This article identifies an in-depth analysis of the concept of "social adaptation" of children with special psychological needs, in particular, describes the importance of the architectural factor as key in creating a favorable social environment, helps to ensure effective social adaptation. The method of terminological analysis was used to analyze the concept of "social adaptation" and the definition of possible components; The process of social adaptation is considered in the context of three related categories - society, medicine, architecture – which affect the effectiveness of the process and form its key components. Architecture as a means of influencing the adaptive process is too underestimated, although it is the architectural space and environment that unite all functional processes. Social adaptation is a complex and multifaceted process, which depends not only on the skill and experience of specialists, the peculiarities of children's perception, but also on the nature of the environment in which this process takes place. The space formed by architectural means can both promote effective adaptation of children with special needs in the conditions of the social environment, and brake it owing to design imperfections and inconsistencies. The study conducted in the article confirms the importance of analyzing the architectural aspect of social adaptation and its impact on relevant processes, will further help to create a basis for social integration of children with special needs in society.

This paper aims to engage in a critical comparison of the spiritual authority of the awliyā’ in the Shi‘i and Sufi traditions in order to examine an area of Islamic belief that remains unclearly defined. Similarities between Shi‘i and Sufi doctrine have long been noted, but little research has been conducted on how and why they developed. Taking a central tenet of both, walāyah, the paper discusses several of its key aspects as they appear recorded in Shi‘i ḥadīth collections and as they appear later in one of the earliest Sunni Sufi treatises. By extention, it seeks to explore the identity of the awliyā’ and their role in relation to the Twelve Imams. It also traces the reabsorption into Shi‘i culture of the Sufi definition of walāyah via two examples: the works of one branch of the Dhahabi order and those of Allamah Tabataba’i, a popular twentieth-century Iranian mystic and scholar.

This chapter focuses on the external effects of emigration on non-migrants, and particularly on the interactions with labor market outcomes in Tunisia before and after the revolution. Using the new Tunisia Labor Market Panel Survey (TLMPS), we conduct an in-depth analysis of the structure and dynamics of migration, including the profile of migrants and their origin households, mainly in terms of skills and spatial composition. We investigate transition matrices, employment status, income for current migrants and returnees, and the evolution of remittances. Our analysis confirms the role of emigration as a safety valve for the Tunisian labor market. Moreover, origin households of migrants have a significantly higher wealth index. Our analysis also tends to confirm the effects of remittances on labor supply of non-migrants, which can have a negative impact on Tunisia’s unemployment rate when a crisis in destination countries affects the remittance rate negatively.

Systems and applications aligned with new paradigms such as cloud computing and internet of the things are becoming more complex and interconnected, expanding the areas in which they are susceptible to attacks. Their security can be addressed by using model-driven engineering (MDE). In this context, specific IoT or cloud computing metamodels emerged to support the systematic development of software. In general, they are specified through semiformal metamodels in MOF style. This article shows the theoretical foundations of a method for automatically constructing secure metamodels in the context of realizations of MDE such as MDA. The formal metamodeling language Nereus and systems of transformation rules to bridge the gap between formal specifications and MOF are described. The main contribution of this article is the definition of a system of transformation rules called NEREUStoMOF for transforming automatically formal metamodeling specifications in Nereus to semiformal-MOF metamodels annotated in OCL.

The article “Economic Security of Small Agricultural Enterprises” aims at exploring the theoretical foundations of economic security for small agricultural enterprises. The basic approaches to definition of the category "economic security of the enterprise" are investigated. The theoretical bases of the definition of "economic security" are considered. The integration of Ukraine into the global economic space implies the modernization of the modern financial and economic system, which envisages the transition of market entities to a new level of relations and the leveling of traditional geographical boundaries. At the same time, the conditions of functioning of enterprises in a market environment become more stringent due to the expansion of the range of probable threats and dangers, which increase the risk level of conducting business activities, increasing uncertainty, and increasing competition. It is economic security that can provide the enterprise with effective functioning, economic stability, development and improvement of its competitiveness level. The main purpose of this work is to research and analyze the major achievements of economic science in the economic security of a small business and to present the author's vision of the essence of this concept. The set of research methods is the methodology of analysis and organization of major publications, legislation and laws, namely methods of generalization, comparison, chronologization, analysis and generalization. The author's vision of interpreting the concept of "economic security of enterprises" is a scientific novelty. The practical value of the study is to analyze the main publications on the definition of the essence of the concept of “economic security of the enterprise”, because today there is no single approach that would clearly interpret this concept.

Abstract As part of the formulation of the first National Water Plan (NWP) in Uruguay, a mini-public process ‘Citizen Deliberation on Water (Deci Agua)’ was developed in 2016. While the draft of the plan was being discussed in the formal arenas of water governance (Basin Commissions and Regional Water Resources Councils), a University research team (led by the authors), in coordination with the national water authority, adapted the mechanism of consensus conferences in order to incorporate the citizens’ visions and to contribute to public understanding of the NWP challenges. This article analyses the main aspects of the developed participation strategy and discusses them regarding a set of quality criteria used to evaluate deliberative processes. Although the final version of the NWP (passed by decree in 2017) incorporated some of the contributions of the Citizen Panel, an in-depth analysis of the scope of the deliberative process of Deci Agua allows us to delve into some key aspects related to the quality of participation processes and the challenges. A mixed approach that combines stakeholder participation and lay citizens is novel and desirable in water governance since it increases the scope of participation, deepens the legitimacy of decision-making and improves the public debate.

The article analyzes the legal framework for the health care of police officers and their families. Three main models of providing police officers with health services (health insurance, budgetary, mixed) are outlined, and it is noted that Ukraine finances departmental health care institutions at the expense of budgetary funds and provides basic services that are free of charge. It is emphasized that the fundamental rules governing the relevant issues are contained in the Law of Ukraine “On the National Police”. Article 95 of this Law is analyzed, according to it the main categories of persons who are entitled to free medical care in the health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (police officers, their families - children 18 or 23 years of age in the study in higher education institutions, husband or wife) main forms, family members of the dead or missing police officers, police officers with disabilities in service). It is stated that such services are eligible for some categories of former police officers and their families. It is also about the legal provision of rehabilitation, sanitary and health resorts, wellness as well as recreation measures in departmental medical rehabilitation centers, sanatoriums, rest homes, boarding houses and health institutions of different categories of police officers, their families.
