Study on grain potential productivity is important for a country to crop production planing,population controling,natural resources utilization and environmental protection.This article has defined the food production potential connotation, advanced the food production potential adva -ce in technology driving influence prediction theory. Has established the overall modelling method, series forecast techniques and so on partition modelling method tendency. Proposed the prediction theory and establishes the system forecast technique may take our country food production potential and even the estimation rationale and the method foundation, and may apply other similar system's predict that its application prospect is very widespread.

The central role of quality agri-food production in the promotion of a given territory is actually widely recognized by both the economic and marketing literature and the stakeholders involved in the enhancement process of rural systems. On this basis, this work analyzes one of the finest Italian agri-food products: the truffle. This work tries to point out the main problems characterizing the current regulatory framework, the trade and the production of the Italian truffle sector, emphasizing their causes, consequences and possible solutions.
