and momentum subject. The specific purposes of this research are to describe: 1) teacher’s skill, 2) the student’s achievements; 3) the students’ participation in the classroom; and 4) the students’ responses. These research were classroom action research that consists of 3 cycles. The instruments were used Lesson Plan, Worksheet, Evaluation Sheet, affective scoring sheet, teacher’s skill and student’s participation observation sheet, and the students’ response observation sheet. The data were acquired by the observation results, questionnaire, and documentation. The results of this research were: 1) The teacher’s skill was improved from 99.21% to 96% and 99.28%; 2) the students’ achievements including cognitive and affective aspects were improved from 81.46% to 88.1%, and 90.96%; 3) The participation of students in teaching and learning process were also increased from 63.67% to 84.43%, and 85.5% in cycle III, 4) the students’ responses during teaching and learning process were very good. According to the results, it can be concluded that the achievements of XI IPA-1 students of SMA Negeri 1 Jorong in learning impulse and momentum were improved after the treatment of cooperative learning model type SAVI.

Abstract This research is intended to see students’ creativity level on microteaching subject of Islamic Education Major Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers’ Training of IAIN Surakarta in 2015. This research was descriptive. The 6th semester students of Islamic Education Major Program were the participants of this research in micro teaching class. Interview and document were used as the instruments with the microteaching lecturer as the informant. Interactive analysis was applied for data analysis. The results show that the quality of students’ creativity in developing lesson plan as follows: (1)The lesson plan (RPP) developed before teaching improves learning quality (2)the interactive activities mentioned in the lesson plan (RPP) contain the learning strategies and facilities encouraging teaching and learning process (3)learning goals were achieved during the teaching and learning process. (4)the learning techniques is associated with the component of instructional system (5)teaching media was used to conduct conducive learning situation (6)some contents emphasized in the lesson plan (RPP) were suitable with the instructions existed in course book and curriculum (7)some specific activities done by the students in the learning process are their ways to master the materials they taught (8)The learning focus is emphasized on PAIKEM (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning) and on evaluation to check the result, process, and comprehensible instruction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreatifitas siswa pada pembelajaran micro teaching pada jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Surakarta tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa mata kuliah micro teaching semester VI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumen yang mana dosen mata kuliah tersebut menjadi informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreatifitas para siswa pada matakuliah micro teaching sebagai berikut: 1)Pembuatan RPP dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. 2)kegiatan interaktif yang tertera dalam RPP berisi langkah-langkah strategi pembelajaran interaktif dan fasilitas yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar; 3)tujuan didapatkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. 4)teknik pembelajaran dilakukan dan disesuaikan dengan kandungan dari sistem instruksional. 5)penggunaan media ajar kondusif. 6)penekanan yang dipaparkan dalam RPP disesuaikan dnegan instruksi yang ada dalam buku dan kurikulum. 7)hal-hal spesifik yang dilakukan para mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan strategi untuk menguasai materi yang akan diajarkan. 8)fokus dalam pembelajaran ditekankan pada PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil, proses, dan instruksi yang komprehensif.
