Two types of minimal repair are discussed. After statistical minimal repair, the state of a system is statistically identical to what it was just before the failure. Physical minimal repair restores the failed unit to its exact physical condition before the failure. Several examples are given.

An effort to preserve and utilize manuscripts in this archipelago, especially religious manuscripts, is very important due to, at least, two reasons. Firstly, there has been abundant important information pertinent to religious phenomena in the manuscripts. Secondly, physical condition of the manuscripts has been increasingly fragile. Following the process of choosing the manuscript, the author has selected one of the manuscripts preserved in the State Museum of North Sumatra. This study employs the theory of philology, literature and history in analyzing the manuscript. Analyses are focused on the language used, the cultural background of the manuscript, and the social history of the region where it has been written. The findings of this study tell us that the manuscript, named Kashf al-Gharā’ib, is a classical Islamic manuscript which still has been well preserved at the State Museum of North Sumatra. It contains the scientific information of fiqh (Islamic law), especially discussing about the way of worshipping the God. The manuscript also consists of religious poems and problems of adab (ethics). Of the three topics discussed in this manuscript, I give considerable attention on worship and ethical issues.

The results of this study are high-class teachers, should try as much as possible to educate their students ranging from first understand the learners in accordance with the characteristics, talents, intelligence and physical condition. Designing a learning device that matches the character of each learner and implements the design well in accordance with the student's condition and the state of the class. To evaluate the learners' understanding in the cognitive, affective and psychomechanical aspects in evaluating the process and learning outcomes to be a benchmark of teacher's success in teaching and managing its learning and after the teacher understands the final result of the evaluation of the learner, the teacher knows the student's thinking power and potential so that teachers try to develop their potential by mengaktulisasikan potentials of learners in various academic and non academic activities.

This chapter focuses on the relevance of physical disability for justifying extensions of physician assistance in dying to individuals who are not terminally ill. It is concluded that such disability, however severe, provides no stronger dignity-based reason than other kinds of loss or misfortune for permitting physician assistance, either as a condition for finding or presuming unbearable suffering or as an independent ground for physician assistance. A law or policy that singled out physical disability, however severe, as supporting a dignity-based claim for physician assistance would be misguided. The state should not explicitly or implicitly treat any physical condition, or any degree of physical dependence, as undignified.

Minimal repairs have been given considerable attention in the reliability literature. Instead of replacing a failed system by a new one, such a minimal repair restores the system to the state it had just before failure. But the state just before failure depends on the information which is available about the system. Different information levels are possible. This paper gives a general definition characterizing point processes which describe time points of minimal repairs with respect to a certain information level. Some examples demonstrate the wide range of applications.

Introduction The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the global community, leading to restrictive measures in all areas of activity, including sports. Starting with March 2020, most physical activities have ceased, due to the establishment of the state of emergency in Romania. Swimmers were restricted from accessing their main training facilities and were no longer allowed access to the pools. After a more sedentary period, in which each of us tried to adapt to the existing situation, the need to be involved in sports, the need for movement, and the need for socialization was growing. Thus, the instructors tried to find out alternatives to continue athletes training, so they do not completely lose their physical fitness. Some managed to continue their training in the water, at other pools, others organized workouts outside the pool, maintaining their physical condition at an optimal level. In fewer cases, coaches continued training with athletes online. The purpose of this study was to discover the training strategies applied by swimming coaches during the pandemic, during the State of emergency and the Alert state, in Cluj-Napoca. The results of our study can be used, in the future, by students, teachers and instructors to better reorganize their physical activities, especially swimming, when a special situation arises again.

The paper presents information on the state-of-the-art of physical development and opportunities of students practicing football at the Todor Kableshkov University of Transport. The aim is to obtain information about the physical condition, development and fitness of students. The testing methodologies applied are standard and the examinations have been carried out with wearing sport suits. For the purpose of the study a test battery including 13 tests has been applied: 5 with anthropometric parameters and 8 to measure physical capability. The data have been subjected to statistical processing. As a result of the study, growth of most indicators has been observed. The progress established has proved that the approach in selection of methods for development of physical qualities in physical education and sport classes is correct.
