Provision of learning experiences in Sports Physical and Health Education subjects is not solely from the normative delivery of material by the teacher, but also how students can make good use of the facilities and infrastructure they have to support the learning process and the athlete's training process. The smoothness of Physical and Physical Education learning can be measured one of them from the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Adequate facilities and infrastructure will reflect the quality of learning carried out, so that educational goals will be achieved properly. Conversely, inadequate facilities and infrastructure will have an impact on the low quality of education, even the curriculum cannot run well. The learning process of Physical Education Sports and Health absolutely requires facilities and infrastructure to achieve goals, because it places more emphasis on developing students' motor skills. A facility and infrastructure will be adequate if the quality is efficient and in terms of quantity sufficient to meet the needs of athletes in Bangkalan Regency.

Progress in information technology that is so fast is expected to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the world of information technology education can help and support the learning process. Especially now all the learning process activities can be done online. Progress in information technology must also be supported by quality human resources. In this case the teacher is very instrumental in the utilization of information technology in the world of education. Because the teacher is one of the education supervisors who will encourage the advancement of the quality of education in Indonesia. But in reality the quality of teachers in Indonesia is inadequate. There are still many teachers who cannot use information technology in learning especially for teachers who are senior or old. As teacher supervisors, they must improve the quality of their performance in using technology. To improve the ability of teachers to use technology, ongoing training is needed to use technology. The role of the head of the school as a supervisor is also needed, namely the principal is obliged to supervise, control, and approach the teacher in terms of the use of technology in the learning process.

The New Sociology of Childhood is a sub-discipline of Sociology (of Physical Education) that explores children’s and young people’s life in a holistically manner. Physical Education appears as a fundamental element for measuring quality of life. Thus, Physical Education can provide children and youth with positive socialization into healthy habits, relational patterns and better self-perception of welfare: they are not 'objects' of research, but they are active “subjects”. In this sense, this sub-discipline also analyses key elements of quality of life as well as it studies their relation with each other. Mixed methodology is a suitable methodology in different types of research about health, education and socio-cultural aspects. The outcomes show how Physical Education (through Mixed methodology: surveys, interviews, discussion groups, ethnography and action-research) can analyse children’s and youth’s indicators of quality of life, both in relation with each other and in intergenerational approaches, looking at the Present (children and young, "here and now") and at the Future (structural issues from socio-educational basis).
