This article reviews the literature on educational transplantation, which discussed three related issues: what is the definition of educational system transplantation, what are the typical models of educational system transplantation and what are the effects of educational system transplantation associated with exporting and receiving countries. The literature suggests that educational system transplantation expands the choices for education reforms and promotes the internal regime innovation for the receiving countries. Empirical cases reflect the educational system transplantation encountered the issues on cultural adaptability and compatibility among different education regimes and highly relied on the cultural context differences and suitable power operations.

The main focus of this study is on teacher education in Ethiopia, with particular reference to its reforms and policies. In Ethiopia, with the emergence of various education reforms and policies, and with the discourse of Teacher Education System Overhaul (TESO) the complete infrastructure of the educational system shows signs of development. Teacher education in Ethiopia is directed towards developing both the students and teachers equally, to stand on par with the educational systems of other societies. This article highlights various aspects of teacher education in Ethiopia and focuses upon its various reforms and policies established to develop teacher education in the country. We explore the changes in the teacher education system and approaches that have emerged since 1900 to the present time in Ethiopia. We also provide examples of institutions and programs that are particularly successful in implementing some of the key policies. The concluding part of the study reflects on a new paradigm in teacher education highlighting the ICT and plasma teacher phenomenon.

Summary The concept of inclusion is implemented in Israeli educational system with introduction of 1988 Special Education Law (SEL). The political, socio-cultural and economical changes improved the general status of people with disabilities in the Arab and Jewish communities. However, the Jewish education system, and the Arab education system in general differ, that applies also to the issue of special needs education. Students with disabilities representing minority groups suffer from additional barriers. The main aim of the article is to discuss the issue of integrating students with disabilities into general education in Arab schools in Israel. The situation of children with special educational needs (mainly with intellectual disabilities) in educational system in Israel is discussed, with focus on children from Palestinian-Arab community. The Arab teachers attitudes and behaviors toward the inclusion and disability are analyzed. Although, the research within the topic is limited, the available results indicate rather negative attitudes of Arab teachers towards disabilities. This state might be partly embedded within the socio-cultural context. The further research within the topic is necessary.

This literature review article is dedicated to the issues and notion of multilingualism, particularly in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is a multiethnic country where more than 130 different ethnic groups reside. At present, a fast multilingual advancement is taking place in Kazakhstan. The study explores the origins and definitions of multilingualism, the role of multilingualism in the development of the Kazakhstani education system, and the models of multilingual education in Kazakhstan. Different approaches and definitions in terms of multilingualism and the performance and implementation of multilingual education are presented. The development of multilingual education in the Kazakhstani educational system plays a pivotal role and it is rapidly developing. The implementation of multilingual education in this country aims at integrating and internationalization of Kazakhstan to the world’s educational and scientific societies. Multilingualism is also widespread in some of the European countries. Several approaches related to the multilingualism and multilingual education are indicated in this article. This paper introduces the challenges and suggestions of diverse alternatives of multilingual education in Kazakhstani higher education institutions.

This article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of professional readiness of the head of an educational organisation for management activities. The analysis of the works of Russian researchers devoted to the analysis of management features in the education system, the definition of the concept of "professional readiness" on the basis of which, the composition of requirements for manager's professional readiness is revealed, defines the semantic and substantive characteristics of the professional readiness of an educational organisation leader for management activities in terms ofdeontological and regulatory aspects. According to the results of the study, it was established that in the conditions of modern realities, professional readiness for managerial activity is the leading personal property of a manager, allowing him to respond to changes occurring both inside the educational system and outside its functional space, ensuring the quality of professional and educational actuals.

Nowadays in Ukraine there is a dynamic progress in the dissemination of inclusive education. It determines the need to study and adapt the experience of other countries, taking into account the specifics of domestic realities. Of special interest are the countries of North America, in particular Canada and the United States, which have a fairly long history of inclusive education. The comparative analysis will enable us to identify the possibility of applying the most effective strategies of inclusion in the educational system of Ukraine Nowadays, in Ukraine, there is a certain dynamic progression of inclusive distribution. It is this that actualizes the need to study and use the experience of other countries, taking into account the specifics of domestic realities. Amid existence of a number of concepts of inclusive education in the world of educational space different approaches are distinguished in the methodological framework. Comparing the essential understanding of these approaches in North American and Ukrainian educational systems, there is unanimity of views in common positions. However, there are certain differences, particularly in recognizing the SEN position of the child as subject and object in the system: Western inclusive education system is fully regulated by law, while in Ukraine there is a gradual overcoming of the philanthropic vestiges through the expansion and improvement of the legal framework with the underlying international instruments. Awareness of the position of individual approach as the cornerstone of an inclusive education system in both educational scientific communities generally coincides. Unity of scientific views of North American researchers and Ukraine is also observed in the vision of status and role positions of all participants in inclusive education as a prerequisite for regulatory functioning education system. Unanimous scientists of both scientific schools and the professional competence of teachers as a key tool for coordinated activities in the inclusive class and the functioning of the educational system as a whole. The definition of common components and specific features of the development of inclusive education on the basis of ideological interpretations will help to determine the general character of the grounds for the inclusive form of education and to use the positive experience of Western countries in Ukrainian realities effectively.

As typical Indonesian education institute, pesantren with all its component, tradition, culture, and uniqueness have drawn attention many expert and researchers. Pesantren existence has given great contribution to enhancement of the quality of human life. Many role have been played by pesantren; in social, political, economics, cultural aspect; and of course religious aspect which its basic study. These realities in turn have invited the attention of many circles to continuously examine, checking, or studying dynamics, growth, and also existence of pesantren. Among the study result is Mastuhu’s research: Dynamics of System of Education Pesantren, a Study about Element and Value of Pesantren Educational System. With this masterpiece, Mastuhu trying to promote the form of study pesantren which do not merely touching manifest (visible) aspect, but trying to find the values which is consisted inside that manifest; so can found positive, negative, and plus-minus items from pesantren’s education which need and needn’t to be developed in national’s education system. Through this article, the writer will express the work content from a perspective of its study approach.

The article studies the necessity and features of transformation of the educational system under conditions of accelerated development in the digital economy. Particular attention in the context of this transformation is given to significance and possibilities of digital literacy, which forms the whole complex of fundamentally new requirements for all participants in the education system. The authors argue that the current stage of development of the digital economy requires the education system not only to digitalize its individual elements and links, but to apply a fundamentally new integrated approach that would transform the education system while taking into account new goals, structure and content of the educational process. The authors define digital literacy as the ability to form and apply educational content through digital technologies. The article gives particular emphasis on the significance and potential of individualizing the educational trajectory and the concept of continuing education. The authors consider the main factors in the development and achievement of the level of digital literacy, considering the requirements that the digital economy is currently imposing on the educational system.

This article investigates into the inherent concerns faced by the Indian education system and strategizes ways in which online methods could plug the gaps in India. The spiralling growth witnessed by the major supplemental educational providers testifies the acceptability of a blended approach in India. The literature review highlights how the education process could be more effective based on their strategies, perspectives and benefits.

This work aims to reorganize theoretical and empirical research on smart mobility through the systematic literature review approach. The research goal is to reach an extended and shared definition of smart mobility using the cluster analysis. The article provides a summary of the state of the art that can have broader impacts in determining new angles for approaching research. In particular, the results will be a reference for future quantitative developments for the authors who are working on the construction of a territorial measurement model of the smartness degree, helping them in identifying performance indicators consistent with the definition proposed.
