Comparative Description

The purpose of the article is to develop a comparative description of order fulfillment models by logistics operators, analysis of the estimated average transit time in the Asia - Europe direction. The main approach for studying this problem is a systematic approach that allows to identify technology elements of Ukrainian logistics operators based on electronic commerce and the use of rail transport in the Ukraine - Asia direction, and consider each element as a subsystem and identify bottlenecks. The article presents the technology to organize the work of Ukrainian logistics operators in the needs of the current market, which includes components of automation, artificial intelligence, warehousing and shipping directly to customers by 3PL operators. The materials in the article are of practical value for the professional and productive training of logistics operators, employees of transport companies, for research and teaching staff, in order to improve their professional skills.

The present work seeks to show the use of artificial intelligence as an option within electronic commerce, this in order to contribute to the growth and promotion of sales of small and medium enterprises. The application of artificial intelligence in the economic sector is very broad, so this time is intervened with a proposal aimed at this sector. Through the present development, a mobile application was designed, where it is proposed to apply the use of Machine Learning or automatic learning through patterns, to implement an application capable of recognizing images and text provided by users to link them directly with small and medium companies, which will offer their services and products through it, allowing them to compete on a par with large companies that have the economic solvency to develop their own applications individually. The process for the development of the application was the Scrum methodology, since derived from the nature of the project, it was required to make constant changes in the development of the product, by the Sprint.

Software agents help automate a variety of tasks including those involved in buying and selling products over the Internet. This paper surveys several of these agent-mediated electronic commerce systems by describing their roles in the context of a Consumer Buying Behavior (CBB) model. The CBB model we present augments traditional marketing models with concepts from Software Agents research to accommodate electronic markets. We then discuss the variety of Artificial Intelligence techniques that support agent mediation and conclude with future directions of agent-mediated electronic commerce research.

The article focuses on the analysis of the innovative component of the Chinese initiative “One Belt, One Road” and its positioning as a “Digital Silk Road”. The Chinese initiative “One Belt, One Road” as its practical implementation demonstrates its new features and peculiarities. The article analyses the practice of introducing new technologies into production in Chinese enterprises, as well as interaction with Russian and Kazakhstan companies. The article is based on the problem-factual principle of presentation of the material using the method of factor analysis of information obtained in the course of economic and statistical data collection and processing. The primary sources used in the present article are mainly the original works of Chinese authors, as well as publications in Russian scientific journals and the media. Electronic commerce, as well as several new technologies used on the routes of the new silk road like the Internet, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, are becoming a basis of new Silk Road. The transition to the digitalisation of the new Silk Road is determined by the significant achievements of China in the development of electronic commerce, artificial intelligence, FinTech. The concept of digitalisation includes the main imperatives of the “Fourth industrial revolution”, which are beginning to be introduced along the routes of the economic belt of the Silk Road.
