This paper discusses the role of mereotopology and SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) to represent joint topology. Within the physical structure of engineered products, joints are inevitable because of the limitations of component geometries and the required engineering properties. While joints themselves may have similar geometrical configurations, the physical implications of the selected joining processes vary significantly. Mereotopology provides a formal region-based theory for parts and associated concepts. The mereotopologically defined joints topologies are implemented in SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Languages) to overcome the lack of universality of semantic definitions. The paper also presents the conversion rules to translate the mereotopological joint definitions to SWRL rules. These rules can be reasoned for software agents to understand the different joint topologies. This contribution is illustrated by using a real fixture assembly. Also, the remaining challenges to realize a semantic assembly joint design environment are discussed in this paper.

Empowerment have keeping the River Health  by using the Float Trash Can in Tanjung Seteko Village Indralaya sub distric Ogany Ilir Regency.  Provide alternative solutions that could be applied in order to overcome the bad habits people taking out the trash into the river. Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the river tributaries in the village of Tanjung Seteko Indralaya District . This activities are expected to provide tangible benefits to the target audience , as: 1 ) . Society has a floating trash . 2 ) . Society will be protected from various diseases caused by waste dumped into the river . The Community Service activities consciousness will arise to always maintain the cleanliness of the river , Trash Floating  is one of the main of the solution in addressing the problems of waste in the water , floating trash can is a design environment technology in the form of floating garbage which is applied through simple methods and technologies to optimize the role of communities around the river in South Indralaya to get used to dispose of waste in place and eliminate bad habits not to throw garbage into the river.

Cacao is an annual plant that plants in tropics and sensitive to the lack of water. This thing indicates the important role of media usage that can absorb and restrain in a large amount of water and also mycorrhizae role that can restrain the necessary of the plant water and increase the seedling's prosperity to stand in the water condition of the low ground. This objective of this experiment purposed to determine the watering interval, concentration of mycorrhizae, and the best growing media for cocoa seedlings. Experiments were carried out in the Kassa house Tobacco Deli and Cane Research Institute Medan, Province of North Sumatera, from July 2016 until October 2016. The design environment that was used in this study was Randomized Block Design with the factorial pattern. The first factor was the watering interval with three levels of watering interval: once of every 1, 3, and 5 days. The second factor was the inoculation of mycorrhizae consists of three levels: without inoculation of mycorrhizae, mycorrhizae inoculant 50 gr/plant and 100 gr/plant. The third factor was the growing media with four levels of growing media: soil, soil + fiber, soil + TKKS, and soil + sludge. Giving the watering interval once every 3 days and application of mycorrhizae with 100 gr/plant concentration on growing media of soil + fiber is the best treatment for the growth of cocoa seedlings.
