Under the influence of China's education reform, the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education has become a new training model for more colleges and universities to cultivate talents, in order to respond to the increasingly severe employment situation in the society, and to train talents in all aspects. For all colleges and universities, cultivating students' independent entrepreneurship ability and doing a good job in innovation and entrepreneurship training and education can provide more development directions for college students and make them take independent entrepreneurship as a goal of subsequent development. This article first analyzes the current situation of the combination of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and then explores the method of organic combinationthe of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Using aheutagogy approach in pensioner entrepreneurship is urgent when retirees with entrepreneurial capabilities are low and faced with post-power syndrome. This research aims to find an effective training model for pre-retirees and test the heutagogy model as a training management approach so that they can maintain their sustainability as entrepreneurs. The research, which usesa design-based research (DBR) method, has developed a stronger relationship between educational research and heutagogy application practices in training management for retirees so that they can continuously apply entrepreneurship practices and for used in guiding their lives,in addition to avoiding post-power syndrome, mean that is a psychiatric condition that is generally experienced by people who lose power or position followed by declining self-esteem and characterized by a person's lack of success in adjusting to his new condition.The results of the research show that the heutagogy management model has provided operational guidance for training managers in heutagogy management to develop pensioner entrepreneurship training. The conclusion is that heutagogy management can be used as an approach in pensioner training to improve their entrepreneurship sustainabilityby way of involving and empowering their abilities.

The research objective is to find out The Model of Entrepreneurship Training, Mentoring and Bookkeeping Fostering for furniture craftsmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality, Indonesia. With purposive technique, there was research sample of 100 furniture craftmen in Pasuruan regency and municipality; the data collection method applied questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The procedure of model development used Borg and Gall (1983) as following: Research and collection of information, Planning, Initial Product Development (models draft), Initial Tests, Products Revision, Limited Field Trials, Product Revision, Field Trials, Revision of the Final Product, Model Implementation. Data analysis technique applied descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research is a model of entrepreneurship training, mentoring and bookkeeping fostering for furniture craftsmen, which are arranged in the form of textbooks, containin guidelines for training, mentoring and bookkeeping simple guidelines for furniture craftsmen.

The purpose of this study was to provide an entrepreneurship training model based onthe local culture to empower the rural poor. The goalwas achieved through research and development approach. The results showthat the entrepreneurship training model with an eco-cultural aspect for empowerment of the rural-poorareas should focus on theshaping ofthe public mindset from that of workers to job creators. The substance ofthe material should berelated to ecosystem and cultural elements of the local environment. The images and symbols related to Sundanese’s culture were used as media for learning. The curriculum, teaching materials, strategies and the media for training were developed inthis studybased on the theoretical  studies and consultation with experts for the empirical effectiveness of empowering the rural poor.

Abstrak: Model Diklat Kewirausahaan bagi Remaja Putus Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan: (1) model diklat kewirausahaan bagi Remaja Putus Sekolah (RPS) di Propinsi DIY, (2) modul-modul diklat kewirausahaan berdasarkan hasil uji coba, dan (3) hasil pelaksanaan diklat kewirausahaan. Pendekatan kualitatif-interaktif dan penelitian&pengembangan digunakan pada penelitian ini. RPS dipilih secara kuota dan purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat pemerintah dan 30 RPS. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan: (1) model pendidikan kewirausahaan meliputi sistem, struktur program diklat, komposisi antara teori dengan praktik, modul diklat, kriteria peserta, pelatih, metode, dan evaluasi diklat, (2) modul-modul ternyata layak digunakan untuk pendidikan kewirausahaan guna mengurangi kemiskinan dan pengangguran, dan (3) diklat kewirausaahaan terlaksana dengan sukses. Kata Kunci: model pendidikan, kewirausahaan, kemiskinan, pengangguran Abstract: A Model of the Entrepreneurship Training for Drop-out Teenagers. This study was aimed to reveal: (1) a model of an entrepreneurship training for drop-out teenagers in Yogyakarta province; (2) modules of the entrepreneurship training based on the results of the try-out; and (3) the results of the training implementation. The qualitative-interactive and research and development approach was used in this study. Thirty drop-out teenagers and government excutiveswere selected purposively for in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using the descriptive and qualitative technique. The findings indicated that: (1) a model of an entrepreneurship training included the system, program structure, integration between theories and practices, modules, participant criteria, trainers, methods, and evaluation; (2) the modules were appropriate to be used in the training; and (3) the training was implemented successfully. Training Entrepreneurship is one of the efforts to streamline the purpose of supporting entrepreneurship education in universities. This study aims to develop and produce a model of entrepreneurship training of "Smart Entrepreneur Model" (SEM) developed by using Four D's approach. The design development of the SEM Model Training Model was using ADDIE Instructional Design. Results of the research on the stages of needs analysis showed that students have a very high requirement for learning entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial planning, and business management, as well as a high need for a training online business based. Rationalization development carried out was a matter of lack of funded proposals by Ditjen which were only 21.42% of the submitted proposals which met the criteria set forth. Then, from 81 funded business proposals, it was only 30.86% that run caused by weak of business management committed by participants of Students Entrepreneurial Program (PMW). In the development of SEM Training Model, the design is Needs Analysis stage and skills gap analysis. Stages of the design were based on objectives, performance, goals of activities, methods, place and time, content, and syntax. Developed Syntax of SEM consisted of 8 steps of training activities where Syntac of SEM training Model consisted of the 8-step training process. They are Preparation Participants Training, Psychometric Test, Identification Results of Psychometric Tests, Analysis of Business, Management Mentoring, Mentoring Online Business, Business progress report, Evaluation of training implementation.

This research aimed to describe the needs analysis of production-based entrepreneurship training models in higher education. This research method was development research with a quantitative descriptive approach. This paper was limited to the definition stage, which is to obtain information on the analysis of production-based entrepreneurship training needs seen from entrepreneurship learning. The research used a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 110 students who took entrepreneurship courses, with sampling using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of the needs analysis and research description found that the level of need for production-based entrepreneurship training was categorized at a fairly good level, which was seen from the aspect of entrepreneurship training itself, which contained elements of learning and teaching. Needs analysis is an important research activity to obtain in-depth information as a basis for carrying out subsequent activities.
