The purpose of this study was to describe the forms of violations of the principle of cooperation by legislative officials and city level party leaders in West Sumatra on social media. This study used a qualitative-descriptive method. The data source in this study is in the form of speech in the Facebook status of officials and party leaders. The object of this research is the speech on Facebook of legislative and party leaders. Data collection was carried out by (1) printing screenings on Facebook of city-level legislative and party leaders in West Sumatra; (2) transcribing writings on facebook city level legislative and party figure officials in West Sumatra; (3) pay close attention to the writings on Facebook of city-level legislative and party figure officials in West Sumatra which are included in the section on language performance and politeness of communication; and (4) determine data included in the language performance section and politeness of written communication. Analyzing data is done with the aim of grouping data, analyzing data, and determining conclusions.Keywords: performance, facebook, linguistic, communication

This research aims to reveal the students’ understanding about niqab, to scrutinize other university members’ response, students’ who wear niqab resistance at  Islamic University in Kendari. This research uses qualitative descriptive method by phenomenon and living Quran approach to know students’ insight of niqob. The data collection uses documentation, interview and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, validation and taking conclusion using textual and contextual comprehension. The results show that: (1) 80% respondent students of IAIN Kendari who are wearing niqob know the dalil is from Q.S. Al Ahzab : 59 and Q.S. Annur : 31, nevertheless they did not understand the dalil deeply. 2 students consider that it is compulsory, and 8 students consider it as sunnah or optional. (2) university communities’ response to students’ who wear niqob, are first, it is allowed by some requirement; second, it is not permitted if resulting social anxiety, third, the students’ attitude to be more exclusive and introvert; forth, other community feel uncomfortable in communication; and fifth there should be specific regulation for niqob  wearer, (3) There are 4 types of students’ resistance, they are, opened resistance (social media exposing), alternative resistance (wearing masker), closed resistance (optional in wearing niqab, partially covered and uncovered), negotiated resistance (negotiating to rector).

One of the dynamics of language use that appears on social media today is the use of slang as a reflection of current language development. This phenomenon is interesting to discuss, especially regarding the purpose of using slang or why slang is widely used when using social media. The data source for this research is the verbal form contained in the author's personal social media such as WhatsApp, Twitter and Instagram, as well as YouTube social media. The documentation method is used in data collection with note-taking techniques, especially slang words. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the theory of Patridge (1950), which is about 15 purposes for using Slang. The results of the analysis show that slang is used for various purposes, especially as a funny ingredient, to look different and contemporary, to facilitate social relations, to reduce seriousness in conversations, to encourage deep intimacy. There are also other goals such as to present oneself, to avoid pleasantries, to show superiority, and also to do something secretive.

Tourism is one of the important sectors whose value and movement is to drive the people's economy and influence other sectors. However, in developing tourism it can have an impact on natural damage, so it needs to be defeated by the uniqueness and condition of the existing area. To develop the tourism that is owned, it needs to be done gradually and continuously so that this sector can move the entire community so that community participation can be realized in real terms. Therefore, this study aims to measure community wisdom in developing the tourism potential of Tebat Rasau in Lintang Village, East Belitung Regency. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection through interviews and field. The results showed that the community was able to encourage tourism development as evidenced by the development and infrastructure, the object of marketing tourism objects through social media and participation in training activities. The research results can be used as a driving force for tourism development in Lintang Village, East Belitung Regency.

This study aimed to describe the performance of communication effectiveness in terms of the use of the principle of cooperation in verbal communication by legislative officials and city level party leaders in West Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data of this study are utterances used by legislative officials and city level party leaders in West Sumatra. Data is collected in the following way, (1) downloading video recordings in the form of speeches or interviews from legislative officials and city-level party leaders in West Sumatra from Youtube social media, (2) transcribing video recordings of city-level legislative and party leaders in West Sumatra, (3) observing and analyzing all utterances which are included in language performance and communication politeness, (4) giving code to data which is included in language performance and communication politeness. After all the data is collected, the data is then analyzed by the following steps, (1) identifying data in the form of videos containing interviews and speeches, (2) data then entered into the performance format using the principle of cooperation, (3) data grouped and inserted into part of the principle of cooperation, (4) matching data and giving opinions on data on the principle of cooperation, (5) concluding data included in the principle of cooperation. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that Indonesian Language Performance in Terms of Use of the Principles of Cooperation in Oral Communication by Legislative Officials and Party Leaders The City level in West Sumatra is dominated by the conformity of the cooperative principle of 73%.Keywords: communication, politeness, legislative officials, Youtube

The purpose of this study was to describe the forms of errors in use (diction) of the choice of words by provincial legislative and party leaders in West Sumatra on social media. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this study is utterances written by legislative officials and party leaders on Facebook. The results showed 199 data / utterances were careful, in the use of word choice in terms of inaccuracy, inaccuracy, and discrepancies, found 13 speeches that did not follow the use of word choice in terms of discrepancies, 3 utterances that did not follow the use of word choice in terms of inaccuracies, and 2 utterances that do not follow the use of word choices in terms of non-conformityKeyword: word choice, legislative officers, facebook

This study aims to see how the strategy of the indozone.id visual team in designing infographics on Instagram social media. The research statement proposed is how the strategy of the indozone.id visual team in designing infographics on Instagram social media? In this study using a qualitative descriptive method based on the constructivist paradigm. The research subjects were the Visual Team, Editors, and Followers of the indozone Instagram account. With the data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation conducted through key-information and informants, this study uses the Media Ecology theory from MC. Luhan. In its implementation, online media owners produce various elements in the news they make. Online news agencies are always prone to convey unverified information to the wider community which results in misperception and misinterpretation of news that has facts. Therefore the focus of this research is the strategy of the indozone.id visual team in designing infographics on social media Instagram. The results of this study can be seen that the strategies implemented by indozone.id include making infographics easy to understand, interesting titles, looking for news to be used as infographics, obstacles when making infographics. Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk kesalahan berbahasa pada komentar di media sosial Twitter yang diunggah pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, klausa, dan kalimat yang terdapat dalam ruang percakapan milik @omarabdr_. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu status dan komentar pada media sosial Twitter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca dan catat. Analisis data menggunakan metode padan dengan teknik hubung-banding menyamakan (HBS) dan hubung-banding membedakan (HBB). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kesalahan berbahasa pada komentar di media sosial Twitter berupa (1) bidang kesalahan fonologi yang meliputi kesalahan huruf kapital berjumlah 10, kesalahan penggunaan fonem berjumlah 7, dan kesalahan penggunaan ejaan berjumlah 10; (2) bidang kesalahan morfologi yang meliputi kesalahan kata ulang berjumlah 8 dan penggunaan afiks berjumlah 3; (3) bidang kesalahan sosiolinguistik yang berupa campur kode dan alih kode berjumlah 10. Abstract: This article aims to identification the form of language errors in comments on Twitter as social media uploaded in 2021. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is in the form of word, phrases, clauses, and sentences contained in @omarabdr_’s conversation space. Sources of data used are status and comments on Twitter. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. Analysis of the data using the matching method with the comparison-matching technique and the comparison-differentiating technique.  The results of this research found that language errors in comments on Twitter, namely (1) phonological error fields which include 10 capital letter errors, 7 phoneme usage errors, and 10 spelling errors; (2) morphological errors which includes rephrasing errors totaling 8 and the use of affixes totaling 3; (3) sosiolinguistic errors in the form of code mixing and code switching are 10.

ABSTRAK   Home Industry “Zahelsaff Hijab & Fashion” merupakan usaha yang didirikan oleh mahasiswa perguruan tinggi STIE Mahardhika Surabaya pada bulan oktober dengan pinjaman modal sepenuhnya dari kampus, home industry ini pendiriannya dilatar belakangi oleh Program Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa.   Produk yang dijual yakni berbagai macam hijab dan aksesoris baik yang diproduksi sendiri atau dari supplier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan bisnis dalam pendirian home industry “Zahelsaff Hijab & Fashion” yang beralamatkan di RT 001/RW 001, Dusun Sumberan, Desa Randegan, Kec. Dawarblandong, Kab. Mojokerto. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak untuk diterusakan meskipun pada aspek produksinya belum maksimal karena masih dalam tahap perintisan sehingga teknologi yang digunakan masih belum memadai. Namun pada aspek pasar dan pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa selama satu bulan, permintaan akan produk setiap minggunya mengalami kenaikan, selain itu proses pemasaran telah menggunakan berbagai aplikasi media sosial untuk memperluas cakupan pemasaran produk dan untuk meminimalisir biaya pemasaran. Sedangkan pada aspek keuangannya, menunjukkan bahwa modal yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 2.666.000,00 dan modal tersebut diperoleh dari pinjaman. Untuk laba bersih bulan Oktober sebesar Rp 702.000,00.   Kata kunci : Home Industry, Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, Aspek-aspek Studi Kelayakan Bisnis     ABSTRACT   Home Industry "Zahelsaff Hijab & Fashion" is an effort established by students of College of College in STIE Mahardhika Surabaya in October with a fully capital loan from the campus, this home industry its establishment is motivated by the student entrepreneurship program. The products sold are various kinds of hijab and accessories both produced alone or from suppliers. This study aims to determine the level of business feasibility in the establishment of Home Industry "Zahelsaff Hijab & Fashion which is addressed in RT 001/RW 001, Dusun Sumbaran, Desa Randegan, Kec. Dawarblandong, Kab. Mojokerto. This research was conducted in November 2020 using a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results in this study indicate that this effort is feasible for damage even though the production aspects are not optimal because they are still in the pioneering stage so that the technology used is still inadequate. But on market aspects and marketing shows that for one month, the demand for products every week has increased, in addition to the marketing process has used various social media applications to expand product marketing coverage and to minimize marketing costs. Whereas in the financial aspects, it shows that the required capital of Rp 2,666,000.00 and the capital is obtained from a loan. Mistisisme dalam tataran masyarakat Jawa menjadi salah satu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam setiap perilaku yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik mistisisme Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah sosiologi sastra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo yang diterbitkan oleh Penerbit Buku Kompas. Data dalam penelitian ini mencakup satuan cerita yang terwujud dalam dialog, monolog, paragraf, sekuen cerita, bagian kalimat, maupun narasi tokoh yang menggambarkan praktik mistisisme Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan langkah (a) membaca sumber data; (b) unitizing (mengambil data yang tepat dengan cara menandai teks; serta (c) mencatat dan menginventarisasi teks yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan flow model of analysis yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo menunjukkan praktik mistisisme Jawa pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dan tingkatan hakekat. Praktik mistisisme Jawa pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dibuktikan dengan (1) percaya pada benda mitologi dan (2) percaya pada mitos-mitos. Pada tingkatan hakekat dibuktikan dengan ibadah yang dilakukan untuk menemui Tuhan dalam bentuk salat istikharah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik mistisisme Jawa yang dominan dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jawa dalam novel Mantra Pejinak Ular karya Kuntowijoyo adalah pada tingkatan sarengat/syariat dan hakekat.                                     Mysticism at the level of Javanese society is one thing that cannot be separated in every behavior that occurs in society. This study aims to describe the practice of Javanese mysticism in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the approach used is the sociology of literature. The data source in this study is the novel Mantra Pejinak Snake by Kuntowijoyo published by Kompas Book Publishers. The data in this study include story units that are manifested in dialogues, monologues, paragraphs, story sequences, sentence sections, and character narratives that describe the practice of Javanese mysticism in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo. Data collection is done by steps (a) reading the data source; (b) unitizing (taking the right data by marking the text; and (c) recording and inventorying relevant texts. Data analysis was carried out using the flow model of analysis proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular Kuntowijoyo's work shows the practice of Javanese mysticism at the sarengat/syariat level and the essence level. The practice of Javanese mysticism at the sarengat/syariat level is proven by (1) believing in mythological objects and (2) believing in myths. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the dominant practice of Javanese mysticism carried out by the Javanese people in the novel Mantra Pejinak Ular by Kuntowijoyo is at the level of sarengat/syariat and essence.

This research paper aims to find out of casual style used by teenagers of social media instagram. Instagram comment is always used by teenagers to interact with their friends using casual style. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is the casual style used on instagram comment by teenagers. The data are casual style words on instagram comment by teenagers used when interact with their friends. The data source is the post on their account on instagram and the researchers taken 9 post from 3 accounts that used on instagram comment and containing casual style that they were used. In analyzing the data, the researchers classifies the data into types of casual styles based on eggins theory.Based on analysis the researchers found that from 3 account and 9 post from their post the researchers conclude that there are 51 casual style that used on instagram comment by teenagers and there are 32 declarative types of casual style , there are 3 exclamative types of casual style, there is 7 introgative types of casual style and the last there are 11 harsh words type of casual style. The total of casual style that used on instagram comment by teenagers are 51 and there are 4 types of casual styles in that instagram comment.
