Complex training is an exercise method that combines plyometrics with strength training. This exercise is an exercise used to increase muscle power. This study aims to determine the effect of training of complex training methods towards leg muscle power and arm muscle power for adolescent volleyball athletes. The method used in this study is an experiment with a control group pretest - post test design. Subjects in this study are 23 adolescent volleyball athletes (14-17 years old) with 12 males and 11 females, who are divided into two groups of experimental groups (n = 12) and control groups (n = 11) with randomized matched pair design based on the ranking of the vertical jump ability. Instrument used in this study is vertical jump test (leg power) and the medicine ball throw test (arm power). The data analysis technique uses the paired t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results show that training using a complex training method provides a good benefit in improving leg and arm muscle power. Therefore, this method is appropriate for used by adolescent volleyball athletes that have had experience of weight training in improving muscle power towards adolescent volleyball athletes

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) adakah pengaruh latihan Box jump terhadap vertical jump atlet putra Ganevo usia 14-17 tahun, 2) adakah pengaruh latihan standing jump terhadap vertical jump atlet putra Ganevo usia 14-17 tahun, 3) jenis latihan yang lebih efektif terhadap vertical jump atlet putra Ganevo usia 14-17 tahun. Penelitian ini adalah experiment dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “two groups pretest-posttest design”. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini tes vertical jump dengan reliabilitas 0,99 dan validitas 0,989. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Atlet Klub Bola Voli Ganevo Usia 14 – 17 Tahun yang berjumlah 24 Atlet. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 5 %. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) ada pengaruh latihan plyometric box jump terhadap vertical jump atlet bola voli putra Ganevo Usia 14-17 tahun, dengan t hitung (8,660) > t table (2,201), dan nilai Signifikansi (0,000) < dari (0,05), (2) ada pengaruh latihan plyometric standing jump terhadap vertical jump atlet bola voli putra Ganevo Usia 14-17 tahun, dengan t hitung (3,522) > t table (2,201), dan nilai Signifikansi (0,005) < dari (0,05), (3) latihan plyometric standing jump lebih baik untuk meningkatkan vertical jump atlet bola voli Ganevo putra Usia 14-17 tahun, dengan t hitung (2,133) > t table (1,720), dan nilai Signifikansi (0,026) < dari (0,05). Selisih posstest sebesar 1,75 cm. EFFECT OF PLYOMETRIC BOX JUMP AND PLYOMETRIC STANDING JUMP TOWARD VERTICAL JUMP ABILITY IN VOLLEY BALL CLUB ATHLETES AbstractThis study aims to determine: 1) is there any influence of Box jump training on vertical jumps of Ganevo male athletes aged 14-17 years, 2) is there any influence of standing jump exercises on vertical jumps of Ganevo male athletes aged 14-17 years, 3) is there any types of exercises give effective effect toward vertical jump of male athlete Ganevo aged 14-17 years. This research is an experiment study using two groups pretest-posttest design. The instrument in this study was a vertical jump test with a reliability of 0.99 and a validity of 0.989. Subjects in this study were Ganevo Volleyball Club Athletes Aged 14-17 Years, 24 Athletes in total as subjects. Data analysis techniques used the t test with a significance level of 5%.The results of the study concluded: (1) there was an effect of plyometric box jump training on the vertical jump of male volleyball athlete Ganevo Age 14-17 years, with t count (8,660)> t table (2,201), and the Significance value (0,000) < of (0 , 05), (2) there is the influence of plyometric standing jump training on the vertical jump of male volleyball athlete Ganevo Age 14-17 years, with t arithmetic (3,522) > t table (2,201), and the Significance value (0.005) < of (0 , 05), (3) plyometric standing jump training is better to increase vertical jump for volleyball athletes of Ganevo men aged 14-17 years, with t arithmetic (2,133)> t table (1,720), and significance value (0.026) <of ( 0.05). Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 36 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 12 orang diberikan pelatihan alternate leg bound, 12 orang diberikan pelatihan knee tuck jump, dan 12 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya Ledak diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0.Hasil analisis menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variable daya ledak. Pada kelompok alternate leg bound terjadi peningkatan, pada kelompok knee tuck jump meningkat dan pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat peningkatan daya ledak Hasil uji one way anova variable daya ledak antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 58,920 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan alternate leg bound dan knee tuck jump. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan knee tuck jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. This type of research is use quasi-experiment with “the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. The subject of this research is student participant of volley ball extracurricular SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja as much 36 people, and then divided into 3 groups with ordinal pairing technique that is 12 people given alternate leg bound, 12 people given knee tuck jump training, and 12 people control groups. Explosive power is measured by vertical jump test. Data was analyzed by F test ( one way anova) with significance level (α)= 0,05, through SPSS 16.0. Analysis result indicate a change in the average value of the variable explosive power. In alternate lef bound groups there is increased, in knee tuck jump groups increase and contril goups there is not increased explosive power. The result of one way anova test, explosive power variables between the treatment groups and control group gained f count 58,920 and significance 0.000 that mean contained different effect between alternate leg bound training and knee tuck jump. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan otot punggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen sungguhan dengan rancangan the randomized conrol group pretest posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk variabel kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan menggunakan tes push-up 60 detik sedangkan variabel kekuatan otot punggung diukur dengan instrumen tes back and leg dynamometer. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil; (1) variabel kekuatan otot lengan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. (2) variabel kekuatan otot punggung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,010. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung” diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan bagi guru olahraga, pelatih, pembina serta atlet untuk menggunakan pelatihan medicine ball sit-up throw sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot punggung.Kata Kunci : medicine ball sit-up throw, kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot punggung This study aims to determine the effect of medicine ball sit-up throw training to arm muscle power and back muscle power. The research is quasi-experimentally in which the randomized pre-test post-test control group design. Sample were male students SMP N 4 Singaraja numbered 44 people. The instrument used for research testing arm muscle power is push-up 60 second while the instrument to test the back muscle power is back and leg dynamometer. Furthermore the data were analyzed by independent t-test at a significance level of less (α) of 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of independent t-test showed; (1) variable arm muscle power with significance value 0,000, (2) variable back muscle power with significance value 0,010. The significance value calculated is less than the value of α (0,05), so the hypothesis research ”medicine ball sit-up throw effect on arm muscle power and back muscle power” accepted. It can be concluded that the training medicine ball sit-up throw significant effect on the increase in arm muscle power and back muscle power on male students SMP N 4 Singaraja in the academic year of 2015/2016. For sports teachers, trainers, coaches and athletes are advised to use alternate training as medicine ball sit-up throw alternative way to increase arm muscle power and back muscle power.keyword : medicine ball sit-up throw, arm muscle power, back muscle power.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Banjar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 berjumlah 32 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan 16 orang diberikan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji-t Independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah terjadi peningkatan sebesar 9,75, pada kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terjadi peningkatan sebesar 15,88. Hasil uji-t Independent variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir didapat nilai thitung sebesar 2,789 dan signifikasi 0,009 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data Post-test nilai rata-rata kelompok perlakuan, maka kelompok pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 15,88. Dari hasil analisis data dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan sprint 50 meter pada media tanah dan sprint 50 meter pada media pasir terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. The results of data analysis showed a change in mean values on explosive muscle power variables. In the sprint treatment group 50 meters on the soil media an increase of 9,75, in the sprint treatment group 50 meters on the sand media increased by 15,88. The result of t-test of Independent variable of explosive muscle limb between sprint treatment group 50 meter on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media obtained tcount value 2,789 and significance 0,009 which means there is a difference of effect between 50 meter sprint exercise on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media to explosive power of leg muscle. Based on the result of data analysis Post-test average value of treatment group, The 50 meter sprint training group on the sand media is better than the 50 meter sprint training on the soil media against an increase in explosive muscle power of the legs of 15,88. From the results of data analysis in the discussion concluded that : (1) 50 meter sprint training on soil media and 50 meter sprint on sand media affect the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. (2) there is a difference of influence between 50 meter sprint training on soil media and sprint 50 meter on sand media to increase power of explosion of leg muscle. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putri peserta ektrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo berjumlah 45 orang. Data dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan power otot tungkai sebesar 27,4 pada kelompok perlakuan double leg speed hop sebesar 11,6 dan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,33. Hasil uji one way anova variabel power otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 22,325 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan quick leap dan double leg speed hop berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh signifikan antara pelatihan quick leapp dan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan quick leap lebih baik dari pada double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Saran; (1) bagi pelatih disarankan dapat menggunakan pelatihan ini dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai. (2) bagi atlet perlu memperhatikan set dan repetisi yang tepat karena setiap individu memiliki kemampuan berbeda. (3) bagi peneliti yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis disarankan menggunakan variabel dan sampel penelitian berbeda. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leap quick and double leg speed hop research to increase leg muscle power. The design of this study is the non-randomized control group pretest post-test design. The subjects were female students who join volleyball extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mendoyo amounted to 45 students. Data were analyzed by F (one way anova) test at significance level (a) = 0.05 with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of data analysis in the quick leap treatment group, an increase on lamb muscle power of 27.4, in the treatment group double leg speed hop of 11.6 and in the control group of 0.33. One way anova variable of limb muscle power variable between treatment group and control group was obtained Fcount 22.225 and significance 0.000, which means difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward leg muscle power. It was concluded that; (1) the influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training significantly influenced the increase of leg muscle power, (2) there is significant difference of influence between quick leap and double leg speed hop training toward increasing leg muscle power, (3) quick leap training more Both on double leg speed hop against increased leg muscle power. Suggestion: (1) for trainers it is advisable to use this training in improving leg muscle power, (2) for athletes need to care for cells and proper repetition because each individual has different capabilities, (3) for researchers who want to do similar research is suggested using variables and Different research samples. keyword : Key Words: quick leap, double leg speed hop, explosive muscle limb power.

Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Data post-test kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t independent didapatkan hasil : (1) untuk variabel kelincahan, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = -2,948 , dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009, (2) untuk variabel power, hasil perbandingan kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol didapatkan nilai thitung = 3,176, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05), dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMPN 2 Pekutatan” diterima. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan (2) Pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ektrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 Pekutatan. The type of research was a quasi-experimental and the design of research was the non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects were man’s student football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan. Agility and muscle power of legs posttest to the treatment group and the control group were analyzed by independent t-test at significance 0,05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on independent t-test results were showed : (1) to the agility variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = -2,948, with a significance value of 0,009, (2) to muscle power of legs variable, the comparison of the treatment and the control group values obtained t = 3,176, with a significance value of 0,005. Calculated significance value smaller than the value of 0,05 (Sig < 0.05), thus the research hypothesis "three corner drill training affect the increased agility and muscle power of legs in football extracurricular participants of SMPN 2 Pekutatan " was received. Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is a global health problem, Indonesia had the second rank of the case in the world after India which is the fourth cause of death. Giving vitamin D together with anti-tuberculosis drugs can increase healing proses because vitamin D (anti-microbial immunomodulators) kills Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Objectives: This study aims to measure the effect of giving anti-tuberculosis drugs with vitamin D on changes in AFB in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: This study was used a quasi-experiment design, pre-test and post-test control group was doing at 25th March – 25th July 2019. This research has been conducted in Pidie Regency. The intervention group (17 samples with tuberculosis drugs) was given Softgels vitamin D 5000 IU for 4 months, while the control group was only anti-tuberculosis drug therapy. The data were analyzed statistically using the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests at a significance level of 95%.Results: Before the intervention, the BTA status of both the intervention and control group was similar (p= 0.061). After the intervention, there was a decrease in AFB interactions (p= 0.000). There was a decrease in the contribution of AFB in the control group before with after intervention (p= 0.000). There are those who support (p= 0.033) giving vitamin D the acceleration of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. Conclusion: It is better to administer vitamin D to the successful treatment of pulmonary TB in patients undergoing anti-tuberculosis drug therapy.

The objective of this research was to analyze whether flexibility training can improve agility, speed, and power performance, during physical education classes or not. This is a quantitative, descriptive and field research, with 5th grade students duly enrolled at Prof.ª Hilda Romazini Melo School, União da Vitória- PR, in the year 2018. In order to perform the study, the students were divided into two different samples, sample A for the experimental group, which did flexibility training for 8 weeks, and sample B, control group, both of them did the pre and post test of the physical capacities. In order to collect data, pre and post-tests were performed for each physical capacities analyzed: square agility test, to measure agility, Wells Bank to measure flexibility, 20-meter test to measure speed and Long Jump test to check power. Furthermore, it was observed that the training improved besides the flexibility, the power of the students in 100%. Nevertheless, it was possible to realize that the training helped the students to keep the speed and it is not possible to say whether the training benefits the agility of students or not. Thus, the research leaves the suggestion of giving sequence to its elaboration, since this subject, has extreme relevance and should gain prominence in Physical Education and related areas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis antara gaint-score kelompok pelatihan 30 second box drill, 60 second box drill dan kelompok kontrol pada variable daya ledak otot tungkai, hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 30 second box drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan 0,000 (SigKata Kunci : pelatihan 30 second box drill, pelatihan 60 seond box drill, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aimed to know the effect of 30 second box drill training and 60 second box drill training toward the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. This study is quasi experiment research with thenon-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjects of this study were 30 people. The explosive power of leg muscle was measured by vertical jump test and analyzed by independent t-test, one lane anava test and test of least significant difference (LSD) in the significant standard (α) 0,05 by using SPSS 16,0.
