With the development of communication technology and embedded technology, mobile intelligent terminals (mobile GIS) have become the key research direction of monitoring systems. In view of this, the study first constructed the structure frame of the agricultural monitoring system and the system mobile database, and designed the monitoring system terminal, combined with the .Net Compact Framework platform to implement the system functions, and finally the monitoring system based on GPS and GIS. The function of the system was tested. The results show that the system design of this study combines user needs’ analysis, system framework and functional module division. The system design function realizes the function of creating a database, the entry and collection of attribute data and graphic data; and the editing and browsing of map data and management functions; it realizes the processing of data and the output of results, and displays in the form of graphs or reports; it realizes the functional modules of the monitoring system. It is hoped that this research can provide a certain reference and reference for the application of mobile intelligent terminals in our country's agriculture.

Perusahaan ini perlu mengelola data pegawai tetapi belum mempunyai sistem informasi khusus untuk mengelola data pegawai tersebut agar memudahkan dalam pengelolaan data, pengontrolan serta meningkatkan pekerjaan Human Resource Development, Pimpinan dan Pegawai. Teknologi pemrograman dan database sebagai media penyimpanan diyakini sampai saat ini masih sangat berguna dalam membantu menklasifikasikan data informasi. Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waterfall. Metode ini terdiri dari requirement gathering, analysis, system design, implementation, testing, dan maintenance. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah System Operating 10 Pro 64 Bit, Notepad++. Sedangkan, database yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan data adalah Xampp. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi kepegawaian. Sistem ini meliputi daftar pegawai, daftar SK kerja, daftar prestasi, daftar hukuman, surat kontrak, surat keterangan, surat perintah dan surat peringatan, dan lain-lain. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan Human Resource Development dalam pencarian dan pengelolaan data kepegawaian pada PT. Semacom Integrated.

Abstract — Security and confidentiality of a file are important aspects because the owner of the file does not want the data to be known by irresponsible parties. To keep the file secret and secure there are techniques called cryptographic algorithms and steganographic algorithms. Cryptographic algorithms are a way to change the contents of the file to be incomprehensible, while steganographic algorithms are a way of inserting files that you want to keep secret with other file types such as images, sounds, or videos. One type of cryptography is Caesar Cipher and steganography is Least Significant Bit (LSB). Caesar Cipher is a way of securing and keeping the contents of a file secret by shifting letters, while the Least Significant Bit (LSB) is a method of insertion by replacing the rightmost or backmost bits. This research uses waterfall software development with the stages consist of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The program code is written in Java language and uses the Netbeans 8.2 application. The result of the research is that with 10 research materials, 5 document files (* .doc) and 5 image files (* .png), only 2 files of each research material can be processed by this software. The tests carried out included testing the functions and steganographic criteria such as Fidelity, Recoverable, and Robustness.   Keywords — Algorithm, Caesar Cipher; Least Significant Bit (LSB); Netbeans;

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Therefore it is necessary to do research to design a population information system application. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to the community in managing urban village documents, as well as providing efficient public services. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design. Humans and technology are two things that can not be separated. The rate of population growth, which is growing rapidly, proportional to the needs of people in many ways. Socio-Technical System is expected to assist and facilitate human in performing the collection and storage of data. Socio-Technical System can be applied by taking into account various aspects ranging from social, psychological, computer science, and technical. Methods of Socio-Technical implementation consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. In the testing phase, it should be noted the social and psychological aspects of the user.
