LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in English; abstract also in Chinese.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the 5-minute run test and the incremental treadmill run test in assessing aerobic capacity. Twenty subjects participated in this study. The maximum oxygen uptake was estimated by the 5-minute run test and directly measured by the incremental treadmill run test. Correlations were computed by the SPSS Pearson procedures. Linear regression analysis was utilized to predict the 5-minute run test scores based upon the incremental treadmill run test results in determining maximum oxygen uptake. Significant relationship was found between two tests in assessing maximum oxygen uptake. Simple linear regression showed that running velocity in 5-minute run was a significant predictor for maximum oxygen uptake measured in the incremental treadmill run test. To conclude, the 5-minute run test was valuable to predict maximum oxygen uptake.本文旨在探討兩種評估有氧能力的測試：「五分鐘跑測試」和「遞增負荷跑台測試」之關係。是次研究共有二十位受試者參與，在實驗室進行遞增負荷跑台運動測量其標準的最大攝氧量，用「五分鐘跑測試」來推測和評估其最大攝氧量，所得的資料以相關和直線回歸法分析，從而探求「五分鐘跑測試」和「遞增負荷跑台測試」之關係。研究結果顯示兩種評估有氧能力的測試有密切的關係；此外，研究員利用五分鐘平均跑速推算出最大攝氧量的回歸方程。

ABSTRACTThis study is descriptive analitik, aims to describe the relationship of perceptions about the physiotherapy profession with the motivation to learn students of the Academy of Physiotherapy UKI. Data collection through questionnaires to students of Physiotherapy Academy UKI level 1, 2, and 3 with a sample of 53 students, then give a score of each statement of questionnaire.The result of correlation analysis shows that p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho is accepted, so there is no significant relationship between the two variables. To measure the closeness and intensity of the relationship between the two variables, test of correlation coefficient and simple linear regression. The result of correlation coefficient test (r) obtained by -0,077, lies below the value of -0.30 (very weak) thus can be said there is no relation between perception about physiotherapy profession with motivation learn student Akfis UKI. Result of linear regression analysis obtained equation: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. This means that every 1 point decrease of perception value will influence motivation value equal to 0,088 times.Keywords: Perception, motivation, physiotherapy profession, and learning achievement. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitik, bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan persepsi tentang profesi fisioterapi dengan motivasi belajar siswa Akademi Fisioterapi UKI. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada siswa Fisioterapi Academy UKI tingkat 1, 2, dan 3 dengan sampel sebanyak 53 siswa, kemudian memberikan skor masing-masing kuesioner pernyataan. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa p = 0,584> α (0,05) ho diterima, sehingga tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Untuk mengukur kedekatan dan intensitas hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut, uji koefisien korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi (r) diperoleh sebesar -0,077, berada di bawah nilai -0,30 (sangat lemah) sehingga dapat dikatakan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi tentang profesi fisioterapi dengan motivasi belajar siswa Akfis UKI. Hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh persamaan: Y = 73,52 + (-0,088) X. Artinya setiap 1 titik penurunan nilai persepsi akan mempengaruhi nilai motivasi sebesar 0,088 kali.Kata kunci: Persepsi, motivasi, profesi fisioterapi, dan prestasi belajar.

This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion on the sales of Islamic insurance policies at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga RO Riau Agency Pekanbaru. This research was motivated by the development of Islamic insurance companies both in terms of assets and in terms of company contributions that have an impact on insurance policy sales. The formulation of the problem in this study was to determine the effect of the relationship promotion on insurance policy sales. This research used quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 49 respondents. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the tcount was 1.391 <t-table 2.016, so the promotion had no significant effect on the variable sales of the insurance policy of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga RO Riau Pekanbaru. The regression results showed that the promotion variable does not affect sales.

This research aims to know and analyze the effect of application of control valve Cooler 1 Based On atmega 2560 microcontroller for Moisture feed after mixing with bagging off at PT. JAPFA comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Padang. The type of research used is the study of surveys with the analysis of data used i.e. simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, testing of normality obtained the significance value of 0.200 with normal categories and R square test results worth 29.4%. The results of simple linear regression test partially with T test, Mempertlihatkan that the application of the control valve Cooler 1-Base atmega 2560 microcontroller system significantly affects the after-mixing Moisture feed with bagging off. The interpretation is that each temperature reduction of the resulting control valve cooler 1 Microcontroller-Based atmega 2560 in one unit affects the difference of moisture feed after mixing with a bagging off of 2.425.

This study explored the relationship between phonological awareness and reading fluency in students with dyslexia in grades 2 and 3. A related purpose was to examine the differences between males and females in their phonological awareness and reading fluency skills. The sample consisted of 41 students (21 boys and 20 girls), aged between 8 and 9 years. The study tools included the phonological awareness test and the reading fluency test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation (r = .44) between the male/female students’ scores on the test of phonological awareness and their reading fluency test scores. Simple linear regression analysis showed that students’ scores on the test of phonological awareness predicted their scores on the test of reading fluency (β = .44, p ˂ .003). The independent-samples t test showed no significant differences between dyslexic male and female students on the phonological awareness and reading fluency tests. The study recommended the necessity of conducting experimental studies to develop phonological awareness and reading fluency skills for students with dyslexia.

The Impact

This study aims to determine the influence of online transportation on employment opportunities and welfare in Medan City. The method used is a quantitative approach based on the path analysis with a simple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study showed that around 64,9% variables of online transportation explained by changes in variables of employment opportunities and welfare in in Medan City, while the test 35,1% is explained by other factors. About 33,4% of the variables of online transportation affected by employment opportunities and around 31.5% of the online transportation variables aff ected the welfare variable. The significance of the indirect test results indicates that there was an indirect effect of the variable online transportation on welfare through employment opportunities signifi cantly. The impact of this study is there is a significant influence on employment opportunities and community welfare in in Medan City with an Online Motorcycle taxi that can absorb labor and increase the income of UMKM through various services available in the online motorcycle taxi application.

This article aims to determine the effect on the economy of the furniture company in Gorontalo regency. To analyze this article, using a multiple linear regression method. Through multiple linear regression that capital factor (X1), technology (X2) and raw materials (X3) used furniture (X) together (simultaneously) very significant influence on the Economy particularly Income (Y). Statistics prove the suitability of this model F dual independent test: F2hit = 7.99> Fdaf = 2.89, the hypothesis H1 is accepted on the real level = 0.05 or 5% gave a very significant effect on test results. Double determination coefficient: R2 = 0.6820 or 68.20%. This means that 68.20 percent of the variation of income (Y) can be explained by the capital factor (X1), technology and raw materials (X3) together (simultaneously) used a furniture company (X). Separately simple linear regression analysis that capital factor (X1) used furniture (X) has a very significant influence on the Economy particularly Income (Y). This model is proven by independent testing F1 statistics: Fdaf = 0.30 > F1hit = 0.24 H1 hypothesis is accepted on a real level = 0.05 or 5% gave a very significant effect on test results. The field data show a furniture company in Luwoo village made to do a variety of production, using a workforce of 203 people or 8.90 percent. The average income ranges from 60.000 IDR  to 100,000 IDR  per day.

This study was aimed to find out the effect of price on purchase decisions smartphones. The number of samples is determined by a formula slovin is many as 111 students. Data obtained through field research, the researcher prepares a list of questions related to the problems that exist in the research. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis of a test of determination and partial test (t test) which is operated through the program SPSS version 20. The test results showed that the price of partial positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aimed at exploring whether e-commerce has an effect on consumer behavior in the perspective of Islamic economics in Islamic Economics students STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This research was motivated by the development of e-commerce as an online shopping application that has an impact on student consumer behavior. This study used a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 146 respondents. In the simple linear regression test, the equation Y = 16.444 + 0.787 was obtained. Then from the t-test results obtained tcount (9.927) <ttable (1.976), so e-commerce has a significant effect on consumer behavior in the Islamic economic perspective. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the value is 0.406 or 40.6%. This data stated that the effect of e-commerce on consumer behavior in the Islamic economic perspective was 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% was explained by other factors that were not observed in this study.

This study aims to determine the leadership and employee motivation on the taps Madiun and to determine whether there is influence on employee motivation leadership at Madiun taps. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression analysis correlation test load, f test and t test using SPSS for windows 16.0. The results showed that the leadership have influence at the same time a positive relationship to employee motivation at PDAM Madiun. This means that the value of fhit ≥ ftable (49.921 ≥ 3.37 or Sighit ≤ Sigtable (0,000 ≤ 0.05), or it can be concluded reject H0, meaning no overall effect between leadership on employee motivation in PDAM Madiun. In addition, reliability test results obtained from the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.859 and 0.944&gt; 0.70. This means that the data collected is reliable (trustworthy).
