This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on brand image and customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Giant Citra Raya Tangerang. The population of this study is Giant Citra Raya customers which averages 2,070,823 / 12/30 = 5752 per day. The sample in this research using Slovin formula is 152 customers. Quantitative analysis method using path analysis, followed by determination analysis (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent. Before further analyzed first tested the instrument and test the classical assumption. Analytical tool using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The result of the research shows that product quality and service quality are partially and simultaneously have positive and significant effect on brand image and customer satisfaction, and brand image has influence to customer satisfaction at Giant Citra Raya Tangerang.

This study aims to determine how much influence work culture and leadership partially and simultaneously on the work discipline of employees at the Gorontalo City Education Office. The sampling method used in this study is the census method, namely the number of samples in the study is less than 100. The main point is through a list of statements  that are tested through validity and reliability tests. The analysis method used is the path analysis method. The first test results show that the variables of work culture (X1) and leadership (X2) have a simultaneous effect on employee work discipline. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that work culture (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The third test results indicate that the leadership variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

This study aims to compare the leverage and managerial ownership of earningsmanagement with agency cost as an intervening variable. This study took apopulation of several companies listed on IDX and the number of samples in thisstudy were 16 companies, the sample technique used was purposive sampling.The data analysis method used is the path analysis. The results of this studyafter testing the first stage showed simultaneously that leverage and managerialownership affect agency cost and testing the second stage of leverage, managerialownership and agency cost affect earnings management. Partially through the ttest, in the first stage of testing that leverage affects agency cost and managerialownership does not affect agency cost. The second stage of testing that leveragedoes not affect earnings management, managerial ownership does not affectearnings management and agency costs affect earnings management.

The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to determine how big the impact of physical fitness on student achievement Materials and methods. The method in this research is a path analysis method with a correlational test technique. Correlational refers to taking the rsquare hypothesis, which is how big the impact of the correlation between physical fitness and student learning achievement is and this study uses the SPSS Version 25 application. Results.The results found that the level of the variable physical fitness on learning achievement with r = 0.708 with rsquare = 0.501 Coefficients sig value . 0.000. It turns out that the value of sig. 0.000 is less than the probability value of 0.00 or the value of 0.05>0.000. Conclusions.  Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the path analysis coefficient is significant. This study proves that there is a direct impact of physical fitness on student achievement.
