Reputation is an important factor in maintaining a company's success. Having a good reputation means that the company will get many benefits, one of them is consuments loyalty. The existence of Public Relations is the spearhead to maintain the reputation, image, and public trust that will have a positive effect on the company's sustainability. The purpose of this research is to know the efforts of DX Entertainment Public Relations in Maintaining JKT48 Reputation. The theory used in this research is communication theory, public relations, and reputation. The research method uses qualitative with case studies. Data collection methods are obtained through interviews, participant observation , library research, and online data search. Research results show that DX Entertainment applied nine reputation management and public relations have significant influence on JKT48's reputation.Reputasi merupakan faktor penting dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan. Memiliki reputasi yang baik akan mendapatkan lebih banyak keuntungan salah satunya loyalitas konsumen. Adanya Public Relations menjadi ujung tombak untuk menjaga reputasi, image, dan kepercayaan publik yang akan memberikan efek positif bagi kelanjutan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui upaya Public Relations DX Entertainment Dalam Mempertahankan Reputasi Grup Musik JKT48.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, public relations dan reputasi.Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan studi kasus.Metode pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui hasil wawancara, observasi partisipan, studi pustaka, dan penelusuran data online.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa DX Entertainment mengangkat sembilan manajemen reputasi dan public relations memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap reputasi JKT48.

The aims of this study are to evaluate the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan, to analyze the implications of the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 on tax revenue and compliance of SME taxpayers, and to find out the challenges and obstacles in implementing regulations at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan. The research method used are the qualitative method of library research and field research in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the research are based on observation, interviewing informants and evaluating the implementing regulations, PP No. 23 of 2018 has been implemented properly. PP No. 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on the revenue and number of SME taxpayers who make tax payments, but it has not made a positive contribution to the compliance of SME taxpayers in reporting annual tax return. This is known through the percentage of SME taxpayers’s annual tax return reporting compared to the number of SME taxpayers registered in Banjarmasin less than 20%. The challenge in implementing this PP is in providing education and awareness of taxpayers who are still low. The perceived obstacles are that taxpayers are not familiar with technology, dependence of taxpayers on officers, and double taxation.

The research aims to examine the effect of exchange rates on stock returns through profitability. The study was conducted on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange which numbered 49 companies. Samples were determined by a purposive sampling method totaling 7 companies that were studied for 3 years of observation using quarterly reports, so there are 84 observation datas. Data collection methods and data analysis techniques used are non-participant observation methods and path analysis. The results showed that the exchange rate had a significant negative effect on stock returns and profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns, and exchange rates have indirect influence on stock returns through profitability. This study discusses political parties reviewing strategies in gaining mass support, the strategy carried out by political parties is to achieve predetermined goals which in this case are referred to as the vision and mission of political parties using techniques, tricks, methods and implementation of tasks by utilizing party structure, so that the work program is in accordance with the wishes of the community. Meanwhile, to uncover the strategy of political parties in gaining mass support, a library research method or approach is used. Literature study or literature can be interpreted as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. Research results show that strategy of political parties in gaining the support of the masses is always trying to fix the party from the party's internal and external parties, so that the party can provide a better change for the community through political party programs and through power struggles in general elections.Penelitian ini membahas tentang partai politik tinjauan strategi dalam meraih dukungan massa, strategi yang dilakukan partai politik ialah untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya yang dalam hal ini disebut sebagai dengan visi dan misi partai politik dengan menggunakan teknik, trik, cara maupun pelaksanaan tugas dengan memamfaatkan struktur partai, sehingga program kerja sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat. Sedangkan untuk mengungkap strategi partai politik dalam meraih dukungan massa digunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan, Studi pustaka atau kepustakaan dapat diartikan sebagai serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi partai politik dalam meraih dukungan massa adalah selalu berusaha membenahi partai dari internal partai maupun ekternal partai, sehingga partai bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik bagi masyarakat melalui program partai politik maupun melalui perebutan kekuasaan dalam pemilihan umum.

The purpose of this study is to find out how parents play in training the speech of deaf children. The research method used is qualitative with library research, namely a series of studies related to library data collection methods, or research objects whose research objects are excavated through various library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). The results showed that parents have tried to train their children by getting used to talking continuously during learning from home using props and motivating the child to learn. Parents and teachers work together and consult on how to practice speech. The development of sound and rhythm perception communication is a program that is carried out to train the ability of deaf children. But at the time of the covid-19 pandemic parents became special companions as well as teachers while at home to train their children to speak the language daily in addition to being helped through listening aids guided by their teachers.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of using storytelling technique in enhancing students’ critical thinking (HOTS) and English speaking skill in language learning. This study was designed by using library research method. This method is known as a method for collect data from various sources such as journal articles and books to write papers. The data was collected from several related literature reviews and which was qualitatively described. The finding showed that storytelling is to the use of storytelling shows that storytelling give positive effect on students’ in enhancing students’ speaking skills and make them think critically (HOTS). Therefore storytelling technique can be an effective’s solution for teacher in enhancing students’ critical thinking (HOTS) and their speaking skill in language learning.

In the counseling activities certainly, counselors must be able to understand the counselee, one of them is through the cultural background so that the counseling which is conducted can proceed well and smoothly without misconception between the two, the difference in this cultural background influential towards counseling service capabilities and obtained the purpose of that counseling. The purpose of this journal is so that the counselor could be understood the differences between counseling culture in Indonesia with others and be able to implement and develop it into the counseling process. The writing method used in this article is descriptive research method, which is a method used in examining the status of a group of people, an object, a condition, a system of thought or an event in the present with the aim of making a description also data collection methods through library research. The result of this study indicates that comprehension of the counselor regarding cross-cultural counseling is very important, because the process of the counseling may involve counselors who have different cultural background, therefore very prone to occurrence culture to the counselor which resulted in counseling not going well.

To maximize the welfare of stakeholders, can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase that, because of less conscientious in applying factors influencing the value of enterprise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and the size of the company in the pharmaceutical sector enterprise value on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study is pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016 which amounted to 10 companies. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the samples obtained are 8 companies. Data collection methods used is non-participant observation. Sources of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis shows leverage significant negative effect, and the size of the company and significant positive effect on the value of the company. While Twitter has grown popular among political leaders as a means of computer-mediated mass media communication alternative, the COVID-19 pandemic required new strategies for socio-political communication to handle such a crisis. Using the case of India, which was one of the worst-hit countries and is also the world’s largest democracy, this research explicates how political leaders responded to the COVID-19 crisis on Twitter during the first wave as it was the first time such a crisis occurred. Theoretical frameworks of discursive leadership and situational crisis communication theory have been used to analyze interactions based on the usage patterns, the content of communication, the extent of usage in relation to the severity of the crisis, and the possible role of leaders’ position along with the status of their political party. The sample consisted of tweets posted by six prominent political leaders in India across the four consecutive lockdown periods from 25th March to 31st May 2020. A total of 4,158 tweets were scrapped and after filtering for retweets, the final dataset consisted of 2,809 original tweets. Exploratory data analysis, sentiment analysis, and content analysis were conducted. It was found that the tweets had an overall positive sentiment, an important crisis management strategy. Four main themes emerged: crisis management information, strengthening followers’ resilience and trust, reputation management, and leaders’ proactiveness. By focusing on such discursive aspects of crisis management, the study comprehensively highlights how political interactions on twitter integrated with politics and governance to handle COVID-19 in India. The study has implications for the fields of digital media interaction, political communication, public relations, and crisis leadership.

One of the functions of Public Relations is to establish harmonious relationships, both internal and external. Internal relationships in the form between the company and employees or employees and employees. Employee relations (internal relations) is an internal relationship maintained by the company so that employees feel comfortable, cared for by the company so that in the end it will generate a sense of loyalty towards the company itself. One of the employee relations methods used by PT. Pelita Air Service is through training and development in the form of overseas schools. To analyze the data, this research uses the case study method (single instrumental case study) by conducting in-depth interviews, observation, library research and online data search. Therefore this research is expected to be a reference in building employee loyalty through training programs. The results of this study indicate that PT. Pelita Air Service has conducted training programs and provided official ties as employee relations and has generated a high level of loyalty towards its employees.Salah satu fungsi Public Relations adalah untuk menjalin hubungan yang harmonis, baik internal atau pun eksternal. Hubungan internal berupa antara perusahaan dengan karyawan ataupun karyawan dengan karyawan. Employee relations (hubungan karyawan) merupakan hubungan internal yang di jaga oleh perusahaan hal ini agar karyawan merasa nyaman, diperhatikan oleh perusahaan hingga pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan rasa loyalitas terhadap perusahaan itu sendiri. Salah  satu cara employee relations yang di gunakan oleh PT. Pelita Air Service adalah dengan training (pelatihan)  dan pengembangan berupa sekolah ke luar negeri. Untuk menganalisa data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (single instrumental case study) dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran data online. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi acuan dalam membangun rasa loyalitas karyawan melalui program training. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pelita Air Service sudah melakukan program training training dan memberikan ikatan dinas sebagai employee relations dan menghasilkan rasa loyalitas cukup tinggi terhadap karyawannya.

This study is entitled moderating public relations between sales promotion and purchasing decisions on XX ready food in 2020; this research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. A sample of 90 respondents who are consumers of fast food, data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the SEM model analysis of the SmartPls analysis tool. The results showed that sales promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and public relations quasi moderates between sales promotion and purchasing decisions.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul public relations memoderasi antara promosi penjualan dan keputusan pembelian makanan siap saji XX tahun 2020; Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 90 responden yang merupakan konsumen fast food, metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model SEM dengan alat analisis SmartPls. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan hubungan masyarakat quasi moderat antara promosi penjualan dan keputusan pembelian.
