This study is motivated the identification of policies issued by the regional Governmentof Rokan Hulu in the form of Regulatory region number 1 by 2015 on the determination of thevillage and Indigenous Village. Political dynamics based on various interests against themanufacture of, and decision-making in the process of formation of the corresponding localregulations determination of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is impacted to a verysignificantamount of changes from the initial draft of the number i.e. 21 (twenty one) the villagebecame Customary 89 (eighty-nine) the Indigenous Villages who have passed. Type of thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The research aims to describe theState of the real situation in a systematic and accurate fact analysis unit or related research, aswell as observations of the field based on the data (information). Method of data collectionwas done with interviews, documentation, and observations through fieldwork (field research).The results of the research on the process of discussion of the draft local regulations andmutual agreement about Designation of Indigenous Villages in the Rokan Hulu is, showed thatthe political dynamics that occur due to the presence of various political interests, rejectionorally by Villagers who were judged to have met the requirements of Draft Regulations to beformulated and the area for the set to be Indigenous Villages, and also there is a desire fromsome villages in the yet to Draft local regulations in order to set the Indigenous village , there isa wide range of interests of these aspects influenced the agreement to assign the entire localVillage which is in the Rokan Hulu become Indigenous village, and the village of Transmigrationinto administrative Villages where the initiator of the changes in the number of IndigenousVillages in the Rokan Hulu it is the desire of the local Government of its own.

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. The implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang has not been carried out optimally because the socialization carried out does not cover all BPJS Employment stakeholders and socialization media that are underutilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive Research. Determination of Informants in this study was carried out with Snowball Sampling Techniques. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview and Documentation, with Model Data Analysis Techniques of Miles and Huberman. The findings in this study indicate that (1) the socialization of the labor social security program is not carried out directly to workers; (2) the lack of awareness of employers registering workers in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang program; (3) the media for socialization of the labor social security program has not been used optimally.Keyword: Public Relations, Socialization, Employment Social Security

This study aims to describe the implementation of the elderly family development program in Mulung Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation.The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method which involved the midwife in charge at the Puskesmas, implementing nurses, village officials, cadres, and the community. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the communication of the elderly family development program runs in accordance with the policies that have been determined by the PP and PA KB Office in collaboration with the Driyorejo Health Center to implement the program in each village. By using Edward III's theory which focuses on the communication dimension consisting of transmission, regular socialization needs to be improved so that the public can know the existence of the program, clarity of understanding can be accepted by policy implementers and consistency is proven by setting an examination schedule so that the health of the elderly can run well

This study aims to analyze; 1) simultaneously, and analyze the partial effect of the use of production factors labor, work experience and capital for various products of the bamboo weaved craft industry, 2) to investigate the economies of scale and 3) analyze the efficiency of production factors in the bamboo weaved handicraft industry in Kecamatan Susut, Kabupaten Bangli. The type of data in this study is quantitative and qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 peoples, a sample of 1277 craftsmen and calculated using the Slovin's formula. The determination of the sample size in each village was determined by the disproportional stratified random sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis techniques of Cobb-Douglass, economies of scale, and economic efficiency. The results showed that the variable labor (X1), work experience (X2), and capital (X3) simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant impact on the amount of production (Y) to the bamboo weaved craft industry in Susut District, Bangli Regency. Economies of scale test in a state of increasing return to scale, but partially still in a decreasing return to scale condition. The efficiency of the use of production factors has not been efficient.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict
