Background: Pharmacy as the main core of hospital is responsible for the quality and safety of medicines.Yet the numbers of medication errors are still high. Automated Dispensing Machine (ADM) is one of the solutions to reduce the dispensing errors in pharmacy. Many countries had studied and proved that the use of ADM gives more benefit than liability. However, ADM is considered as something new, a “nice to have” product.Aims: This study will explain the benefits of ADM especially in Indonesian hospital pharmacy.Methods: Systemic Review with PRISMA method uses 5 databases as Scopus, Springerlink, Google Scholar, Science Direct and ProQuest, with keywords Automated Dispensing Machine, Automated Dispensing Device, Automated Dispensing System, Automated Drug Dispensing System, or Robotic Dispensing System. The inclusion criteria are all the studies that showed any impact in minimum of one aspect ofADM in hospital.Results: There are 13 studies that explained ADM benefits such as increase staff satisfaction for the nurse and pharmacist, reduce dispensing errors about 35% or up to reducing all dispensing errors, time saving until 50% in peak hours and cost analysis and effectiveness. The cost anaylsis such as inventory stock reduction, increases the cost saving.Conclusion:In Indonesia, it needs many considerations to implement ADM but it had already installed in 1 Indonesia Hospital. This hospital had proved that ADM can reduce dispensing errors and can solve some pharmacy problem such as the human resources problems and the long waiting time.With the proven benefits of ADM, it is justified for Indonesian hospital to implement ADM and information system in their pharmacy. ABSTRACTThe storage of pharmaceutical supplies must ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials in accordance with pharmaceutical needs. This study aims to obtain an overview of the storage of pharmaceutical supplies in the Bhayangkara Hospital Manado warehouse based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2016. In the research results found indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Indicators of strength are a well-organized system for arranging goods in a warehouse, supporting facilities in a well-functioning warehouse, a strategic location and a person in charge of pharmaceutical personnel. Weaknesses are the number of human resources that are still lacking and there are frequent power outages. The opportunity identified was the development of an up-to-date management information system. Threats include regulations from distributors of non-returnable goods and demand for goods during the night shift that cannot be fulfilled because warehouse operating hours end at 17.00. Keywords: Storage, Medicine, Hospital Pharmacy Installation   ABSTRAKPenyimpanan perbekalan farmasi harus menjamin mutu dan keamanan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai  yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kefarmasian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang penyimpanan perbekalan farmasi di gudang RS Bhayangkara Manado berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 72 Tahun 2016. Dalam hasil penelitian ditemukan indikator kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Indikator kekuatan yaitu sistem penataan barang di gudang yang tertata dengan baik, fasilitas penunjang di gudang yang berfungsi dengan baik, lokasi yang strategis dan penanggung jawab tenaga kefarmasian. Kelemahan yaitu jumlah sumber daya manusia yang masih kurangan dan sering terjadi pemadaman listrik. Peluang yang ditemukan adalah pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen yang selalu diperbaharui. Ancaman antara lain regulasi dari distributor barang yang tidak dapat dikembalikan dan permintaan barang pada saat shift malam tidak dapat dipenuhi karena jam operasional gudang berakhir pada pukul 5 sore.. Kata kunci: Penyimpanan, Obat, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit

Increasing the productivity and efficiency of agricultural cargo transportation in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is achieved through the use of tractor trains consist-ing of tractors and trailer links, the main of which are trailers. This method allows you to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural goods, as well as reduce the cost of transportation. During the analysis of the known designs of tractor-trailer dump trailers, it was revealed that a character-istic drawback is the imperfection of the design of the locking elements of the platforms designed to fix them on the chassis. As a result, a promising technical solution was developed, which, in comparison with the known ones, has a simple design and increased efficiency when fixing the bodies on the chassis. The article describes the design and the principle of operation of this tech-nical solution. The results of the structural strength calculation are presented. The conducted check showed that the obtained value of the safety factor, equal to 2.2, will ensure the operational reliability of trailed dump vehicles. The results of the study are recommended to both domestic and foreign research institutes, design and production structures of the automotive industry for further study and refinement of the proposed device with a view to its possible implementation in practice.

The use of cloud computing has remarkable advantages in business performance. It is related especially in the portion of the organizational environment, such as organizational culture and organizational agility. Organizational agility provides an easier process to search and retrieve knowledge and allow the businesses to utilize and apply this knowledge to get high-quality services. Agility and culture factors can help organizations to enhance their cloud computing adoption. The achievement of any organization is dependent upon human resources. With human resources, the organization can develop its employees by sharing knowledge, skill, and experience of personnel. Expert cloud has a significant impact on and direct relation with human resources as it facilitates the communication among human resources better, more efficiently, and reduces the cost of the service. In this paper, the authors discuss the relationship between expert cloud and human resources to enhance the organizational performance through the assistance of organizational agility and culture.

Female prisoners in these prisons become prisoners because they are entangled in various types of criminal law with various crimes committed by women such as due to many factors, leading to reasons for fulfilling the needs of those concerned. For this reason, there is a need for guidance for female prisoners as a form of self-empowerment to improve human resources in the form of life skills. Coaching skills provided by the Proposal Community Procurement team, namely training in the form of handicraft knitting. Knitted handicrafts that have been produced by inmates at the A Way Hui class II prisons include prayer hats, cellphone wallets, restleting wallets, and various kinds of brooches. Knitted products have a fairly high exclusivity value. These female prisoners are expected to succeed in making / producing creative and innovative knitted works seen from various aspects, namely aspects of material selection aspects, in addition the female prisoners are also given training to determine the cost of production and cost of goods sold from their knits.

O objetivo do artigo foi conhecer o perfil e as características dos Serviços de Farmácia do Complexo Hospitalar da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Constitui-se de um Relato de Experiência fundamentado na Pesquisa-Ação e no Enfoque Lógico. Dentre os principais resultados, constatou-se que a estrutura, a organização, os recursos humanos e o processo de trabalho inerentes aos Serviços de Farmácia não atendem ao escopo do arcabouço legal vigente, tornando-os ineficientes sob os aspectos do processo ensino-assistência. Por fim, infere-se que as unidades do Complexo Hospitalar não atendem as diretrizes e as estratégias para organização, fortalecimento e aprimoramento das ações e serviços de farmácia no âmbito dos hospitais. Abstract The purpose of the article was to know the profile and characteristics of Pharmacy Services of the Hospital Complex from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. It is condituted a case studies based on action research. Among the main results, it was found that the structure, organization, human resources and work process inherent in Pharmacy Services do not comply withthe scope of the legal framework in force, making them inefficient under aspects of teaching-process. Finally, it is inferred that the units of the hospital complex do not fulfill the guidelines and strategies for organizing, strengthening and improvement of actions and pharmacy services at the hospital settings.
