<p>The Principal leadership model is a core factor in the development of the religious culture. The school  is one of the Model School of Iman and taqwa schools. Thus, it interested to be researched about the Principal leadership model in developing the religious culture in the school.</p><p>            This article focused on namely (1) the principal developed the religious culture through two leaderships models namely; (a) Situational leadership model is when a principal assigning works according to each expertise. This means that the headmaster must be good at reading the situation and condition to each educator and the staff. And thus, each one does the better and responsible works, (b) transformational leadership model is a model providing priority to the opportunity and encouraging all workers of the school in order to wok in the sublime values. And thus, all the staffs do not get insisted in optimally participating to achieve the ideal goals in the school. (2) the used strategies are namely; (a) appling the religious practise to be inured as a habit, (b) providing exemplary by doing to relate alttitude and behaviour in a day, (c) integrating the common subjects to the islamic subjects, (d) developing the islamic extracurricular activity that is through the Osis Programmings.</p><p>There were discovered that the majority ones appreciate the minority ones. Meanwhile, the minority ones respect the majority ones. And thus, it is able to build the harmonious and religious atmospheres in the school.</p><p> </p>Keyword     :   Principal Leadership Model, Religious Culture.

Scientific advances in the field of biomedicine have fundamentally changed the ways in which we think about our bodies. Disease, aging, and even death, are no longer seen as inevitable realities but as obstacles that can be controlled, and in some cases even reversed, by technological means. The current discourse, however, can be enriched by an investigation of the various ways in which the aging process was perceived and explained throughout human history. In this article, I argue that in early China, the experience of aging and the challenges and anxieties it produced played a constitutive role in the shaping of religious culture. Drawing on a variety of medical, philosophical, and liturgical sources, I outline two models of aging: one that presented aging, and especially the loss of virility, as an undesirable but solvable condition that can be reversed with the aid of various rejuvenation techniques, and a more socially conscious model that depicted aging as a process of gradual social ascension, a natural but fundamentally unalterable condition that should be accepted, marked, and even celebrated through ritual. I conclude by demonstrating the legacy and lasting influence of these models on two of the most fundamental tenets of Chinese religion: the pursuit of longevity and the ideal of filial piety.

This paper aims at considering the well-known triad of What? How? Why? somewhat anew by suggesting looking at transformational leadership for successful human resources management through the lens of coaching core competencies as the key soft skill. Arising as the strategic approach to the effective management of people, well-thought human resources management that rests on a leadership model definitely enables management of a company or organization to move ahead of the curve and gain a firm foothold in the job market. The transformational leadership model fits the framework of the research and links to the contrastive line between management and leadership.It is emphasized that management processes focus on (i) maintaining and (ii) improving performance at work, on the one hand, and on the other, unlike management, the transformational leadership model focuses on the benefits of visionary thinking and bringing about change. Following the goal in the subject matter associated with successful HR management, the Golden Circle of What? How? Why?introduced by Simon Sinek finds its way in the description analysis. The Why? sectionopens the idea for successful HR managementto move further to What?section and is accompanied with How? section in the end. The final part of the findings embodies 11 current core competencies of coaching, which illustrate how the ways of implementing the soft skills in workplace may increase HR performance, enhance seamless communication among employees and management, drive change and welcome innovation.The four objectives for successful HR management: (i) drive change within a company or organization, (ii) encourage and motivate people for personal and corporate growth and development, (iii) employ innovation including modern technologies, and (iv) lead by example, correspond to the four cornerstones in the framework for successful company or organization management via transformational leadership. They are: (i) create an inspire vision of the future for the company’s (organization’s) employees, (ii) motivate the staff to live by and deliver the vision, (iii) manage delivery of the vision, (iv) attract and retain high-class professionals and young talents, build up strong and competitive teams, create and grow ever-stronger, trust-based relationships with the employees. The toolkit of ways, techniques and approaches may derive from the current core competencies in coaching that can be groupedsimilarly to the ICF ones as follows: (i) foundation, (ii) co-creating the relationship, (iii) communicating effectively, and (iv) cultivating learning and growth.

The introduction ‘Philhellenism and Theatromania’ retraces the emergence of these two phenomena in the German middle class. The year 1755 marks a watershed in this regard: it saw the publication of J. J. Winckelmann’s treatise Reflections on the Painting and Sculpture of the Greeks and the premiere of G. E. Lessing’s first domestic tragedy Miß Sara Sampson. Both share the common root and motivation once and for all to banish Frenchified German court culture. While Winckelmann’s treatise praised the ‘noble simplicity’ and ‘quiet greatness’ of the Greek masterpieces, Lessing’s play advocated new family values and the ideal of ‘naturalness’ as the true virtues of the middle class. The merging of Philhellenism as the cult of beauty with theatromania as the quest for identifying in a social group and as an individual provided the basic condition for staging Greek tragedies.

Every legal system that ties judicial decision making to a body of preconceived norms has to face the tension between the normative formulation of the ideal and its approximation in social reality. In the parlance of the common law, it is, more concretely, the remedy that bridges the gap between the ideal and the real, or, rather, between norms and facts. In the common law world—particularly in the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth—a lively discourse has developed around the question of how rights relate to remedies. To the civilian legal scholar—used to thinking within a framework that strictly categorizes terms like substance and procedure, subjective right, action, and execution—the concept of remedy remains a mystery. The lack of “remedy” in the vocabulary of the civil law is more than just a matter of attaching different labels to functional equivalents, it is the expression of a different way of thinking about law. Only if a legal system is capable of satisfactorily transposing the abstract discourse of the law into social reality does the legal machinery fulfill its purpose: due to the pivotal importance of this translational process, the way it is cast in legal concepts thus allows for an insight into the deep structure of a legal culture, and, convergence notwithstanding, the remaining epistemological differences between the legal traditions of the West. A mixed jurisdiction must reflect upon these differences in order to understand its own condition and to define its future course.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the management and leadership of kiai Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor in order to continue to exist and even become a prototype of leadership and management of modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The study used descriptive qualitative methods which were carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews, and supported by literature studies, both from books and journals. The results of the study show that the modernity of Pondok Gontor is seen in the implementation of management which is different from Islamic boarding schools in general. Gontor's management is carried out based on the principles of transparency and accountability as well as togetherness. Pondok Gontor adheres to a collective, democratic, and transformational leadership model. This leadership model is proven to be able to bring about change in every student and teacher to achieve high performance. Through its vision and mission, Pondok Gontor strives to produce strong and solid leaders, leaders who have a noble soul and philosophy of life, correct values and are involved in the totality of life in the boarding with high discipline.

This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Principal's leadership in strengthening school quality can be found in (1) Improving school quality (2) Principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality.

Anatoly Andreevich Gromyko, a professor of the Moscow State University, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences reflects in his article on the destinies of mankind and the most complex problems facing the world community at the early 21 century under globalization and increased demand in global governance. In his analysis the author concedes that after numerous pieces of research on various aspects of these two phenomena, there are still more questions than answers. He believes that globalization might become a force serving not only private interests of big corporations but also the common good of humanity. Since interdependence is the main feature of our world we should not fall prey to the ideal images of global governance because there is no one size fit all global governance. The article elaborates the three most pressing world problems:– the need in a new way of thinking about globalization. According to the author the problems of globalization must be approached with knowledge of history and acknowledgement of social justice;– the need in morally acceptable balance among unifying potential of globalization, unchained global market and the state as the last resort of its nation;– the need to make United Nations a platform, where political and social democracy should lay ground for global governance so craved for by the mankind. The author pays special attention to the dichotomy between the force of law and the law of force as well as to the prospects for the new democratic global order accommodating the sustainable development of human civilization.

Introduction. In academic libraries, transformational and situational leadership is important as it can change organizational behavior and increase the staff performance.There is limited discussion types of leadership. This research discusses  two types of leadership and develops a framework in academic libraries of ideal leadership. Data Collection Method. The paper used a qualitative approach and considered literature review from books, journals, and other sources related to the theme. Data Analysis. The paper analyzed various literature, examined and selected data, developed a theoretical framework, and conceptualized the contents. Result and Discussions. Transformational leadership in the academic library is appropriate to create a vision, however, staff commitments develop slowly. The leadership can be appropriately applied to the academic library with a few human resource as itemphasizes two-way communication to motivate staff. Meanwhile, in the situational leadership, organizational vision can be achieved when staff commitments are developed effectively. The situational leadership can be implemented in the academic libraries with large number of staff by using direct and two-way interaction, as staff motivation may increase when they are trusted. Conclusion. The transformational and situational leadershipsare effective when applied to the proper circumstances to achieve set goals. Library leaders need to consider strengths and weaknesses of the leadership style.
