Abstractlearning process  good teaching  can create a situation that allows children to learn, so that is the starting point of the success of teaching. The low quality of education depends on the management of the teaching and learning process which can be interpreted as being less effective in the teaching and learning process, the causes: (1) Low learning activities, (2) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The case in Solok City Middle School, the low level of student learning activities allegedly influenced the low student learning outcomes. Based on observations on class VIII A which included the superior class had not yet achieved the desired completeness, the class with the least completeness was class VIII B which was 33.33% with KKM 65 criteria. Seeing this reality, teachers were required to motivate students and foster enthusiasm student learning. Therefore, to foster students' enthusiasm for learning, the author tries to apply student learning activities through discussion methods in small groups. This article describe about facilities and infrastructure. In the world of education we recognize the term school facilities and infrastructure which is something that is needed in supporting teaching and learning activities in schools. If an institution such as a school does not have adequate facilities and infrastructure it will also have an impact on the quality of student learning outcomes in school. To ensure the realization of this, it is necessary to have adequate facilities and infrastructure. Adequate facilities and infrastructure must meet the minimum conditions stipulated in the standards of facilities and infrastructure. The standards of these facilities and infrastructure are for the scope of formal education and even the type of general education. These facilities and infrastructure are also equipment and facilities that can be used either directly or indirectly, where the purpose of the administration of these facilities and infrastructure is no other so that all these activities can support the achievement of educational objectives effectively and efficiently.

The aims of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of economics, especially the results of learning about employment, develop economic learning activities in accordance with the desired curriculum 2013, and is an effort to innovate in learning according to the needs of the school, especially in improving the quality of learning outcomes. In cycle one student participation when learning begins to appear when compared to PTK, students discipline work on assignments (based on the recognition of students not infrequently still studying in lll Economics study hours to do group assignments), students appear to be happy during learning. This excitement has an impact on students' enthusiasm, so that the results of the posttest increase from the pretest (the average pretest is 43.31 to 73.22). In the second cycle the students were very enthusiastic about the learning activities (students did not seem to move from their seats even though the researchers had ordered to leave the classroom, students were more active during the learning process, students became more creative, this can be seen from the way they present scientific reports, compiling maps concepts, as well as in carrying out other group activities, Students become more communicative. The concentration of students in learning is quite high. This can happen because researchers always bring students into problem orientation before core learning begins, and student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I (from on average 73.22 to 81.89 and classical learning completeness from 81.08% to 88.89%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying constructivist learning can improve student learning outcomes.

The results of Class Counseling student learning outcomes VI semester Counseling Guidance Department, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication Studies, UIN Raden Intan Lampung in the previous year showed the low ability of students, especially in the subject of group dynamics and stages of group counseling. This condition is caused by poor understanding and skills regarding group counseling, new material, and lecture models or approaches used by lecturers are not optimal. Therefore, the problem solved through this research is "Can the application of the Cooperative Learning Model (STAD) improve the quality of Group Counseling lectures?". Class interventions in this study were carried out in two cycles. Data collection is done by testing and observation techniques. Benchmark of success of the action is if the average formative test score of the student is more than or equal to 70 (B) and the classical learning completion is at least 75%, the value of student learning activities and the lecturer perfomance score is at least 70 or B. Average acquisition Student formative test scores after the application of the cooperative learning model (STAD) in the first cycle were 71.21 and the classical learning completion was 63.16%. In cycle II student learning outcomes increased by 4.79 points to 76 and classical learning completion increased by 21.05% to 84.21%. Student learning activities in the first cycle reached a value of 77.5 (B) and in the second cycle increased by 6.25 points to 83.75 (A). The lecturer performance, in cycle I obtained a value of 78.75 (B) and in the second cycle increased to 83.12 (A). Thus, it can be concluded that through the cooperative learning model (STAD), the quality of Group Counseling lectures at the Guidance Counseling Department can be improved. It is therefore recommended, lecturers who are able to take Group Counseling courses, especially on group dynamics material and stages of group counseling use cooperative learning models (STAD) as an alternative.
