This study aimed at exploring whether e-commerce has an effect on consumer behavior in the perspective of Islamic economics in Islamic Economics students STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This research was motivated by the development of e-commerce as an online shopping application that has an impact on student consumer behavior. This study used a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 146 respondents. In the simple linear regression test, the equation Y = 16.444 + 0.787 was obtained. Then from the t-test results obtained tcount (9.927) <ttable (1.976), so e-commerce has a significant effect on consumer behavior in the Islamic economic perspective. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the value is 0.406 or 40.6%. This data stated that the effect of e-commerce on consumer behavior in the Islamic economic perspective was 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% was explained by other factors that were not observed in this study.

This research aims to know and analyze the effect of application of control valve Cooler 1 Based On atmega 2560 microcontroller for Moisture feed after mixing with bagging off at PT. JAPFA comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Unit Padang. The type of research used is the study of surveys with the analysis of data used i.e. simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, testing of normality obtained the significance value of 0.200 with normal categories and R square test results worth 29.4%. The results of simple linear regression test partially with T test, Mempertlihatkan that the application of the control valve Cooler 1-Base atmega 2560 microcontroller system significantly affects the after-mixing Moisture feed with bagging off. The interpretation is that each temperature reduction of the resulting control valve cooler 1 Microcontroller-Based atmega 2560 in one unit affects the difference of moisture feed after mixing with a bagging off of 2.425.

High employee loyalty is a big goal for each company because of the increasing competition between companies. To overcome the decline in employee loyalty and retain existing employees, the company must create a comfortable work environment. In addition to a comfortable environment, organizations must also build a strong organizational culture. This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT. Tara Megah Muliatama or commonly known as Gemah Ripah Taxi. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how the organizational culture in the company, how the loyalty of employees, especially drivers, and how much influence the organizational culture has on employee loyalty at PT. Tara Megah Muliatama. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive type of research - causality. The sample of this study was taken randomly as many as 78 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The data collection needed in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 78 drivers of Gemah Ripah Taxi. The regression test results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, the R square value on the coefficient of determination shows that organizational culture on employee loyalty is 16%, the remaining 84% is influenced by other factors that are not addressed in this study.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial performance on profit growth at PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero) in Pangkep Regency. Data collection using secondary data using samples in this study is a saturated sample (census). The population in this study is the number of years of financial performance (ROA) and the number of years of profit growth at PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero) in Pangkep Regency, which is 36 months from 2015 - 2017, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 36 months (January 2015-December 2017). The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, t test and test coefficient of determination (R²) which processing was carried out with SPSS version 23. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on earnings growth.

The method of analysis used is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. Based on the results of research and data analysis on the effect of tax collection with a letter of force against tax revenue in the tax office Pratama Argamakmur can draw the conclusion of the results of simple correlation analysis, simple linear regression value Y=7.105.100,391+977.683,917X r value = 0,803 The coefficient of determination = 0.645 and the value of t arithmetic greater than t table is 5,714>1.725 it indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha received which means that there is influence of tax collection with the letter of force against the tax revenue.Key Words:  Tax collection and Tax Receipts

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study were four conventional banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri. The study was conducted from 2010 to 2019. The data collection method used the documentation method. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression, coefficientof determination and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the effect of CAR, LDR and OEOI on ROAat conventional state-owned banks results in regression test results: Y = 11.602 + 0.01X1 + 0.005 X2 - 0.108 X3. The coefficient of determination obtained by R square is 0.785. This means that X1 (CAR), X2 (LDR) and X3 (BOPO) have an effect on ROA (Y) by 78.5% while the rest (100% - 78.5% = 21.5%) are influenced by variables. others who were not examined in this study. The t test results show that there is a significant effect separately between CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000, because the significant value is less than 0.05, it means that CAR, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect together on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. The study aims to knowed influence of bank image and promotion on gamling gendis manis to farming dicision to saving in Lumajang Branch office of BRI. Either partially of simultaneously. This research is quantitative research to find the associative relationship that are causal or the research to ask the question the relations between two or more variable and cause effect relation. The study aims to find evidence of the influence of bank image and promotion on saving decisions of Lumajang Barnch Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia either partially or simultaneously. This study tested the hypothesis that there is a bank image effect on the saving decisions, there is promotion on saing decisions, and there is the influence of bank image and promotion to work simultaneously on the performance of employees at the National Narcotics Agency office Lumajang. The study, of 45 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis is the bank image there is an influence on saving decisions, there is work promotion on saving decisions, and there is the influence of bank image and promotion to work simultaneously on the decisions of saving at the Lumajang Barnch Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Simple linear regression function generated is Y= 4,096 + 0,345X1 + 0,183X2. The coefficient of determination showed that 53,5 of saving decisions can be explained by the bank image and promotion t, while the remaining 46,5% of saving decisions is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Tax is a matter that must be well understood by everyone. Because tax hold an important role in the economy of a country. State revenues from taxation were very helpful all existing development. This research is do in KPP Pratama Kotamobagu and on taxpayer in the region Amurang. The variables used in this study were twu variables, namely understanding the taxpayer on the Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013 (X) and income tax revenue article 21 (Y). Data collection method used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Technical analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis. From simple linear regression test result show that understanding the taxprayer on Government Regulation No. 46 of 2013 had a considerable influence on the acceptance of income tax on KPP Pratama Kotamobagu.

This research is based on the results of pre-research conducted by the writers after looking at “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank in Pekanbaru city which is an alternative solution in handling waste in Pekanbaru. Although it was only established in 2012, the “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank has been able to empower communities around to become more productive and earn income, especially for mothers. Therefore, the writers are interested in examining the influence of  roles of the “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank on employee welfare. The problem formulation of this study is how the “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank influences employee welfare and whether the role of the “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank on employee welfare is in accordance with the sharia  economic perspective. The research objective was to determine the influence of the role of the “Dalang Collection”  Garbage Bank on the welfare of employees and to know the extent of the influence of the role of the “Dalang Collection” Garbage Bank on employee welfare in accordance with the sharia economic perspective. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis is used where the calculation process uses SPSS for windows version 23.0. The sample of this study was 42 people. The results of this study note the role of “Dalang Collection” Garbage Bank on employee welfare has a very close relationship, this is known from the correlation coefficient of 90.1%. While the partial test results have a significant effect between the role of the ”Dalang Collection” Garbage Bank on employee welfare, it is known from the t-count (13.164) is greater than t-table (1.684). It means that partially it can be seen that the variable X (role) affects the variable Y (employee welfare). Employees of the “Dalang Collection” Garbage Bank have had moral welfare, spiritual welfare and social welfare while material welfare has not been fulfilled so that it cannot be said prosperous according to the sharia economic perception.

This study is to determine the effect of product quality partially on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of partial promotion on consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in Pamulang Subdistrict Area, to determine the effect of product quality and promotion together with consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Area, and to find out the company's efforts to improve consumer purchasing decisions on Pam Pam Fried Chicken in the Pamulang District Region .Quantitative associative research methods with a verification approach. The population in this study Pam-Pam Fried Chicken consumers amounted to 7,108 consumers in the District of Pamulang, while the sample taken was 100 respondents using the slovin formula, then a proportional random sampling was done because the research object contained 4 (four) branches. Collecting observational data, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test (product moment), determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t-test and f-test) . The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between product quality partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.65. The coefficient of determination is 0.6%, t count 2.719> t table 1.984. There is a positive and significant influence between promotion partially on purchasing decisions. It can be seen from the simple linear regression coefficient of 0.32. The coefficient value of determination is 0.2, t count 2.112> t table 1.984.

The research publication reporting system of the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer is an android-based system used by the STMIK Atma Luhur lecturer to report their research publications to the LPPM Research Section. To find out whether the system used is running well, an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation focuses on the value of Usability which consists of five categories as independent variables, namely Efficiency (X1); Learnability (X2); Satisfaction (X3); Errors (X4); and Memorability (X5). In addition, the dependent variable is Overall Impression Usability (Y). We used 37 lecturers as respondents. The test method used is a validation test consisting of a correlation test and a reliability test; simple linear regression analysis test, and the comparison of the Significance value with the Alpha value used is 0.05. The tests conducted using SPSS version 25. From the validity test conducted, taken from the value of Pearson Correlation and Corrected Item - Total Correlation values ​​that have values ​​above 0.05 and the results are that all variables have values ​​above 0.05. From the reliability testing, all questions proved to be reliable from one to another according to Cronbach’s Alpha values ​​above 0.60. From the simple linear regression test, the results show that the Efficiency (X1), Learnability (X2), Satisfaction (X3), and Memorability (X5) variables have a significant effect on Overall Impression (Y). In addition, the Errors (X4) variable does not have a significant effect on the Overall Impressions (Y) variable.
