For the design and management of the modern heavy oil piplines, the application of mathematical model to describe the characteristics of screw pump is crucial to the improvement of design quality and operational management efficiency. According to the features of HOW7T.3(50mm) screw pump’s actual measured data, this research established two groups of mathematical model.The first one described the change of screw pump’s displacement along with the variation of pressure difference and viscosity, while the second group described the change of shaft power along with the variation of pressure difference and viscosity, and then it solved all the four models by a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. The model-building and model-solving of these two examples showed that the PSO algorithm could rapidly search the best model regression parameter. Through the four target test, the research finally selected two models with relatively high accuracy. In the end, the paper put forward that it is necessary to take further research on the forms of screw pump characteristic mathematical model, and the corresponding optimization method of model-solving, in order to make the models more succinct and with higher fitting precision.

ABSTRACT In the mechanical harvesting of sugarcane, a self-propelled harvester is used in conjunction with an agricultural implement named infield wagon, which has the function of storing and transporting the harvested product. Much of the cost of sugarcane production comes from this operation (30 to 60%). Among the operational costs of agricultural machinery, the cost of repair and maintenance (CRM) is relevant. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the parameters of the CRM mathematical model based on the life (hours of use) for the infield wagon, using the method of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE). These CRM models were obtained for two sets of infield wagon from different manufacturers and their costs over up to 12 years. The model was adjusted and then validated using descriptive statistics methods. Fitted CRM equations were different for each analyzed set of infield wagon and, therefore, are a valuable tool in the management of mechanization in sugarcane mills as it provides elements that can support decision-making of managers in the acquisition and management of agricultural implements.

В 3й части статьи рассмотрена методика моделирования разделок в геометрическом и аналитическом представлении. Базой методики является геометрическое моделирование, которое естественным образом позволяет идентифицировать поверхность разделки. По результатам идентификации формируется математическая модель в унифицированном виде. На завершающем этапе выполняется параметризация полученной модели. В качестве примера определено отверстие в сферическом участке корпуса в геометрическом виде и параметрическом уравнении в однородных координатах. Также в статье рассмотрен пример по определению изначального типа обрабатываемой поверхности в контексте предлагаемой методики. Благодаря модульной структуре методики процесс проектирования технологического комплекса можно начинать с любого его компонента и последовательно понижая неопределенность двигаться к законченному проектному решению. Исходными данными для формирования математической модели проектируемого технологического комплекса являются вид и параметры обрабатываемых поверхностей разделки кромок корпусов объектов подводного кораблестроения. The 3rd part of the article discusses the method of modeling cuts in geometric and analytical representation. The basis of the technique is geometric modeling. Which naturally identifies the cutting surface. Based on the identification results, a mathematical model is formed in a unified form. The final step is to parameterize the resulting model. Also the article discusses an example for determining the initial type of surface to be treated in the context of the proposed technique. Thanks to the modular structure of the methodology, the process of designing a technological complex can begin with any of its components and consistently reduce uncertainty and move to a complete design solution. Initial data for forming mathematical model of designed technological complex are view and parameters of processed surfaces of opening's bevels of hulls of underwater shipbuilding objects.

Разработана математическая модель (ММ) технохимического учета и контроля производства сахара, предназначенная для автоматического определения технико-экономических показателей работы предприятия, контроля за ходом выполнения нормативных показателей, оперативного управления производством. Прикладной пакет визуально-блочного моделирования позволяет успешно решать сложные задачи программирования и моделирования статических и динамических объектов пищевой промышленности. Предлагаемые расчетные формулы в рамках ММ дают возможность разработать компьютерную программу для предприятий сахарной отрасли. Внедрение MM технохимического учета на предприятии будет способствовать повышению эффективности производства за счет улучшения его технико-экономических показателей и, следовательно, увеличению выхода продукции высокого качества. Данная ММ расчета позволит в оперативном режиме (за считанные секунды) определять основные технологические показатели, характеризующие эффективность использования сырья и выход готовой продукции, в любой момент процесса производства за определенный период. Mathematical model (MM) of technical and chemical accounting and control of sugar production, designed to automatically determine the technical and economic performance of the enterprise, monitoring the progress of regulatory indicators, operational management of production, is developed. The applied package of visual-block modeling allows solve successfully complex problems of programming and modeling of static and dynamic objects of the food industry. The proposed calculation formulas within MM make it possible to develop a computer program for the sugar industry. The introduction of MM technical and chemical accounting at the enterprise will contribute to improving the efficiency of production by improving its technical and economic indicators and, therefore, increasing the output of high quality products. This MM of calculation will allow in the operational mode (in seconds) to determine the main technological indicators characterizing the efficiency of use of raw materials and output of finished products at any time of the production process for a certain period.

In regular as well as nonscheduled air transport, extraordinary situations occasionally occur, which may fundamentally disrupt the flight schedule. Fundamental disruptions of flight schedules affect not only passengers but also the airline. One of the areas that are negatively affected by the disruption is the crew plan. Due to extraordinary events, it happens that a flight is delayed, and the crew will not be at the destination airport at the prescribed time and the airline will not be able to assign it on further flights according to the original plan. Such situations can be resolved either by deploying any other available crew or by delaying the flight appropriately until the previously planned crew is available. Assigning a new crew entails additional costs for the airline, as it has to assign more flight staff than had been originally planned. Furthermore, delayed flights lead to paying passengers financial compensation, incurring additional costs for airlines. Therefore, it is important that the airline is able to resolve any irregularity situations so that the additional costs incurred to deal with the irregularity situations are kept at a minimum. The paper presents one possible approach, a mathematical model that can be used to solve such a situation. The presented mathematical model may be the basis for the decision support system of the operations center worker who is responsible for the operational management of flight crews. The model will primarily aim at smaller airlines that cannot afford expensive software and often rely on manual solutions. However, a manual solution may not always be the best, as the operator, who plans the processes, may not consider all the constraints. Another important factor that makes the decision processes more difficult is that it is usually necessary to decide in a short period of time. The solution proposed in this paper will allow the operator to make a quick decision that will also be the most advantageous for the airline. This is because the proposed method is an exact approach, which guarantees finding the optimum solution. In this article, we are only dealing with pilot crews.
