This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and product quality through purchase intention on customer satisfaction of Bohemianproject.id products. The research conducted in Bandung on SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) named Bohemianproject.id. Research data is primary data from questionnaires and secondary data. The sampling method used was probability sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 customers who had purchased Bohemian project. id’s products. The analytical method used is the path analysis method. The results showed that promotion, product quality through purchase intention are having a significant influence on product customer satisfaction from Bohemianproject.id. In-depth research in other business fields can be done to ensure other variables that affect customer satisfaction, this can help SMEs to make strategies and reduce failure to build a business.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

The image of the Yamaha Mio brand is one of the most important factors because the citramerk is very important to sell to prospective consumers, given the competition in the motorcycle business today can be categorized as a battle for the formation and maintenance of product images in the eyes of consumers. The purpose of this research in this thesis is to determine the extent of the influence of citramerk on YamahaMio's furniture decisions in CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought or used YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange, amounting to 290 people / month. The number of respondents to be sampled is 75 people. The results showed that the independent variables influenced furniture decisions. This is indicated by the results of partial testing of the calculated t value of the citramerk variable (X) of 11.284 greater than the t table of 1.982. Adjust R Square of 0.636 which means that the variable citramer has the ability to explain the YamahaMio purchase decision on the CV. The Kabanjahe Yamaha Motor Exchange was 63.6% while the remaining 46.4% was by other factors not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that citramerk influences the purchase decision of YamahaMio on CV. Kabanjahe Yamaha Motorcycle Exchange.

The phenomenon happening nowadays is that, colleges become commodities needed by society in order to improve people’s lives. A quality college is literally seen by the public from its facilities and infrastructures as well as by the satisfaction of the students at that college or university. So the purpose of this study is to observe the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Extension Program Faculty of Economics, University of Jambi, either simultaneously or partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires disseminated to 100 students which were selected as research sample. The method used is descriptive method of verification, while the research tool used is path analysis. The result of this research shows that there is significant effect of service quality on student satisfaction both simultaneously (by 54.2%) and partially. The partial effect on reliability is 19.98%, responsiveness is 23.25%, physical evidence is 25.34%, empathy is 21.57%, and assurance is 18.10%.

This study aims to determine and explain: the description of the role of leadership styles at University of Sumatera Utara through motivating the application of Kaizen culture to employee performance. The type of research used in this research is an explanatory research using quantitative methods. The variables in this study are: leadership style and improvement culture as independent variables, work motivation as the mediating variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research uses primary data in the form of responses to the questionnaire, as well as secondary data obtained through documents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results of path analysis show that: leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Kaizen cultural variables have a positive and significant impact on motivation, and motivation variables have significant effects on employee performance. Influence; the leadership style variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation; the improvement of culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through motivation. The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and service quality on customers loyalty. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, Tbk through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality no significant and service quality significant influenced the customers loyalty. The conclution of this study is that service quality was dominant than the product quality in influencing customers loyalty

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

  Bali is an island where tourism plays a dominant role in its economy, so its potential needs to be further developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tourist visits, number of hotels, and hotel occupancy rates on total employment and welfare of the people in Bali. The data used is secondary data published by Bali Provincial Tourism Office and the Bali Province Central Statistics Agency from 2000-2019. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that the number of tourist visits has a positive and significant effect on total employment, the number of hotels has a negative and insignificant effect on total employment, while the hotel occupancy rate has a positive and insignificant effect on total employment. In addition, the number of tourist visits has a negative and insignificant effect on welfare, the number of hotels and the total employment have a positive and significant effect on welfare, while the hotel occupancy rate has a negative and significant effect on the welfare of the community.  Labor absorption is not a mediating variable between tourist visits and occupancy rate on welfare.
