The use of cloud computing has remarkable advantages in business performance. It is related especially in the portion of the organizational environment, such as organizational culture and organizational agility. Organizational agility provides an easier process to search and retrieve knowledge and allow the businesses to utilize and apply this knowledge to get high-quality services. Agility and culture factors can help organizations to enhance their cloud computing adoption. The achievement of any organization is dependent upon human resources. With human resources, the organization can develop its employees by sharing knowledge, skill, and experience of personnel. Expert cloud has a significant impact on and direct relation with human resources as it facilitates the communication among human resources better, more efficiently, and reduces the cost of the service. In this paper, the authors discuss the relationship between expert cloud and human resources to enhance the organizational performance through the assistance of organizational agility and culture.

Female prisoners in these prisons become prisoners because they are entangled in various types of criminal law with various crimes committed by women such as due to many factors, leading to reasons for fulfilling the needs of those concerned. For this reason, there is a need for guidance for female prisoners as a form of self-empowerment to improve human resources in the form of life skills. Coaching skills provided by the Proposal Community Procurement team, namely training in the form of handicraft knitting. Knitted handicrafts that have been produced by inmates at the A Way Hui class II prisons include prayer hats, cellphone wallets, restleting wallets, and various kinds of brooches. Knitted products have a fairly high exclusivity value. These female prisoners are expected to succeed in making / producing creative and innovative knitted works seen from various aspects, namely aspects of material selection aspects, in addition the female prisoners are also given training to determine the cost of production and cost of goods sold from their knits.

<p><em>This paper presents the development of the scope of accounting theory because of the growing need for information which is presented in the financial statements. The specific objective of financial statements is to present the consolidated financial position, results of operations, and changes in financial position in accordance GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles). The definition of this accounting purposes have weaknesses or limitations.Critics of the limitations of conventional accounting that must be done parallelization with practices in the present economic institutions that continue to grow with various forms of economic transaction of business done. This paper discusses the five major developments in accounting theory scope of the present and future who attempt to address the above challenges, namely: Accounting for the public economy (accounting socioeconomic); Accounting for human resources (human resources accounting); Accounting for the cost of capital (accounting for the cost of capital); Report of financial forecasts (reporting of Financial forecasts); The trend towards multi-national accounting. OBJECTIVE Identify the direct cost of reprocessing double and single cotton-woven drapes of the surgical LAP package. METHOD A quantitative, exploratory and descriptive case study, performed at a teaching hospital. The direct cost of reprocessing cotton-woven surgical drapes was calculated by multiplying the time spent by professionals involved in reprocessing the unit with the direct cost of labor, adding to the cost of materials. The Brazilian currency (R$) originally used for the calculations was converted to US currency at the rate of US$0.42/R$. RESULTS The average total cost for surgical LAP package was US$9.72, with the predominance being in the cost of materials (US$8.70 or 89.65%). It is noteworthy that the average total cost of materials was mostly impacted by the cost of the cotton-woven drapes (US$7.99 or 91.90%). CONCLUSION The knowledge gained will subsidize discussions about replacing reusable cotton-woven surgical drapes for disposable ones, favoring arguments regarding the advantages and disadvantages of this possibility considering human resources, materials, as well as structural, environmental and financial resources.

The continued development of the business world today requires companies to have an ‘edge’ to compete with other companies. Any characteristic of the company that gives them an opportunity for growth should be put to good use. The use of information technology should support its operating costs and even increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the company. However, the use of this information technology must be balanced with the readiness of existing resources to operate. Without the support of resources, especially human resources available, the use of this technology would be something that is useless. This thesis aims to assist PT. Grama Bazita in improving the efficiency of existing processes that will ultimately reduce the cost and time. The methodology used in the writing of this thesis is an analytical method which consists of a survey of running processes, analysis of the survey findings, and the identification of the needs of information technology as well as designing a new process which should prove more efficient than the prior business processes. From the analysis, it can be concluded that information technology is one of the factors driving reengineering, as well as the business needs to improve competitiveness.

Background: Pharmacy as the main core of hospital is responsible for the quality and safety of medicines.Yet the numbers of medication errors are still high. Automated Dispensing Machine (ADM) is one of the solutions to reduce the dispensing errors in pharmacy. Many countries had studied and proved that the use of ADM gives more benefit than liability. However, ADM is considered as something new, a “nice to have” product.Aims: This study will explain the benefits of ADM especially in Indonesian hospital pharmacy.Methods: Systemic Review with PRISMA method uses 5 databases as Scopus, Springerlink, Google Scholar, Science Direct and ProQuest, with keywords Automated Dispensing Machine, Automated Dispensing Device, Automated Dispensing System, Automated Drug Dispensing System, or Robotic Dispensing System. The inclusion criteria are all the studies that showed any impact in minimum of one aspect ofADM in hospital.Results: There are 13 studies that explained ADM benefits such as increase staff satisfaction for the nurse and pharmacist, reduce dispensing errors about 35% or up to reducing all dispensing errors, time saving until 50% in peak hours and cost analysis and effectiveness. The cost anaylsis such as inventory stock reduction, increases the cost saving.Conclusion:In Indonesia, it needs many considerations to implement ADM but it had already installed in 1 Indonesia Hospital. This hospital had proved that ADM can reduce dispensing errors and can solve some pharmacy problem such as the human resources problems and the long waiting time.With the proven benefits of ADM, it is justified for Indonesian hospital to implement ADM and information system in their pharmacy. In one of the efforts to increase the economic progress of the pesantren and also to eat for the students, especially at the Nurul Jadid Boarding School, Probolinggo, it is very necessary to have a centralized program for paying the cost of paying for the cost of the students’ meals so that each student’s meal is regelated and even becomas a way of saving the cost of living for the students. For decades, the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has not been able and succeeded ini centralizing the cost of food for students and processed food products for students at one door. The centralization of the santri staple food business is believed by the pesantren. The fear of pesantren in managing this business is quite an obstacle, but by providing location, technology and human resources, pessntren is expected to be able to maintain and preserve Costmara’s business. Our service uses a Consultation approach, where wa several individuals at the same time assist, guide and direct policy makers, employees and servants at Nurul Jadid Cost of Eating student to make this businenss lively and comfartable, especially able to nourish the economy of the Pesantren and serve the needs of the santri so that the pesantren achieves the peak of independence and economic sovereignty. Centralization of the cost of meals for studentswas initiated by Pesantren bereau and ini teh end it was acquired by the business bereua, Centralized peyments at the santri supplies simpab office and food management in public kitchens with a sufficient number of employess, centralization of santri food and payments were able to mave the pesantren economy for more beneficial interests including religious agends, education, health, equipment and others within the Nuru Jadid Islamci Boarding School. Economics is the foundation of every pesantren agenda. So Cost Mara contributes a lot the economic pace of Islamic Boarding Schools. Santru obtain sufficient benefits, including low prices, healthy composition and savings for santri and the ecomic flow santri guardiens.
